Supplying, laying or fixing on wall through proper clamping or passing through pipe, testing and commissioning 1100 volts grade ISI marked XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed steel tape / wire armoured underground stranded aluminium conductor cable all as following:- (Make - Havells / Polycab / Finolex / Universal as approved) (a) 500 sqmm 3.5 core

(b) 400 sqmm 3.5 core

(c ) 240 sqmm 3.5 core

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV (HT) grade cable for out door termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for out door termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 500 Sqmm. (a) 400 to 500 sqmm 3.5 core

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for out door termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 500 Sqmm. (b) 240 sqmm 3.5 core

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and n.exc. 1.5 m deep for foundation of poles/stay/cable etc including getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard and dense soil complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material n.exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

M&L for sand cushioning to cable with dry fine sand in trenches 8 cm below the cable and 15 cm above the cable after laying including gently punning around cable complete all as specified in SSR Part-I and directed.

M&L for cable cover HVP type of size 300mmx180mmx40mm laid in trenches flat with width equal to length of cover for cable protection laid across the cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised mild steel tubes "light grade " of 80 mm bore (ISI marked) with all fitting( ISI marked) and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors/ trenches and under road, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No:15 as above but 100 mm size.

Supply and fixing in replacement danger notice plate of size 25x20cm made out of MS sheet 1.6 mm thick, vitreous enameled white, with letters figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts, nuts on LT poles complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for foundation of transformer /plinth of using bricks well burnt sub class 'B' with PCC type B2 1:3:6 ,suitable size for transformer up to 500 mm extended from base plate of unit including base plate, anchor Bolt/hole all as required foundation depth 750 mm and hight from ground/plane to min 1800 mm and neccesaary arrangments must be included to withstand against vibration and self weight of transformer and plinth,piller and wall all as specified and directed.

M& L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness ,M-40 Grade ,with grey cement complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, gusset plates, riveting, as necessary attached with existing fancing of installation etc. not exceeding 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 incl painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a one coat of red oxide primer for mounting of water tank and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chain link fancing MS galvanised steel fencing, any size or type 4 mm dia wire class of fencing including straining and fixing to wood, concrete or steel posts or to straining bolts, including securing with and provision of galvanised iron tying wire, galvanised iron staples or steel pins, including line wires, any mesh, any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire to coverd the installation complete etc. as specified as directed.

M & L for fabrication, installation, testing & commissioning of factory made CPRI approved outdoor cubical type made out of 3.0 mm thick CRCA sheet suitable for 415V, 3 phase, 4 wire 50 Hz, AC supply system with short circuit with stand capacity 35 MVA for 1 second, IP 54 protection, fabricated in compartmentalized design totally enclosed, dust, weather & vermin proof, having TPN copper bus bars of rating 1.5 times that of controlling MCCB supported on 'F' class SMC insulators, bottom base channel of MS section not less than 75 mm x 40 mm x 5 mm thick, entire panel shall have a common copper earth bar of size 25 mm x 5 mm at the rear with 2 Nos earth stud, solid connections from main bus bar to switchgears with required size copper bus bars and control wiring with minimum 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable, cable alleys, cable gland plates including digital multi functional meter to measure voltage, current, PF & frequency and mounted on by making suitable PCC foundation, necessary inter connection including following controls :-

Incoming : (i) LT ACB 4 Pole, 440V,3 phase,4 wire 50Hz, of capacity 630 Amps,50kA, overload protection, no-volt release with necessary CT Manual Drawout type with microprocessor release -01 No (ii) Digital voltmeter 3 phase accuracy class 1 with in-built selector switch - 01 Set. (iii) Digital ammeter 3 phase, 5 Amp with in-built selector switch and 3 Nos CTs 200/5 Amp - 01 Set. (iv) LED indicating lamps RYB with back up protection rewirable fuse (set of three) - 01 set Outgoing:- (iii) MCCB capacity 400 Amp, adjustable type 4 Pole ,36 KA-02 nos, Make: L&T or eqvt as approved (iv) MCCB capacity 250 Amp, adjustable typ 4 Pole ,36 KA-02 nos, Make: L&T or eqvt as approved iv) Space only for accomodating MCCB upto 200 Amp 4 pole 25 kA - 01 No

M & L for fabrication of CPRI approved LT panel board outdoor type with single door made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet, dust, vermin and water proof duly supported on 25 x 25 x 4 mm angle iron frame, having locking arrangement at front and opening arrangement from front & rear both duly fitted with 400 Amp rated aluminium busbar 4 strip with 2 Nos compression cable glands upto 240 sqmm 3.5 core for entry & exit of cables, powder coated with two coats and having minimun clearance of 450 mm above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6.0mm buried directly in ground, vertically to depth not less than 2.25mtr below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level surrounded from all sides with alternate layers of charcoal and common salt and connected to GI strip of size 32x6mm by means of GI bolts, nuts washers & check nuts electrode connected to main switch board or main control board or on poles or on transformer and GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore for watering, 40mm bore GI pipe medium grade for protection of GI strip upto test point including providing funnel and wire mesh GI frame and 10cm thick suitably reinforced RCC pit cover, PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates complete including excavation and earth work in any type of strata, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr, all as specified ans shown in Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-1, PCC pit shall be provided at least 50 cm away from the earth pit and not just on earth pit including testing on completion complete. Note:- (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (ii) Protection pipe and GI earthing wire upto test point or upto electric equipment from top of earth plate shall be included in the unit rate of this item. (iii) The earth testing arrangement should be done by the contractor as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
