M&L for Dry tibba sand cushioning to underground cable provided with a layer of 8cm deep before laying cable and 15cm after laying of cable and punned to 18cm after laying of cable and cover for protection of underground cable complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) Approved dry tibba sand free from vegetation, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used. (ii) For the purpose of payment only punned thickness shall be measured for payment.

M&L for 40 to 50 mm thick rough dressed Jodhpur type stone slab 25 to 35 cm in width of 80 cm long laid dry abutting each other for protection to under ground cableall as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground ,(Earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level ,connected to and including galvanised iron earth wire 32 X 6 mm by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and provision of charcoal dust and common salt packed all around the earth plate including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing complete all as specified and directed and shown in electrical plate number 5 of MES SSR part-I(1991) (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of Soil. (b) PCC pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, Pre cast RCC cover with suitable handle 40 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than1.87 Kg/ Sq meter. (c) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20 mm nominal bore light grade and lugs etc complete all as specified and directed (d) 40 mm nominal bore medium grade GI protection pipe 5 meter long for protection of earthing lead complete all as specified and directed. M&L for earth continuity conductor 25X4 mm GI strip fixed to wall or recess or chasses or burried in ground or drawn in conduit pipe /pipe 40 mm dia light grade all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying or fixing or passing through GI pipe, commissioning and testing of PVC / XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty, electric cable with aluminium conductor,1100 volts cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core complete, including suitable size lugs including taking out /dismantling of existing cable. Note : 1. The AMF Panel will be manufactured by CPRI approved firm mainly - Universal switchgear, Tricolite, Siemens, ABB. The contractor shall submit drawing of the AMF panels to Engr-in-charge before procurement of AMF panel for approval alongwith CPRI approval. Foundation will prepared as per recommendations of the manufacturer after dismantling of existing foundation and the cost of the same is deemed to be included in unit quoted rates. 2. Anything missed out above, the contractor shall provide the same and will made the AMF pannel functional without any extra cost to the department
