Supplying, laying, jointing and testing ductile iron pressure pipe of size 150mm (6") dia centrifugally cast, ISI marked, with socket and spigot ends (ISI marked) including all necessary fittings & jointing materials (IS 8329/2000), standard length, K7 specifications without zinc coating laid in trenches, under floor, road etc for water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L DI fittings for Socket & spigot pipe such as bends (any type, radius and angle), tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.), Tee pieces, single branch "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs up to dia 150mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

M&L DI fittings for flanged pipes such as bends, tapers, tee pieces (single & double branch) any type and angle / radius and straight connecting pieces but all ends flanged up to dia 150mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix framed work for support structure such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework,chamber cover including welding as required with locking arrangement and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Wire netting of size 12 mm of galvanised steel wire 1.40mm dia fixed with tinned tacks of wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate nopt less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia, by means of nuts, bolts, checknuts and washers of galvanised iron including 15mm bore GI pipe, medium grade up to 7.5metres long all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES SSR Part I, and testing on completion including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, precast RCC slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM, (Weight not less than 4Kg per Sqm) with cast iron frame, funnel with wire mesh, GI watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out of old existing unserviceable GI protection pipe of dia 15 mm galvanised iron with all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix GI tubes 15 mm dia 'light grade', galvanised, with all fitting laid in trenches for protection of earth lead wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 20x15cm size complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in repairs cubical Indoor type weather proof LT panel board front opening hinged typed, double door with locking arrangement, made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet steel factory fabricated with powder coating with heat shrinkable PVC sleeves with colour code RYBN placed on insulators. The panel board shall be mounted 60 cm above ground level on a form work made out of MS channel of size 75 x 40 cm grouted on PCC Plateform. M&L Earthing complete as per electrical plate No 5 of MES SSR Part I with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0mm, burried directly vertically in ground in a pit of depth not less than 2.5 metres below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.8m below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised iron or steel earth strip 32X6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel. Earthing strip protected by galvanised iron or steel pipe 50mm bore light grade and connected to continuous earth wire on pole/ test point. Watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore GI medium grade. The earthing shall be inclusive of excavation and earth work in any type of soil,charcoal, salt,funnel , PCC pit and RCC cover complete all as specified & directed. Note 1- following items deemed to be included in quoted rate (a) Earth electrode. (b) Main earthing strip with protection pipe from earth electrode to test point and further to equipment to be earthed upto 7.5 metre. (c) Material and labour for connecting earth electrode and earthing lead as specified. (d) Adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt as per direction. (e) All labour involved including testing of earth net work. (f) Excavation and earth work or drilling hole for electrode. (g) P.C.C. pit and C.I. cover. (h) Funnel with watering pipe, wire mesh and copper lugs etc. as specified. (j) G.I. protection pipe of size ordered specified for protection of earthing lead from mechanical injury or tempering. Note 2 - On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

Taking out of old existing unserviceable earthing lead of 32 x 6 mm size of galvanised iron strip or steel strip complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out of old existing unserviceable GI protection pipe of dia 40 mm galvanised iron with all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix GI tubes 40 mm dia 'light grade',galvanised, with all fitting laid in trenches for protection of GI strip complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out old/existing earthing pit by removal of unserviceale funnel and cover of earthing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for making earthing pit as per electrical plate No.2 with wire mesh, CI cover, frame, funnel including necessary excavation, brick work, PCC work all as directed by EIC with testing complete.
