M & L for preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen) @ 10Kg/10 Sqm on WBM surface and M & L for providing 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete with 5.50% binder content by weight of total mix, laid with self propelled mechanical paver finisher, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with power roller complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and material & labour for applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen) @ 3Kg/10 Sqm on bituminous surface and M & L for providing 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete with 5.50% binder content by weight of total mix, laid with self propelled mechanical paver finisher, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with power roller complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc. on road pavement and the like using thermoplastic road marking (white/yellow) paint with 8% glass beads using special applicator machine with heating arrangement up to 160ºC complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and fix Solar road stud 125mm x 125mm x 25mm made from aluminium alloy and construction powered by mono crystal solar panel with high capacity Ni-Cd rechargeable battery having view distance 1000 meters, LEDs-010mm, 6 pieces for high brightness, 12 hours of continuous lighting at night complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Model Dhruv -DA-110 of Sinor Infrastructure or equivalent model of Dark Eye / Surya Enterprises / Greenlite / TATA BP

Supplying & fixing delinator made out of acrylic material fitted with high intensity retro reflector in yellow/ red colour fitted on CRCA pipe 40mm dia and 60cm long powder coated or stove enamelled white/ black colour provided with steel wire mesh made up into cage for safety of reflector and embedding the same in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge. Make: International Wire Products (Model No. IWP5) or equivalent of Dark Eye/ Surya Enterprises/Greenlite/TATA BP/Sinor Infrastructure Note : Size of PCC block for embedding delinator shall be 30cmx30cmx30cm and cost of PCC shall be included in the unit rate of this item.

S&F in replacement of dual directional reflective cat eye of size 100mm x 100mm of impact resistance ABS plastic stud having ultra violet resistance colour with plastic strip containing 31 mini retro reflective glass beads of colour white/red/yellow to each side and fixed with 12mm dia 120mm long zinc plated steel nails at the centre of cats eye by hammering complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge. Make: Dark Eye (Model No. DA-978P) or equivalent of International Wire Products/ Surya Enterprises/Greenlite/TATA BP.

S&F plastic speed (breaker) Bump having high resistance to severe impacts and harse weather conditions, dovetail interlocking item subunits weight not less than 2.14 Kg/each (ABS material) of size 750mm x 250mmx 75mm with two highly reflective reflectors moulded in PE type material welded with ABS plate through ultrasonic welding process and fixed with applying appropriate epoxy adhesive on road surface to the speed breaker so that dust and water cannot touch reflectors inside and thus it maintains its reflectivity for a long time complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge.
