M&L Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, etc. to be prepared for structural works including necessary fastening, fabrication and fixing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates, and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required of sheet thickness spprox 3.50 mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out old under ground LT /HT XLPE cable of any size for finding out fault from trenches/wall/roof/road/pipe/pole/ including taking out of PCC cable cover complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Excavation, earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item).

Supply and laying XLPE HT Cable of size 95 Sqmm, 3 core, 11 KV ‘E’ heavy duty with XLPE insulated stranded aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathening of PVC tape armoured with Galvanized steel strip or wire and over all PVC Sheathed conforming to IS- 7098 (Part-II) with latest amendments laid in trenches/fixed to wall/pole/laid in floor including necessary connections and suitable size of thimbling complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Excavation, earth work, brick & sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item).

Supply and lay cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified.

Supply and lay cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified.

Supply and lay cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified.

Supply and lay cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement signage boards size appx made of acrylic sheet transparent 5 mm thick suitable for engraving letters/numerics/symbols well frames including suitable size MS angles, fitting work, electric connections etc comple all as directed.

S&F Led lit english letters (in capitals)/numerics/symbols of size appx 20-30 cm height of font type Halvetica/Arial or else duly specified by Engr-in-Charge suitable for signage boards for E&M installations complete with fitting/electric connection complete all as specified.

S&F Led lit acrylic english letters (in capitals)/numerics/symbols of size appx 12-18 cm high of font type Halvetica/Arial or else duly specified by Engr-in-Charge suitable for signage boards for E&M installations complete with fitting/electric connection complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement LED post top lantern 20 W made in cast aluminium spigot housing with decorative opal polycarbonate diffuser and IP65 protection complete with necessary electrical fiitings and accessories as directed.

Material and Labour in replacement of heat shrinkable end termination joint outdoor type suitable for HT XLPE cable of size 95 Sqmm 3 core armoured 11000 volt grade heavy duty complete all as speicified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L repair/servicing of LT panel of min size approx 1000X700X450 mm including dismantling the panel from existing foundation, taking out all mountings including MCCBs, MCBs, CTs, minor items etc disconnecting incomming and outgoing cables, dismantling of voltmeters and ammeters, replacement of all copper/aluminium thimbles of any size, replacement of defective/damaged bus bar of existing size, replacement of all door locks, replacement of all indicator lamps, complete painting with quick-drying enamel paint standard ASA61 Medium Grey, replacement of burnt electrical connections, fitting back all mountings and electrical connections etc & fitting back the panel on existing MS angle frame including necessary fabrication and complete painting of panel with two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- 1. Payment of minor items including copper and aluminium thimbles, defective bus bars, door locks, indicator lamps etc are deemed to be included in the quoted rates. 2. Supply and fixing Street light bracket made out of 40 mm dia GI tubing medium grade made to shape 1.5 Mtr long with fixing arrangements for LED fitting duly painted with two coats of synthetic aluminium paint over a coat of primer including MS clamp and back plates fabricated from steel section including nuts , bolts , washer etc complete all as specified.

Supply and replacement of battery maintenance free 12 volts 80 AH including initial charge and connected DC cable thimble nut, bolts etc including testing complete all as directed by engineer-in-charge.
