M&L for preparation of old surface of PCC poles and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint with black & white or yellow colour strips 30cm wide each up to 1.5 mtr height from top of PCC foundation block and numbering of poles with synthetic enamel paint white in 80 mm high letters, 150 mm above the top strip complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of steel tubular poles of any length and applying two coats of aluminium paint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint with black & white or yellow colour strips 30cm wide each up to 1.5 mtr height from top of PCC foundation block and numbering of poles with synthetic enamel paint white in 80 mm high letters, 150 mm above the top strip complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for in replacement Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 meter below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt, connected to earth lead of GI wire 4 mm dia. by means of bolts, nuts and washers of the earth wire galvanized iron or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to earthing test point and protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 40mm dia. up to earthing test point/equipment fixed with required number of mild steel clamp made out of 25mm x 3mm flat iron and perforated water pipe 20mm dia. GI medium grade of length 2.25 meter and top with socket & plug and bottom connected to earth plate by slit and two bolts/nuts/washers, PCC chamber in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 and 40mmthick pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-0 cover with 40mm x 40mm x 6mm MS angle iron frame, excavation & earth work complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I of SSR-2009. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Notes: - (i) GI strip up to earth test point/equipment is included in this item. (ii) Outer edge of earth pit chamber shall be 1.5 meter away from the outer edge of PCC chamber.

S&F in replacement motor for high mast light of suitable cap in HP including repair to which to lift and lower the high mast light including arrangement for replacement of pinion/gear box, chain, wire etc to make the high mast light servicable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting/ trimming of tree branches not exc 10cm girth touching/ approaching the LT/HT overhead lines with hack saw/axe to clear the LT/HT line upto 3 metre on each side (Horizontal and / or vertical) including disposal of trimmed branches 2 KM away inside the Military station area & clearing site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- 3 metre width on each side of LT/HT line shall be cleared and each span having not less than 3/5 conductors and min30-40 m pole to pole distance shall be measured as each span

Notes : (i) Amount of credit for retrieved materials is mentioned in Sch 'A' Section-II of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted while acceptance of tender offline.
