Supply, laying, jointing, testing & commissioning 1100 volts heavy duty Rodent Resistant XLPE cable (ISI marked) with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with inner sheating of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel strip or wire and overall PVC sheated cable of size 16 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area 2 core, laid in trenches, ducts, pipes or fixed on poles, including all necessary clamps, nut, bolt washers incld taking down old U/S cable complete all as specfied and directed.

S&F in replacement of LED Street Light of 72W with sunbeam Sensor for auto on-off as per sunlight lux level, LED street light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high efficiency LEDs as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having TOP Opening separate driver compartment with IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK07. Operating voltage range: 140 V - 270 V. Operating temperature: -10 °C to + 50 °C . Autonomous sensor-based dusk to dawn operation and IR sensor to mitigate the effect of surrounding artificial light . Average life 50000 burning hours. Light fixture length should not less then 295mm +/- 5% and Light should have 110 LU/W with minimum 7900 Lumens. Street light shall be fixed on existing bracket with and incl suitable size of nut, bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of LT panel, board fabricated out 3.15mm thick CRCA steel sheet (Outdoor type) of size 600mm X 600mm X 300mm with openable shutters on both sides (Front and rear) having locking arrangement totally enclosed dust and vermin proof, protection class IP-65, weather proof, spray painted internally & externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer, danger notice sticker, mounted on 65mm X 65mm X 6mm angles iron stand grouted in PCC complete suitable for 440 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, with properly insulated colour coded aluminium bus bar, with approach for cable entry and for easy maintanance duly internally wired with FRLS, PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable of suitable size including LED indicator for R, Y & B and comprising of the following : Incoming :- (i) MCCB 415 Volts of capacity 63 Amps 16 KA, 4 pole - 01 No ( 01 No) (ii) Bus Bar :- 200 Amps, TPN, Aluminium Bus bars : 01 Set Outgoing :- (iii) MCB SPN 230 V, 32 Apms -03 Nos (iv) 3 ph LED multifunction metrer CI 0.5 -01 Set (v) LED indicator lamp –01 No (set of three) (vi) Din type Astronomiical Digiital Time switch 32 Amps along with contactor for street light

Excavating in trenchs, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc. or for laying of cables n exc 10sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as directed.

Returning, filling including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as directed.

M & L Sand cushioning to under ground cable with screened and washed sand (non cohessive), 8 cm before laying cable and 15cm after laying and punned to 18cm after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose.

M & L bricks for protection cover to UG cable (with old size sub class B bricks) with width equal to length of brick, laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps between adjecent bricks not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
