5. Taking out carefully earthing set complete of any type including earthing wire & removing U/S items from site complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

6. M & L for point wiring for one light/fan/bell/buzzer point controlled by one way switch with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated and sheathed multi stranded copper conductor FRLSH cable 1100 volts grade (ISI Marked) including 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated and sheathed multi stranded copper conductor FRLSH cable 1100 volts grade (ISI Marked) as continues earth wire in green colour to coomon earth dolly laid/drawn into and including non metalic PVC concealed conduit (medium duty, ISI marked not less than 20 mm dia) with all fittings such as tee, bends etc all as per IS terminated in & including new modular metal flush boxes of requisite module concealed in wall for mounting fittings like modular Switches, sockets, regulators etc with and including modular cover plates with frame of requisite modules all as specified and as directed: Notes:- (i) Cost of cutting/leaving forming chases for conduit, sinking for metal flush boxes and making good in CM 1:4 shall deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item. (ii) The quoted rates of this item shall deemed for include for modular metal flush boxes of requisite module and modular cover plate with frame of requisite module of colour as approved by GE.

(b) One multi pin socket 5/6Amps, Independent.

(c) One 5/6 amp socket outlet on the same board controlled by another switch.

Ditto all as per item No 6 here -in- before but for one 3 pin 15/16 Amps socket outlet controlled by one 15/16 Amps switch on independent board with 2.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated and and sheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLSH cable 1100 Volt grade (ISI marked) including 2.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated and sheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLSH cable 1100 Volt grade (ISI marked) as continuous earth wire in green colour complete all as specified and directed .

S&F switch Modular type, 5/6 Amp, 1 module single pole one way, 230 Volts, Modular type complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in -charge.

S&F switch Modular type, 15/16 Amp, 1 module single pole one way, 230 Volts, Modular type complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in -charge.

S&F socket outlet 3 Pin 5/6 Amps modular type, 2/3 pin combined 2 module 230 Volts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down Ceiling fan,sealing cable end, dismantling blades of any make, any sweep, and refixing after necessary repairing such as winding of motor, replacement of capacitor & ball bearing of ceiling fan, cleaning all dust & painting with existing colour synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler,one coat including writing MES No. all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and fixing fan step regulator modular type,120W -2 module electronic socket type five step controlled 230V AC 50 Hz for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Refixing LED tube light fitting, 1x 20 watts, 230 volt, basic all purpose surface and wall mounted led batten with polycarbonate housing & integrated electronic driver, pre-wired and fixed on walls with all fixing accessories such as screws, clips etc and connecting up with two core flexible copper conductor cable of size 24/0.20 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing LED light fitting mirror type with high out put diffuser 2 feet, 10 watt 220 V AC decorative type with driver holder and LED lamp including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete

M & L Lamp holder, PVC/Polycarbonate type with back plate suitable for batten fittings complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F LED light fitting 1x9W/1X10Wbulk head luminaires including LED light driver holder connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing LED Bldg Security light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete.

S&F GI bracket made out of 40 mm bore GI pipe light grade /medume grade, ISI marked, medium grade 1.2m long bent to shape suitable for fixing of street light fitting including with 2 Nos MS clamps made with 40x3mm flat iron, bolts, nuts, washers etc including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of zinc chrome primer and fixing on electric pole complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F double door, sheet metal enclosure, powder coated for MCB DB SPN 8 way fitted with neutral link, earth bar , din rail and 200 amps rated bus bar 230 volt conforming to IS 13032-1991 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Note :-(i) 02 runs of 10.0 Sqmm size main cable, 01 run of 6 Sqmm size earth continuity conductor cable & Conduit with accessories shall be measured as one run length for payment purpose. (ii) Cost of cutting/leaving forming chases for conduits and making good in CM 1:4 shall be included in quoted rate of this item.

M & L for sub main wiring with two single core 4.00 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed cable multi-stranded FRLS copper conductor drawn through and including PVC conduit pipe of suitable size not less than 25mm with all fittings and fixing accessories on roof, walls, ceiling etc. including 4.00 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core solid copper conductor earth wire complete including taking down old sub main wiring all as specified and directed (Note: (i) Two run of single core cable and one run earth wire, pvc Conduit will be measured as one length) (ii) Cost of cutting/leaving forming chases for conduits and making good in CM 1:4 shall be included in quoted rate of this item.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level connecting to the galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and steel earth wire protected by provision of GI mediumgrade pipe 15mm bore including provision of concrete pit made with 40mm thick cover of RCC 1:2:4 reinforced with XPM (Weight not less than 4Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 40x 40x6 mm and handle of 6mm dia MS bar made to shape, GI light grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom, 1.75meter long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt & charcoal filling with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returing filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meters all as per electrical plate No -5 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connecting to Lighting protection earth test points all as specifed and directed including testing on completion.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 m in depth and not exc 1.5 m width for laying of cable lines/pole foundation etc and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying Sand coarse dry as in cushioning of under ground electric cable in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23 cm (15 cm under the cable & 8 cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18 cm thickness all complete as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 Sqmm 3.5core fixed along the poles or passing through pipes or laid under floors or through walls complete all as slpecified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) Earhwork, sand cushioning, brick protection and GI pipe to be measured and paid for separately under respective items.

M & L Cable route indicator, duly engraved with 'LT CABLE 1100 VOLT' on cast iron round plate 150 mm dia with provision of 500 mm long (minimum) single leg/stand of flat iron 50 x 6 mm, welded/riveted on back side of plate, fixed and grounted in position with PCC type C-1, block of suitable size complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing diesel engine driven, water cooled, silent Generating Set 32`KW/40 KVA capacity, 1500 RPM, suitable capacity of BHP to give output 40 KVA, with electronic governor, 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz, power factor 0.8 applicable for supplying power to varying electrical load for unlimited hours with 10% over load capacity, complete with self starting system with AMF panel (automatic starting of main failure control panel), including common base plate, floor mounted with anti vibration pads, factory asembled complete fitted in acoustic enclosure (sound proof canopy of authorised OEM of manufacturer's of DG set given in appendix 'B' ) approved by National Physical laboratory as per CPCB latest norms/regulation, including PCC foundatin/platform for generating set as per manufacture's instruction, complete including accessories, equipment control panel etc and confirming to condition under IS-4722 BS 5514/2613/5000/10001/10002/13664 complete all as specified and as directed and comprising with the following :-

Alternator:- 32 KW output at 0.8 PF AC 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts 50 C/S, brush less, self regulated, screen protected drip proof type with two end shield ball/Roller bearing with damper winding in each pole faces, class 'H' insulation with IP-23 protection and voltage regulation +/- 1.5% as per IS-4722 or BS 2613 -1970 Diesel engine : Diesel engine multi cylinder 4 stroke, water cooled electric start suitable capacity to drive above alternator independently, coupled directly through flexible coupling, cold starting, speed of DG set from No load to full load complete with fuel tank of capacity as per manufacturer recommendations, fuel lines, exhaust pipe duly insulated with asbestos rope and with support and residential silencer mufflers etc for continuous operation and standard accessories, sump preheaters etc

Control panel :- The standard control panel consisting of control cubical fabricated sheet steel construction indoor type suitable for the followings- (i) Gen set controller microprocessor based multifunctional with LED display for engine water temperature, Lub oil pressure, Engine RPM, Engine shut down display, total Hours run and suitable for protection against high water pressure, low lub oil pressure, over speed and battery charger failure. (ii) Digital multifunctional meter with LED display suitable to display all electrical parameters of individual phase such as Voltage, current, frequency, KVA, KW, power factor and having RS 485 communication port complete with appropriate CTs and control wiring. (iii) MCCB 4 pole 415 volt AC of suitable capacity not less than 100 Amps all as required complete with copper bus bar all as per standard engineering practice and as per manufacturer recomendations. (iv) HRC fuses for protection as per standard engineering practice and manufacturer recommendations for protection of meters etc.

Electric Starter Equipment :- The equipment will comprise the followings:- (i) Start Stop push button. (ii) Maint free Battery duly initial charged & Battery lead of adequate capacity (iii) Starter motor (iv) Starter gearing (v) Alternator/ dynamo of suitable capacity to charge the batteries while DG set is running complete with auto cut. Invertor cum battery charger of suitable capacity for 40 KVA DG Set to work on 230 volts 50 Hz AC supply system for charging of DG set batteries externally when DG set is off position. Note :- (a) Cost of maintainance free batteries as per recoomondations of manufacture shall deemed included in unit rate quoted by contractor (b) Cost of PCC foundation as per reccomondations of manufacturar shall deemed included in unit rate quoted by contractor. (d) Pre commissions test shall be carried out by rep of accepting officer. All necessary equipments, consumables and T&P required for successful completion of the test shall be arranged by the contractor and cost for the same shall deemed included in unit rate quoted by contractor.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less 1.5 metre below normal ground level connecting to galvanized earth lead of size 32x6 mm GI strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and GI washers etc. earth plate shall be surrounded by packed layers of coal dust and common salt 30 cm thick all around bottom and top and watering pipe 20 mm dia light grade including earth chamber of using sub class 'B' bricks in CM 1:4, 12mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 and angle iron frame 40x40x6mm and MS plate cover 6mm thick with locking arrangement all as shown on drg. Earthing strip shall be protected by 40 mm dia GI light grade pipe upto a distance not exc 3m from top of earthing pit . The earth strip shall be tested after carefully completion as per IS specifications and as shown in electric plate No 3 of SSR Part-I of 2009 and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.
