SCHEDULE 'A' PART - VII (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS) (Note for items 7 to 16: The contractor shall quote his rate for each of these items separately. The estimated rate is left blank since the same is not prepriced by MES)

S&F Modular white colour blanking plate, one module complete all as specified and directed.

S&F surface and wall mounted LED tube light fitting 1x20 W four feet long suitable for class room teaching board, glare free surface and wall mounted LED batten with extruded aluminium housing and integrated electroinoic driver complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15mm bore chromium plated fancy type wall mixer for sinks for mixing hot & cold water screwed down high pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of Soakage Well 1.2m internal diameter and 1.5m effective depth complete all as shown on Drawing No. CEAA/TD/80 Sheet No. 1:2 to 2:2, excavation and earth work in any type of soil and strata, Brick work using sub class “B” bricks masonry wall built in cement mortar (1:6) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, Brick work using sub class “B” bricks in one brick thick honey comb masonry wall built in cement mortar (1:4)loose filling with broken stone or boulders of gauge exceeding 80mm but not exceeding 150mm, RCC M-25 Design Mix as in 150mm thick Slab, Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 as in bands, Precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1solid building blocks masonry wall built in cement mortar (1:4) in lieu of coarse coarse sand filling, 15mm thick internal and external plaster in cement mortar (1:4) upto15cm below ground level mixed with water proofing compound, 110mm bore PVC(SWR) inlet pipe from septic tank, cast iron manhole cover etc complete complete all as shown on drawing, as specified and as directed by GE.

Construction of stone masonry valve pit of size 900x 900 x 900 mm (internal dimension) complete all as shown on Drawing No. CEAA/TD/57 Sheet No. 1:1, with MS top cover of 3 mm thick sheet, fixed on frame made out of angle iron 40 x 40 x 6 mm thick, with locking arrangements including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to MS sheet internally and externally & iron surface, stone masonry work in cement mortar 1:4, 15 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 (internally & externally) 150 thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for base, 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate for coping two coats of white wash internally after preparation the surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay stone patti 40 to 50mm thick rough dressed Jodhpur stone slab cover in trenches for protection of cable 25 to 35 cm wide and not less than 60cm in length laid dry abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10mm over sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.
