Supply and installation, testing and commissioning of diesel Engine driven generating set of 160 KVA capacity 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 V, 1500 RPM AC power supply with power factor 0.8 coupled directly to alternator mounted on a common base plate complete with integral acoustic enclosures (should have salient features) modular bolted construction, & pure polyester based coating to ensure long life in all weather conditions & for outdoor application / installation, integrated design thereby facilitating / easy handling. The design of integral acoustic enclosure should be approved by National Physical laboratory as per central pollution control board (CPCB) latest regulation / norms with fuel tank, battery & standard accessories, tools & spares as provided by manufacturer complete with necessary Arrengement incluiding factory fabricated Outdoor type AMF Panel suitable for 160 KVA DG Set.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge with following specifications:-

ENGINE- Water cooled diesel engine of at 1500 RPM capacity to match the 160 KVA alternator under NTP conditions with provision of 10 % over load for 1 hour in every 12 hours running confirming to BS 5514/ IS 10001/ 10002 the Engine shall consist of the following :- (i) Fly wheel with starter ring (ii) Flexible coupling with guard (iii) Cooling fan (iV) Radiator with guard and water pump engine mounted (V) Dynamo of suitable capacity (vi) Air cleaner heavy duty dry (vii) Fuel injection pump (viii) Radiator fan ( Blower type ) with guard (ix) Mechanical governor (x) Fuel filter (Mounted) (xi) Lubricating oil filters ( mounted) (xii) 12 v self regulating alternator belt driven by engine (xiii) Exhaust silencer heavy duty residential type (xiv) Corrosion resistor /scale inhibitor (xv) Starter 12 V DC (xvi) Lubricating oil cooler (xvii) Lubricating oil pump (Gear type ) (xviii) Turbo charger (xix) Exhaust piping shall be insulated with asbestos rope duly cladded with aluminium sheet.

xx) Instrument panel complete with the followings :- (a) Auto manual Starting switch with key (b) Lubricating oil temperature gauge (c) Lubricating oil pressure gauge (d) Water temperature gauge (e) Battery charging ammeter (f) Battery charging indicating lamp (g) Hour meter with RPM indicator (h) Safety control against high temperature of water. (j) Safety control against low lubricating oil pressure . (k) Over speed stop with double driven adopter . (B) BRUSH LESS ALTERNATOR (i) Alternator coupled to engine indigenous make through a flexible coupling mounted on sturdy steel fabricated base frame suitable for mounting on a permanent foundation brushless alternator shall be confirming to BS -2613 or relevant of IS-4722/ IS 13364 (ii) Type ;- Self excited self regulated with automatic voltage regulator . (iii) Rating :- 160 KVA at 0.8 PF lagging 4 pole horizontal at NTP condition . (iv) Speed;- 1500 RPM (v) System :- 415 V +/- 2.5 % AC 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz. (vi) Connection :- 4 wire star connected . (vii) Enclosure ;- Screen protected drip proof . (viii) Ventilation :- Self ventilated. (ix) Insulation :- Insulation class H

Supply , install, testing and commissioning of 20 KVA on line UPS with inbuilt isolation transformer and connected Battery Rack and link & Accessories including battery bank suitable for 30 Min back up three phase AC input 300 to 450V and out put 415 V ± 1% with Suitable set of Batteries and battery racks and terminal link with Battery fuse box and including connected accessories along with Mod Bus Card for connecting to UPS to BMS through RS485 & monitoring through BMS with development of adroid App for remote monitoring as per OEM standards complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-charge. Note :- Detail specification for UPS mentioned in Particular specification .

Supply and installation of silent Diesel Engine driven generating set 415 volts,3 phase 4 wire,with AMF Panel, engine as per IS:10001/ 10002 and Alternator as per IS: 13364 complete with relay panel and switch gears for automatic starting on main failure, control panel having meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB norms and foundation etc. of capacity 15 KVA

M & L for ceiling rose, surface bakelite, 65 x 50 mm, three terminals all as specified and as directed.

S & F Wall mounted fans 400 mm dia Smooth Oscillation, 100% Copper Motor 3-Speed Control AC single phase 240 volts and not less than 900 RPM including flexible wire 3 core 1.5 Sqmm from ventilator fan to ceiling rose all as specified and as directed.
