S & F pre-stressed cement concrete pole, 9 metre long of cross section 102mm x 172mm at top and 102mm x 279mm at bottom, class 10, complying with requirements of IS-1678-1998 erecting truly in vertical position including painting of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer in alternate strip of 30cm each in black and yellow colour up to 1.5 metre height from top of PCC pedestal/coping of poles including numbering of poles with synthetic enamel paint white in 80mm high letters over 150mm x 230mm yellow base made from synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : PCC for foundation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F cable junction box of size not less then 225x295x122mm, made of high quality thermo plastic polystyrene, weather proof, dust, jet water proof, chemical, acid corrosion, impact, insulated & shock proof IP 66 / 67 for outdoor Installation with internallly embedded gasket (PUR) including the box fitted with connector 8 way 40 Amps 01 No incoming / outcoming cable controlled with MCB SP 6 Amps 01 No including 40mm GI pipe light grade 60cm length for cable protection and including junction box and GI pipe shall be fixed along pole with required Nos MS flat iron clamp of suitable size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make :- Hensel Cat Part No KF 3500 G or equivalent in Legrand / Indokop Note :- (i) Cost of flat iron clamp is deemed to included in unit rate of this items. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (ii) Size of junction box for different mafufacturer may slightly varried from size mentioned in description of item. Contractor has to provide junction box as per cat No mentioned against make of junction box. where cat No is not mentioned against any make, in that case junction box of size mentioned in description has to provide, if exact size of junction box is not available, then next higher size junction box has to be provided. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

S&F three phase automatic street light switch suitable for 5 KW load complete with two numbers Infrared sensor based NATURE SWITCH for automatic switching of street / security lights with three number two pole power contractors 40 Amps (Type - MU40-2P, Cs90119) with coil voltage 220 / 240 V and incoming MCBs single pole - 03 Nos, outgoing MCBs single pole - 03 Nos of rating 32 Amps & circuit wiring with single core multi stranded of size 10 Sqmm. Lighting switch operation should be based on natural light lux level. Required illuminance level for switching ON is 30 Lux and for switching OFF 10 Lux. The sensor should also have part night operation facility for 4,5,6,........11 & 12 hours. The sensor along with suitable power contactor (S), Incoming -outgoing MCB's should be enclosed in a pole / wall mountable enclosure made of Rust proof, Electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade confirming to IP66 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Supply, fixing and testing LED Street / Security light fitting of 60 Watt, 5700K (including LED drive and internally prewired) complete with body robust, corrosion resistant, superior finish and without any cracks or through holes, made in a single piece by high pressure die cast aluminum alloy. The luminaries shall be monolithic construction totally enclosed dust and water proof with minimum IP -65 / 66 protection as per IS - 10322-1982(Part -I) with latest amendments and input voltage range 140 - 300 V, AC, frequency 50 - 60 Hz ,P.F should be more than 0.9 with Total Harmonic Distortion THD(I) less than 15% ,cool white colour and lamp starting time should  not be more than 10 second including 10 KV surge protection in built or external. Driver should be constant current constant voltage driver. Driver should have high voltage withstanding capacity upto 300 V, AC. Driver should also have double phase protection, no load , open circuit and short circuit protection .LED light fitting should be suitable for ambient temperature from -10 degree Centigrade to 50 degree Centigrade and humidity level 10% to 90 % RH. Covers should be polycarbonate/toughened glass to ensure minimum IP 65 degree protection. Cover should not degrade due to heating and ageing. The efficiency of LED luminaries system shall be more than 100 lumens per watt and must be certified by the LM-79 test report and including connection for street light from pole box with 1.5 Sqmm, 3 core PVC insulated stranded copper conductor FRLSH cable, 1100 Volts grade ISI marked including street light bracket made out of 40mm dia GI pipe light grade 1.2m long bent to shape at 120 degree angle from vertical fixed along pole with and including required number clamp made of flat iron 25x6mm, nuts bolts and washers including addition / alteration in bracket (if required) for fixing light fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge. Make :- Havells Cat part No. ENDURACITYLINERNEXGENSL45WLED757SASYBOPC or equivalent in Syska / Polycab / Crompton Note for srl item No 7 & 8:- (a) Tenderer shall submit test report of LED street light fitting from Government accredited test laboratory for LM - 79 and LM - 80 . (b) Contractor has to furnish a replacement warranty of 05 years for LED light fittings complete including lamps from the date of completion of CA. Contractor shall obtain warranty from the manufacturer of product on their letter head and submit the same to deparment alonwith his letter head. The product will be replaced free of cost in the following case :- (i) Manfacturing defects (ii) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact. (iii) Drop in lumen (or lux at 1 m) below 90% of clamied values of lumen(or lux at 1 m) of the LED /Luminaries. (c) All LED light/luminare must meet the provision laid down in IS - 16101 , 16102 Part -I/II ,16103 Part -I , 16104 ,16105 ,16106 , 16108/2012 and 15885 Part -II / Section 13. (d) Scope of work shall include supply and fixing street light fittings on street light bracket fixed on poles, If street light fitting requires to fixed on existing street light bracket and any addition alterration required in bracket for fixing street light, In that case cost of additional / alteration is included in the unit rate of this item, which also includes needful T & P and required accessories such as 1.5 sqmm, 3 core PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable for connection from pole box to light fitting etc complete including making connection, testing etc complete .No extra payment is admissible on this account. (e) Light fittings shall be provided with 10 KV surge protection as mentioned in description of item. If 10 KV surge protection is not provided in light fitting for which cat part is mentioned in BOQ. Contractor has to provide light fitting with 10 KV surge protection without any extra cost to department.

Supplying, laying, jointing, commissioning and testing XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, armoured, heavy duty underground electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 25 sq mm 4 core confirming to IS-7098 (Part-I-1988) laid in trenches, along poles through pipes etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes :- (i) Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, cable protection and GI pipe shall be measured & paid for separately under respective items of BOQ (ii) Road cutting / floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall deemed to be inclusive of the above provisions.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of poles, filling & mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge .

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of poles etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating, necessary form work and fair finishing all exposed faces of concrete without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth, or n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundations of poles, struts, stays etc. or laying underground cable and water supply / sewage pipe line etc. in soft / loose soil & getting out including taking out old brick or precast cable cover complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per serial item No. 16 here-in-above but depth exc 1.5 mtr & not exc 3mtr

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of excavated soil/ material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for dry sand (Tibba sand) and punning for cushioning to underground cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge Note: - For payment purpose thickness after punning shall be measured.

M & L for brick protection with old size sub class 'B' bricks laid flat, abutting each other with gap between adjacent bricks not exc. 10mm, length of bricks across the route of underground cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Galvanized iron tubing, 40mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches / under road / drains, fixed to poles / walls with required numbers of clamps made out of 25x3mm flat iron, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of LT electric cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes :- (i) Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately under respective items of BOQ (ii) Cost of flat iron clamp if required is included in the unit rate of this item. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account..

S&F Galvanised iron strip of size 25x4 mm fixed with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Note :- A sum of Rs. 46500/- will be deducted on account of credit for dismantled/ demolished / taken down material.
