Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc. 1.5 sqm but n. exc.4 sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge..

Taking down and refixing shutters exc 1.0 Sqm and n. exc. 2.0 Sqm each in same opening after minor repair, resecuring or easing and adjusting complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 Type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation , filling and mass concrete in sub base or bases etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

M & L 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 TypeB-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in damp proof course to horizontal or vertical surfaces including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protectioncomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, Type B-1 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in floor, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for pre-cast RCC jallies 25 mm thick(measured soild) 1:2:4 , Type B-0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for RCC M-25 (design mix) (20mm graded aggregates) as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for RCC M-25 (design mix) (20mm graded aggregates) as in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for Formwork to sides of columns and similar work (rough finished) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F powder coated anodised aluminium frame for doors,windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat forfixing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge. Note:- Thickness of powder coating shall be less than 50 micron.

S&F powder coated aluminium door shutters of aluminum section weighing 0.55 kg/M including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, powder coated aluminium snap beading, screws, handels 2 nos in each door, hinges, powder coated aluminium beading, screw etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge. Note:- Thickness of powder coating shall be less than 50 micron.

S&F powder coated aluminium windows and ventilator shutters, aluminium saction weighing 0.55 kg/M including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, powder coated aluminium snap beading, screws, handels 2 nos in each window, hinges, powder coated aluminium beading, screw etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge. Note:- Thickness of powder coating shall be less than 50 micron.

M&L for double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty and fixed complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

S&F mortice lock with four lever vertical, brass type, size 100 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F curtain rod/Harrison rails, mild steel, chromium plated with both sides fancy knobs fixing brackets, stops, rollers etc complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

S&F 5.5 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n. exc 0.5 sqm the each pane complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F cross arms, bracings, stiffeners, supports, clamps and back plates, chequered plate, fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, binding cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape of size as indicated or directed including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (under and finishing coat) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : Unexposed surfaces shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer only. While computing the weight, the weight of paint shall not be added) omplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-B complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. S&F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

S&F 0.63 mm thick Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolt in lieu of screws coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

S&F 0.80 mm thick Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

S&F MS Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment conforming to Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and applying Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per squre Metre complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

M&L for Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg per sqm including cleaning surfaces complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

M&L for Roof tiles, Mangalore pattern, interlocking at side joints, laid dry complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

M&L for sand filling under floors, path or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for precast machine pressed rubber moulded concrete coloured interlocking paver blocks of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M -35 grade,set,jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry in floor/pavings/path etc with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for 20mm thick prepolished machine cut kota stone slab flooring laid over and including screed bed 20mm thick in CM 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for 20mm thick prepolished machine cut kota stone slab as in vertical surfces such as skirting, dados, laid over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L Granite (of any type) tiles 15mm thick machine cut, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone with and including grinding & polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4, Type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in kerb stone complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick work or concrete work surfaces including finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F 45 W IP 65 LED post top lamp comprising of epoxy powder Die-cast aluminium housing with weather proof gasket for lamp & driver compartment with system wattage of 45 W . The LED must be of 120 degree view angle, 100 lumen/ watt, lumen maintenace 70% at 50000 hrs, color temperature of 5000-6500K, 70 color rendering and LM 80 test compliance. The driver must be integral APFC and constant current type having THD10% and power factor 0.95 with short circuit protection, open circuit protection, reverse polarity protection, high voltage protection, protection against 5 kV high surges and comply to IEC 60598-1, IEC 61000-3-2, IEC 61547 including PVC insulated three core 2.5 Sqmm FRLS multistranded Copper conductor cable for connection of fitting from gd installed junction box to top hight of pole. The luminaire must have secondary optics with perfectly matched lens for better light control. with 1.2 mtr long bend suitable GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia with MS iron clamp including nut bols fixing arrangement and suitable size of wire from pole box to light fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge. M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick burried in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtrs below normal ground level, connecting to the Galvanised iron earth lead 4 mm dia GI earth wire, by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and protection by provision of GI medium grade pipe 20 mm bore including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (wieght not less than 4gs/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25mm x 25mm x 6mm with lugs 02 Nos and with 6 mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at the bottom 1.75 meter long placed on top edge of earth plate common salt and charcoal filling test point made out of 40mm x 8 mm FI with fixing arrangements, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs all as per electrical Plate No.3 of SSR Part I and connecting to earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge. S&F shock, rust proof fire retarddant class FV-0 as per IS-11731 part II or V-0 as per UL-94, high heat distortion temperature FRP juction box of size 300x200x105 mm with locking arrangement, made out of 3 mm thick PVC sheet including provision of two way epoxy connector suitable for phase and nutral, 01 nos MCB 1 A SP 10 KA 240 volt, drilling holes for outgoing and incomming cable (2 way) connection with suitable lugs and glands, provision of clamping made out of 40x5 mm thick mild steel flat iron complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Supplying, laying and testing 10 Sqmmx2 core XLPE insulated, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 V grade conforming to IS-7098 laid in trenches/ducts/fixed on poles wall/laid under roads/paths/drain/culverts or passing through pipes complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

S&F GI pipe 100 mm bore light grade for protection of cable including provision of clamps, nut, bolts etc required for fixing pipe along pole / wall / laid under the road / laid under the floor or in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: Clamps & nut bolt required for fixing included in item rate. Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this BOQ

M&L for sand cushioning dry fine sand for underground cable 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified. Note:- Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose.

M & L for brick protection to under ground cable with old size sub class ‘B’ bricks laid flat, length of bricks across the route of underground cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Writing letters or figures (Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm high complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.
