M&L for insulator disc type porcelain, vitreous, 100 mm high and 115 mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green, two in series assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductor, working pressure 1100 volts & including dismantling of old unserviceable insulator, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, transporting, erection and fixing steel tubular swaged pole, 9.00 metres long, type 410 SP-31, complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washers etc including necessary earth work and excavation, PCC in foundation 1:3:6 type C2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate and PCC 1:2:4 type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth block, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m, painting the pole with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer including 3 nos band/straps with red post office box colour (300mm wide each) synthetic enamelled paint at a distance 300mm from plinth block and marking pole nos with black synthetic enamelled paint including tarring one coat on steel surface embedded in concrete & including taking down existing old unserviceable poles and complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in renewal of PVC line spacers to LT over head line poly propylene compositor phase sepraters moulded bolted type suitable for 4 line, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repair to existing LT Panel of any type/ size, with cutting necessary worn out portion of MS sheet, angle iron and providing MS sheet of 2mm thick for renewal of rusted/broken LT panel door, MS angle iron of existing size and hinges to broken door, fixed with electric arc welding, providing external locking arrangement after taking proper electric shutdown, including rewiring by copper conductor control cables of suitable size, renewal of burnt out aluminium lugs and fixing with new lugs, nuts bolts etc, including painting of LT panel complete with inner & outer with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint using spray painting machine complete all specified and directed. Note :- Material such as MS sheet, angle iron, hinges deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Disconnection of electric connection from existing LT Panel/LT feeder pillars panel of any size, dressing of cable ends including repair of body of LT panel, repair/welding work of gates, hinges of the door including rewiring by copper conductor control cables of suitable size, renewal of burnt out aluminium lugs and fixing with new lugs, nuts bolts etc, including painting of LT panel complete with inner & outer with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint using spray painting machine & necessary welding work if required & including necessary excavation & earth work required for taking out & re-fixing the incoming and out going cables etc, complete all specified and directed.

Labour for disconnecting LT cable of any size from structure/pole for finding fault and defect rectification LT cable laid in trenches or any location by locating fault with the help of electronic fault machine comprising of surge generator pulse, ECHO fault locator with high frequency distance calculator etc., (the entire repair work to be completed within 12 hrs of instruction) complete complete all as specified and directed. Note: The complaints will be notified to contractor on mobile phone at any time between 0800 to 2200 Hrs and has to be rectified within 12 Hrs after notification, failing to which Rs. 500/- per day complaint will be recovered, fault locating with electronic fault locator, excavation and earth work, disconnecting and reconnecting both end of cable, relaying of sand and protective cable covers are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
