Cleaning/removal of blockage of Orissa pattern WC ‘P’/’S’ trap etc including getting out solid/ liquid/ foreign matter/ mud deposited there and removing the same in a hygienic manner outside MoD land to make the sewage waste/ sludge waste flow free up to first manholeand making fully functional, complete al as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning/removal of blockage of Europian type WC ‘P’/’S’ trap etc including getting out solid/ liquid/ foreign matter/ mud deposited there and removing the same in a hygienic manner outside MoD land to make the sewage waste/ sludge waste flow free up to first manholeand making fully functional, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note for serial item No 1.00 to 4.00:- The work will be carried out on complaint basis, day to day as recorded by the users in complaints register. The contractor/ rep of the contractor will collect the complaint slips from B&R II complaint cell office by 9.00AM and submit the compliance report of the same each day by 1730hrs after rectification, failing which penal recovery @ Rs. 50.00 per complaint will be recoverd from the contractor's dues. (b) Urgent manpower for removal of blockage of any type, may be required to be provided by the contractor in day or night (on Sunday/Holiday) on a short notice. If the contractor fails to provide manpower for the specific work, manpower for the same work will be hired from any other source for that urgent job by the department & shall be paid in full by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.Removing blockage shall be included cleaning of line/sewage line up to 1st manhole and unit shall be EACH for cleaning of line/sewage line up to 1st manhole. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Bidder shall quote his rate accordingly.

Cleaning/removal of blockage with manul/mechanical process of 150 mm bore SWG pipes laid at depth not exceeding 1.50 metre from GL including removing RCC man hole covers, size of manholes not exceeding 900 x 900 mm and refixing the same after making the pipes fully functional , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning/removal of blockage with manul/mechanical process of 150 mm bore SWG pipes laid at depth exceeding 1.50 metre but not exceeding 3.00 metre from ground level including removing RCC man holes covers, size of manholes not exceeding 900 mm x 900 mm and refixing the same after making the pipes fully functional, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning/removal of blockage with manul/mechanical process of 300 mm bore SWG pipes laid at depth exceeding 1.50 metre but not exceeding 3.00 metre from ground level including removing RCC man holes covers, size of manholes not exceeding 900 mm x 900 mm and refixing the same after making the pipes fully functional, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning/removal of blockage with manul/mechanical process of 450 mm dia RCC sewage line laid at depth exceeding 5.00 metre but not exceeding 10.00 metre from ground level including including getting out solid/ liquid/ foreign matter/ mud deposited there and removing the same in a hygienic manner outside MoD land to making the pipes fully functional, removing RCC man holes covers and refixing the same after complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dewatering/desilting manholes of any size and removing all solid/semi solid waste matter or silt residue both organic and inorganic in nature (by manual or mechanical system at contractor’s discretion) including removing RCC manholes covers and refixing the same after making the manhole fully functional, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dewatering/desilting for the septic tanks of any capacity exceeding 1.50 metre but not exceeding 4.50 metre deep including removing all solid/semi solid waste matter including silt residue both organic and in organic in nature by manual or mechanical system at contractor’s discretion or by using suction pump where ever required up to any depth and under foul conditions including disposal of the same duly covered during transportation out of MoD area , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dewatering/desilting from existing central sewage sump/well of depth upto 12.50 metre and removing all solid/semi solid waste matter including silt residue both organic and in organic in nature by manual or mechanical system at contractor’s discretion or by using suction pump where ever required up to any depth and under foul conditions including disposal of the same duly covered during transportation out of MoD area , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dewatering/bailing out /pounding out the left over water mixed with kind of shurbs, vegetation, grass etc from soak well exceeding 2.00 metre dia but not exceeding 6.00 metre dia and removing all solid/semi solid waste matter including silt residue both organic and in organic in nature by manual or mechanical system at contractor’s discretion or by using suction pump where ever required up to any depth and under foul conditions including disposal of the same duly covered during transportation out of MoD area , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Loose filling with broken bricks of gauge 80 to 150 mm in soakage wells ,complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls & concrete surfaces & the like including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., any description, including removal of rubbish outside MoD land ,complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling of 150 mm bore SGSW drain pipes, with PCC haunching jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches if required and removal of existing sludge, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches , pillars etc but excluding precast concrete articles including removing debries out side MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50 metre deep in soft/loose soil for foundations etc. or for cesspits etc. or for manholes not exc. 10 Sq. m on plan and not exc. 1.5 metre in depth or for shiftling existing sewage lines and getting out , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete (1:5:10), type E-2, using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in foundations filling and mass concrete, , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes of 150mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Salt- glazed stoneware drain pipe grade ‘A’ 150 mm bore, ISI marked jointed with cement mortar, laid in trenches and tested including pipe fittings such as bend, junction etc. of same grade, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks(burn clay bricks, old size) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material to distance exceeding 50 metre but not exceeding 100 metre and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point in soil, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or fixed to wall including taking down or taking out old existing pipe of any description with fittings, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

PVC (SWR) bends any radius 110mm bore , fixed in repair ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition), complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Supply only, integral water compound ISI marked , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing pre-cast reinforced cement concrete1:2:4 type B-1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in manhole covers including necessary forms/moulds, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in forming channels, benching, bed plate, coping and like, including use and waste necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channels 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete ,using extra cement including form/moulds mittred/stopped end etc , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed ) not less than 0.9 mm dia all , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping, bed/ anchorage block and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including provision of necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting into walls of existing manholes for connecting new drain pipe 200mm dia bore, making good to wall in CM (1:3)/ PCC (1:2:4) after inserting pipe, cutting out benching & forming branch channel in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, reforming benching as required and rendering smooth finished, including removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed., complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of cast iron, soil, waste and vent pipes in any position including fittings (75/100mm dia), including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store or for credit, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

75mm dia cast iron (sand cast) soil, waste and vent pipes, in any length with or without ears, including cement jointing, laid in trenches or in floors including necessary excavation and earth work, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Extra over shall be measured and paid separately, in case lead joints are provided in lieu of cement joints.

100mm dia cast iron (sand cast) soil, waste and vent pipes, in any length with or without ears, including cement jointing, laid in trenches or in floors including necessary excavation and earth work, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Extra over shall be measured and paid separately, in case lead joints are provided in lieu of cement joints.

Cast iron floor trap 75 mm dia out let, ISI marked, with CP grating including jointing to waste pipe in run lead & fixed in PCC (1:2:4), type B-1, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified. , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cast iron branch piece ,single (equal or unequal) ,ordinary or inverted (spogot or socketed type or with parrallel branches of 100 mm dia , fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cast iron single "Y' or cross 'T' junction laid and jointed in cement mortar of 100 mm dia , fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix, Cast Iron cowl, for 100mm dia bore pipe, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Precast cement concrete factory made drain cover slab of size 750x600mm x70mm thick with frame set in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Dewatering/bailing out /pounding out the left over water mixed with kind of shurbs, vegetation, grass etc from flood sump of size 60X45 metre (average )depth of silt 75 cm approximately and depth of water 1.20 to 1.50 metre and removing all solid/semi solid waste matter including silt residue both organic and in organic in nature by manual or mechanical system at contractor’s discretion or by using suction pump where ever required up to any depth and under foul conditions including disposal of the same duly covered during transportation out of MoD area , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Rough excavation not exceeding 1.50 metre deep for cleaning existing drain bed of culverts over the drain including cutting of small bushes, small tree girth not exc 30 cm and removal of muddy soil including small bushes, small trees girth not exc 30 cm under foul conditions including disposal of the same duly covered during transportation out of MoD area exc 1.5 KM and not exc 5.00 KM, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Rough excavation not exceeding 1.50 metre deep for cleaning existing drain bed of culverts over the drain including cutting of small bushes, small tree girth not exc 30 cm and removal of muddy soil including small bushes, small trees girth not exc 30 cm including removal of RCC drain cover of size not exceeding 600mmx750mmx75 mm and refixing the same under foul conditions including disposal of the excavated material duly covered during transportation out of MoD area exc 1.5 KM and not exc 5.00 KM, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, approns laid bedded and pointed in any mortar etc , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

First quality ,Non skid coloured ceramic tiles (of approved shade) 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but n exc 0.18 sqm, laid in floors with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 Kg per Sqm over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

First quality, glazed ceramic coloured tiles, 7 mm thick of size 200 mm x 300 mm, as in skirting, dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry, including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

First quality glazed ceramic coloured tiles of (450x300mm) x 7 mm thick, laid on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc laid over and including 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles ,complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (Unreinforced) in GF and paving n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above GL) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete (1:4:8), type D-2, using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates 75mm thick as in sub base or in mass concrete, , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Factory made machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape or size conforming to IS 15658 of 80 mm thickness M-40 grade with grey cement and no pigment laid over and including 25mm thick sand cushioning and filling the joints upto full depth with fine tibba sand, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Vitreous china water closet Orrisa pattern, size 580x 440 mm white, with integral foot rests and cast iron 'P' or 'S' trap including lean cement concrete bedding including 10 litres capacity PVC valveless syphonic action type flushing cistern low level white with inlet, ball valve, float, handle, PVC flush pipe 32 mm dia high density and a pair of CI brackets and connecting to flush pipe including making good disturbed surfaces of floor to match the existing surfaces, fixed as in repairs,, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

PVC valveless , syphonic action type flushing cisterns 10 ltrs capacity , low level , white, with inlet ball valves , float and handle including C I brackets and pvc flush pipe 32 mm dia for low level fixed in repair , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in -Charge

Vitreous China wash down water closet (pedestal pattern), white (excluding fixing bolts flushing cistern and flush pipe) including 'P' or 'S' trap including plastic seat cover white and mild steel chromium plated aluminum hinging devices, connected to drains outlet, fixed as in repairs,complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Contract Amount shall be derived after affecting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary on serial page No 15 of tender documents.
