Dismantling concrete poles/ struts, any size, transporting to store and stacking or for schedule of credit complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installation of Decorative pole (CI+MS) (8 mtr long) including Single arm bracket, Pole must have lower section OD 114mm and top section 76mm diametre made out of GI pipe as per IS 1239 having two ornamental decorative staining golden colour made of pressure die casting in aluminium at bottom and middle. The pole shall have window cutting of 300mm x 80mm weather proof flush door & locking arrangement for housing of the pole to accomodate electrical accessories (Bakelite plate and connector) for power supply connection.The window cover is fitted with allen screws to the pole and is to be provided in bottom section of pole. The body of pole shall be machined and polished properly to give it a smooth surface as per IS 2629 and IS 2633. The decorative pole shall be duly pre-treated and painted UV resistant coating in grey colour shade. The pole and the cast iron embellishments should be machined & polished properly to get thesmooth finish.The coating should have a DFT of 80-90 microns.Entire unit shall be given an extensive three stage treatment with PU based primer,Zinc phosphate primer and poly urethane paint of approved colour & prescribed for such surfaces to make it absolutely rust and corrosion proof as well as giving it a pleasing appearance.Base plate outside PCC of size 250mmx250mm with 12 mm thickness having 4 holes of 20mm dia at a distance of 200mm complete with CI base plate inside PCC complete all as specified and as directed. Decorative Arms must have Sturdy design made of 76mm dia GI pipe for pole mounting and 48mm dia GI pile for product installation. Golden knob is provided at the top to enhance the aesthetics of the product. Brackets can be mounted on poles with top dia less than70mm. Bracket must be Hot dip galvanised with minimum average GI coating of 35μm. PU(Polyurethane) Painted with avg. thickness of 80μm in Grey colour (RAL-7024). Single and double arm brackets can be installed on the pole (dia 70mm) using M8 X 15 hex bolt provided with the product. Manufactures should have NABL approved lab. Manufacturer should have both product Pole along with Arm and Street Lights for better aesthetics. Note: Cost of studs, nuts & bolts and connected accessory shall be included in the ratye quoted. PCC shall be measured & paid separately.

S & F three core flexible conductor FR-LSH cables for outdoor use, PVC insulation of type C and having PVC sheath of type ST2, 1.5 sqmm as per IS 694: 2010, ISI marked, annealed, multistranded copper conductor for fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing connector with aluminium bus bar suitable for 3 phase & Neutral , 4 wire of capacity 32 Amps and MCB 0.5 to 1 amps SPN incl necessary fixing arrangements in pole complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only high density polyethylene pipe (HDPE) of pressure rating PN 6(0.6 Mpa), material grade PE 63 and nominal diameter 63 mm including all fittings and fixtures for insertion into horizontal boring complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs, slab staging for water tanks, filling of pressed steel door frame, fixing of hold fasts and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formworks complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M7.5(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated cable for working voltages of 1100 V, PVC sheathed, armoured, 2 core, nominal cross sectional area of main conductor 10 sqmm, stranded aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS 7098(Part-I): 1988 including cable glands, lugs etc. to suit the cable size and to be laid in trenches, fixed along pole, under floors, through GI pipe laid under floors/roads, through concealed GI pipe along wall etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & spreading in trenches dry river sand cushioning to underground cable in trenches including spreading, levelling, hand punning down complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Depth of sand cushioning will be measured after punning down and levelling the sand properly.

M & L for laying of bricks locally available sub class 'B' bricks, non-modular sizes as per IS 1077: 1992 for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable perpendicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and as directed.
