Taking down old Copper / Alluminium strip of any sizes as down conductor/roof conductor carefully for re-use, shifting unserviceable conductor to store under sch of credit all as directed.

Labour only for Refixing Copper / Alluminium strip of any sizes as down conductor/roof conductor after soldering between earth strip and refixing the copper / aluminium strip by providing new porciline insulator or burried in ground or drawn in conduit including PVC conduit, fixing apprangements with wall/roof all as per clause SSR part I and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B 1 ( 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in pcc blocks of size 300mmx300mmx300mm to be provided for each termination rod , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L-in-repairs Earthing complete with copper plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers up to 90 cm and with tibba sand up to top level and electrode connected to copper strip 20x3 mm dia as earthing lead by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) connected to machinery/equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR-2010 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20mm bore light grade GI pipe for watering, funnel, wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 chamber, PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 reinforced with 6 mm dia MS round bars @ 15 cm c/c both ways for cover 50 mm thick and MS frame of suitable size made of angle iron 50 x 50 x 6 mm, complete all as specified. Note :- (i) The unit rate includes earth lead and protection pipe up to maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate to earth point/test point. (ii) Earth pit shall be constructed minimum 0.5 metre away from earth.

M&L as in repairs chemical earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 900 mm x 600 mm x 5 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 3.65 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 2.90 metre below normal ground level, earth plate connected to copper strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead by means of running gas welding / brazing for a length of 45cm, copper strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 50 mm bore medium grade upto ground level and there after by 50 mm dia HDPE pipe upto test point (maximum upto 7.5metre from earth plate), earth plate surrounded by charcoal or coke and common salt upto 90 cm in alternate layers of 15cm each, thereover a layer of 60cm tibba sand duly compacted, thereafter 30 layer of magnesium sulphate powder (compacted thickness) and finally filing the top of pit upto ground level with tibba sand, to achieve earth resistance value less than 1 Ohm including provision of 20mm bore galvanised steel pipe 20mm bore light grade with funnel & wire mesh for watering, earth pit chamber built in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate covered with 50mm thick pre-cast cover slab of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 duly reinforced with 8mm dia MS TMT bars @ 15cm c/c both ways, with suitable handle made of 10mm dia MS round bar, including excavation & earthwork in any type of soil / strata, removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down U/S existing sub main wiring copper/ aluminium conductor including PVC or steel conduit/ casing and capping etc.

M&L for sub-main wiring with FOUR single core 6 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable drawn through including 20 mm dia steel metallic conduit fixed in wall including 6 sq mm copper earth continuity wire, accessories and connecting to earth dolly complete, Note : 4 Run of 6 Sqmm, 1 Run of steel conduit & 1 Run of 6 Sqmm earth cable shall be measured as single unit length

M&L for sub-main wiring with two single core 4 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable drawn through including 20 mm dia steel metallic conduit fixed in wall including 4 sq mm copper earth continuity wire, accessories and connecting to earth dolly complete, Note : 2 Run of 4 Sqmm, 1 Run of steel conduit & 1 Run of 4 Sqmm earth cable shall be measured as single unit length

M&L for sub-main wiring with two single core 2.5 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable drawn through including chasing cutting in any type of masonary including 20 mm steel metalic conduit fixed in wall including 2.5 sq mm copper earth continuity wire, accessories and connecting to earth dolly complete. Note : 2 Run of 2.5 Sqmm, 1 Run of steel conduit & 1 Run of 2.5 Sqmm earth cable shall be measured as single unit length

Supply & fixing in repair LED 1x20 watt FLAME PROOF tube light fixture luminaire including integral reflector made of diecast alluminium alloy LM6 , with electronic ballast, bipin holders, .connector block, etc., and all accessories pre-wired and including connecting up with suitable size copper conductor twin core cable complete.

S&F as in repairs LED 150 W flood light fitting with lense, high luminous efficacy,protected to IP 66, toughened glass efficient high out put emitter LED for better distribution having surge protection 10 KV, sealed driver applicable for area lighting including electrical connection.

Supply & Fix in repair LED street light 72 Watt operating temp range -20deg.C to +50 deg C SL light fitting 72 Watt fitting ingress protection IP 66 conforming to IS 16107 with photo biological saftey as per IS 16108 , type of LED luminarie as per IS and type B , Type of LED modules as per IS 16103 type 3 with luminarie system efficiencey 100lm/watt with adjust mounting brackets , as directed.

Taking out LT cable XLPE/PVC sheathed 1100 volts grade armoured with aluminum conductor carefully of any size from trenches, poles, under floor etc for further use/disposal all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of cable for soft/ loose soil and getting out all as specified.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm apart for soft/loose soil all as specified.

Removing of excavated surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level.

M & L for dry Sand cushioning in trenches for protection of cable including watering and consolidation all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness shall be considerd for measurment purpose

M&L for cover to underground cable with one layer of bricks using sub class B bricks (old size) laid flat across the cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for making cross hole suitable for 50 mm dia bore pipe including passing GI pipe of size 50 mm dia, below the road with the help of pressure pipe/ boring tools for passing the cable and removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 100 mtr from work site all as directed. Note : Gi pipe to be measured and paid seperately under relevant items,.

Supply, laying/errecting in repair of 40 mm bore GI tubing (light grade) with new fittings, laying in floor/trenches for support UG cables/Air termination rod as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair for kiosk box of minimum size 300x200x100 mm for luminaries control swithes, weather proof made out of PVC/HDPE fire retardant, non fusing, shock & rust proof, single piece moulded/SMC housing and SMC cover with hinged door, pole mounting type comprising of aluminium busbar TPN of 60 Amps with 6 Amps MCB, SP with base channel , fixed on pole with MS, clamps 30x5 mm with necessary nuts, washer for Street light)

Supply & fixing-in-repair twin core sheathed copper conductor FRLHS from DBs to street light include making hole to neary by on pole include flexible steel conduite on open portion and passing from one hole to other for making connection to street light, complete all as specfied and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated , screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 sq mm 3.5 core, complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair to LT Panel board indoor / outdoor type of any capacity having 1 No Incomer & out going MCCB's up to 6 Nos (Max) by carrying out the following works:- (i) Cleaning incomer switches, bus bar & out going switches etc thoroughly by using blower. (ii) Replacement of rusted bolts & nuts, screws, thimble etc as per existing. (iii) Replacement of Indicator lamps, Volt meter, Amps meter, VSS, ASS as required as per existing. (iv)Replacement of Incoming / out going switches as per existing make & model. (v) Replacement of control wiring with suitable size as per existing copper wire (vi) Making the locking arrangement functional including welding if required (vii) Replacement of MV danger board (viii) Making proper connections for out going / incoming cable by providing suitable thimble as required. Note: MCCB's, Indictor lamps, Volt meter, Amps meter, Voltage Selector Switch / Ampere Selector Switch shall be measured and paid separatly as 'Supply only' against respective item of this Schedule..
