DEVELOPING AND SUPPLYING ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS:- Developing and Supplying Architectural Drgs based on the requirements furnished by HQCEJZ complete in all respect showing all architectural details, dimensions etc in mm based on the authorised plinth areas as mentioned in Appx ‘E’ and terms and conditions as per Appx 'F' :- (i) Preparation of Detail Site Plans and Plans at different floors including foundation & roof in the scale of 1:100 (ii) Elevation and Sections for all sides front & back including toilets ,stairs ,balcony (raised seating arrangement) and any other sections which may arise as per requirement in scale of 1 : 100 (iii) Various sections & facade sections as reqd to show all internal features & details in Scale of 1:50. (iv) Details of toilets &bath rooms, staircase, porch, stage sitting arrangement, catwalk details, acoustic cladding details, side screen details, wooden flooring details, display cabinet details and any other details need to be furnished as per requirement in the scale of 1:50 or as appropriate. (v) Preparation of schematic diagrams, E/M Plans, water supply scheme, fire fighting etc supported by calculation where ever required. (vi) Schedule of finishes showing room provision as per the details provided by E6 Section of HQ CEJZ Jodhpur. (vii) One set of Architectural drawings viz, site plans, building main plans etc in hard & soft copy shall be submitted to get approval from users by E 2 (Plg). (viii) Submission of Architectural drawing after approval from users on gateway tracing paper (95/100gm/Sqm). One set in soft copy & 06 sets of conceptual drawings for approval from E6 Section of HQCEJZ and thereafter final submission of 08 Sets of all architectural drgs.

Notes: 1. The floor/plinth area considered will be restricted to area provided by HQCEJZ as per scale of accn for Defense Services. 2. The layout of Building will be as per part 3 of NBC Development Control Rules and Part II of NBC “Approach to Sustainability”. 3. Planning and Working Drgs will strictly adhere to Part IV of NBC and relevant IS CODES as given in Scale of Accn for Armed Forces 2009.

STRUCTURAL EVALUATION AND DETAILED STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS:- (a) Structural evaluation, analysis & preparation of structural drawing as per Approved Arch Drawings for the works as given in Appendix 'E':- (i) Detailed structural drawings of the footing and foundation ie plan, elevation, section with dimension in mm for columns including details of sub base for foundation and reinforcement details of pedestal (scale 1:50). (ii) Structural details of framed construction (Scale 1:50). (iii) Structural details (plan, section & reinforcement detailing) of plinth beams columns, lintel beams, roof beams, floor/roof slab. And all structural members. (iv) Typical reinforcement details of all structural members mentioned in Para (i) to (iii) and other reinforcement details as per latest IS 456-2000, IS 13920-2016 & SP-34 including structural notes relevent to IS/SP. (v) Detailed drawings for expansion/crumple joints if required as per codal requirement. (vi) Design & Drawings shall be got vetted by IITs/NITs.
