M&L for applying bonding agent as per manufacturer's instructions and rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfacces and stone masonary and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying bonding agent as per manufacturer's instructions and rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfacces and stone masonary and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or any thickness in floors, aprons etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick Machine cut Kota stone Flooring over incl 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:6 screed bed or bedding layer and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab etc complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item-12 above but as in skritng/dado incl 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mirror polishing on marble/ granite/ Kota stone/ stone work where ever required to give high gloss finish complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) with water proofing compound on fair faces of concrete surface (WPC will be paid saperately) even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of in dustrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sq.m including cleaning surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced torch application complete all as specified.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground brick work and masonry etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes in soft and loose soil (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete type C-2 (1:3:6) 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessarydrilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 ® complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified.

S&F for Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) ® complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel bars 10mm dia (Round Bar) Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) or quality A Fe-210 (Gde E-165) and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in roofs,ceiling floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate in chajjas and the like and complete all as specified. Note:- Reinforcement & formwork shall be measured and paid for separately complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing Micro concrete with MICROCRETE at the rate of 25kg per 0.0125 m3 with 20% properly graded 5mm to 10mm silt free aggregate as per manufacturer instructions and mixing concrete with mechanically electrically operated mixer machine etc all as specified and directed. Make: CICO MICROCRETE of CICO Technologies ltd or equivalent in Fosroc/STP/BASF

M&L for Rough finished flat form work to Chajjas, chullah hoods, water troughs and similar items including edges and formwork including necessary struts, scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia., cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 8mm dia rebar using HY-200 chemical from HILITI or equivalent including drilling hole of required size in RCC beam/lintel complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for removing of rust from existing steel surfaces with rust removrs of SIKA Rustoff 10 applied two coats @ 0.15Ltr/Sqm per coat and cleanng all rust with steel wire brush and washed with wter/chemical complete all as spd and dir by Engineer-in-Charge. (Make- SIKA/BASF/FOSROC.)

M&L for application of Anti corressive coating with SIKA Rustoff friazinc on the exposed reinforcement proper mix applied @ 0.25 Ltr Sqm of exposed steel surface as per manufacture's instruction complete all as spd an dir by Engineer-in -Charge.(Make- SIKA/BASF/FOSROC.)

S&F for galvanised welded steel wire fabric as extra reionforcement to RCC members like ceilings, chajja’s, beams, columns parapet walls, waste slab etc including all cutting and waste (wt not exc 4.00 kg/Sqm) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of epoxy resin (FAIR BOND EP) on old concrete surfaces @ 0.30Kg/Sqm including preparation of surfaces as per manufacturer's instructions and applying 25mm thick (average thickness) of cement ,sand & Aggregate (1:1.5:3) in ratio aggregate n'less than 6mm size mixed with chloride free concrete plasticiser as per manufacturer's instruction with guniting applying manual and finished the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.(Manual applied) Make : Fairmate chemicals or equivalent make of SIKA/BASF/FOSROC.

M&L for earth filling behind traverse walls, raising or lowering of earth, spreading earth filling in layers not exceeding 30Cm thick, watering, ramming or rolling and finishing to required size, shape and profile, etc n exc 1.5m height from base.

The board are of high intensity grade retro-reflective sheeting of AVERY DENNISOX made out of 2 mm thick alcoband sheet / aluminium sheet confirming to IS 736 , colour as approved by Engr-in-Charge on stainless steel square pipe of size 45 X 45 X 3.65 mm or of round pipe 50 mm dia of thickness 3.65mm with nut and bolt . The letter writing will be computerised cut of high intensity grade white sheeting (AVERY DENNISION) and mechanically fixed on board over vertical post of 50mm stainless steel square pipe, 3.65mm thick 2.0 to 3.0 M long having 2 Nos flat stainless steel strip of strip 40X5mm 0.3 m long on bottom and fixed with PCC 1:2:4 in post holes.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair to crack in wall or roof slab of building at any location or at any position and at any height by making 'V' groove and filling in the crack with microconcrete and plastering the surface using chicken wire mesh and waterproofing agent as per manufacturer's instructions. Bonding coat shall be applied before microconcreting and application of plaster as per manucturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble stone masonry, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Hardcore (Broken stones/boulders) of guage exc 63mm but n exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete type C- 2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate),100mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete type B- 1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate),40 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) 75 mm thick in plinth protection and provided joints 10 mm wide & full depth at 3 m distance and every change of direction filled with sand and bituminious mix 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old sub main wiring of any type and size complete all as specified and directed.

Takind down old unserviceable distribution board (DB's) of any type and size and shape complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for surface Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor cables (multistranded) FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed in and including providing of surface mounted stove enamelled steel conduit (ISI marked) of suitable size with sunk cast iron/pressed steel terminal box of adequate size for one light point controlled by one, one way flame proof switch including earth continuous 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor (multistranded) FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed cable connected to earth dully complete all as specified conforming to IS-694 including fixing of conduit with clamps and screws at a interval not more than 1 mtr and making the disturbed surface to match with the existing surface and colour complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Switch flame proof rotary type with termination box in LM6, 6A, single pole 250V complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for LED light fitting 1x20 Watt flame proof, CMRI certified recommended for gas/ vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminum housing with heat resistant toughened glass with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, connector etc. Complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for surface sub main wiring alongwith earth wire of the sizes 2x4.0 Sqmm + 1x4.0 Sqmm of FRLSH PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in and including providing of stove enamelled steel conduit of suitable size as per site requirement including fixing of conduit with clamps and screws at a interval not more than 1 mtr and making the disturbed surface to match with the existing surface and colour complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Three run wire shall be measured in one unit.

S&F for flame proof and weather proof MCB socket & plugin combined, 16 Amp 250V (2P+Earth) complete all as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Flame proof lighting distribution Panel, TPN 4 way, enclosure size 420x420x250mm, 415V with MCCB TPN 63 Amp -01 No and MCB SP 6-32 Amp - 12 Nos with complete internal bus bar & wiring upto terminals complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and connecting elastomer insulated, flat,sheathed, multicore, industrial flexible cable with bright annealed copper conductor, 1100 volts grade cable of size1.5sqmm, 3 core, confirming to IS 694-1990 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement 3 Layer PPR Pipes, UV stabilised having thermal stability upto 93 degree centrigrade complete and fixed with the pole by providing FI clamps, nuts and bolts of size 25x25x3mm with nuts & bolts for protection of connecting wires, connection from junction box to light fittings, complete for outer dia 20 mm (PN-16) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for junction box made out of Fiber reinforced plastic with IP 55/IP 65 protection of size not less 200 x 140 x 95 mm (in side dimensions) , having 5 way terminals mounted on din rail for termination of cable with necessary nuts and bolts , including -02 Nos cable gland , 01 Nos DIN rail for mounting of MCB and 01 No, MCB SP, 10 KA, 6 Amps, in and including fixing clamp of FI 25 x 3mm with necessary nuts and bolts complete in and including taking down of existing u/s junction box of any type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for supply and fixing in repair air termination, single pointed copper rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25 mm, drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hex head screw complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair copper strip 20x3.0 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only GI Pipe light grade, 40mm dia , galvanized, with all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for coping of water pipe Stand Post/pipe/ platform/ paths etc including necessary form work and finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for earthing complete with CPRI tested 50mm dia, pure copper earth electrode pipe of length 3000mm, pipe in copper strip Technology with NABL tested, RoHS compliant earth enhancement compound 50 Kg in each bore hole in tripod configuration (three numbers of 50mm dia pure copper electrode pipe) interconnected with copper strip of size 20x3 mm and connected by means of exothermic brazing & porected by GI pipe light grade 32mm bore and PCC (1:3:6) type C1 earth chamber & cast iron earth pit cover 300x300x3mm connecting to test point & testing on ground complete includingexcavation, earth work, boring in any type of soil strata & cleaning of site complete all as specified and directed.Note:- (i) Cost of copper strip 20x3 mm and 32mm dia GI pipe light grade required for interconnection of three numbers of pure copper 50mm dia earth electrode is deemed to be included in unit quoted rates. Copper strip of suitable size from earth pit to test point/equipment shall be measured and paid seperately.(ii) Cost of earth work, boring, PCC earth pit, CI cover, testing of earth after completion, connecting and commissioning is deemed to be included in unit quoted rates.(iii) Marking & painting of earth pit with iron plate of suitable size is deemed to be included in unit quoted rates.(iv) The boring will take place for 3 meter depth & 350mm dia for three numbers of pure copper earth electrode pipe to form tripod configuration. Earth enhance compound to be filled around the earth electrode in 100mm dia in 3 layers of 1 mtr each by means of PVC pipe of 100mm dia as casing/formwork. The remaining volume of bore shall be filled with clay soil (available from vicinity) in 3 layers of 1 mtr each. The PVC pipe to be removed sinultaneously. The cost of all this is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.(v) Minimum distance between each earthing is not less than 3 running meter.(vi) Testing of earthing shall be conducted and result should be less than 1.00 Ohms.
