Supply and fix in replacement of Power Pack for 33 KV VCB/RMU suitable for incoming supply 220/110 volts and output 110/24 volts DC supply all as per existing with wiring complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : - The contractor has to visit the site to check the existing system of 33 KV VCB/RMU for installation of power pack unit.

Dismantaling top cover of transformer of capacity 1250 KVA , any make for repair / replacement of HT / LT bushing of transformer , or for replacement of top cover gasket or for inspection of transformer or for internal repairs of transformer all including draining transformer oil as required / upto the required level, re fitting the top cover of transformer after completion of the work including testing complete etc all as specified and directed.Note - spare parts will be measured and paid seperatelly

Repairs to the leaks of transformer from tap switch/ fins/ any pats of body, by replacing gasket / seal , or Repairs to the leaks of transformer body / fins, by welding / brazing etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of defective silica gel breather with silica gel complete set 1250 KVA

M & L for replacement of LT bushing of brass with neoprene rubber bush for Transformer 1250KVA capacities.all as directed by EIC

M & L for replacement of HT bushing of brass of transformer of any capacity 1250 KVA.all as directed by EIC

Suply only Silica gel complete all as specified and directed by engineer -in- charge

Material, labour & T&P for Preparation of old painted iron surfaces of the transformer upto capacity 1250 KVA, by cleaning / scrapping completely after that applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of primer on the transformer as per MES colour complete all as directed by Engr - In - Charge. Note : Painting shall be carried out with Spray Gun using compressor.

Supply & filling of transformer oil in site for toping up the level of oil having dielectric strength between 55-65 KV during filling after initial filtration of any capacity complete all as specified and directed by engineer -in- charge.

M & L for dehydration /filtration of transformer oil in existing pole mounted/floor mounted transformer/Voltage stabilizer with the help of dehydration/filtration machine to achieve the dielectric strength of transformer oil not less than 50 KV all as directed by EIC Note:- (i) Dehydration/filtration machine will be arrange by the contractor and he will make his own arrangement and to carry the machine at various sub stations including vehicle and towing arrangement. The rate shall be inclusive of all above.

Dismantling of cross arms / bracing supports / clamps / back plates or any other structural steel sections including removing nuts bolts washers etc

M & L for cross arms, bracing supports, clamps back plates angles fabricated from the structural steel section including bolts, nuts, washers, welding, bending, drilling holes for bolts, bent to any required shape of size as indicated or directed, inclusive of one rimer coat and two coats of aluminium paint after preparation of surfaces.

Dismantling & taking down, old, defective, weak insulator, any type, any size any shape (pin / shackle / loop ).

S & F pin type insulator porcelain vitreous white / brown / green including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers, one galvanised iron nut, suitable for 33000 volts grade.

M&L for servicing and greasing of mechanical parts of existing 33/11KV horizontal/vertical type GOD including replacement of parts i.e Male/female contact, jumper ,operating mechanism, GOD rod etc specified and directed by Engr-in charge

Trimming/cutting the tree branches/ bushes around theHT over head line and making safe clearance up to 4.00 metre distance from line wire/panel all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L of checking of HT 33KV cable of any size by means of HT Cable Fault Locator Machine by requisition for removal of HT cable faults complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repair cable joint kit for 33 KV grade cable for outdoor termination Heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium cable of size 185 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer - in - Charge. Make : M-Seal/CCI/Siemens/Denson/Birla-3M/Raychems/Y-Denson/ RPG/ Yamuna Gases & Chemicals/Mohindera & Mohindera.

Supply and fix in repair Cable joining kit for 33 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through Heat shrink type joint complete with joining material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 185 sqmm complete including digging if required all as specified and directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Taking out old HT U/S cable of any size and any type as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in trench/wall / pole XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured heavy duty HT electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 33000 volt grade of sizes 185 Sqmm 3 Core complete all as specified and directed.

Surface cleaning/site clearance n exc 15 cm in depth in Sub stations area, trenches,sub station rooms, two pole/ four pole structure surroundings to make a over all presentable condition all as directed by Eng In charge.

.Supply and lay stone aggregate of size 40mm to 63mm graded layed on ground of yard/ two/four pole structure complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair of Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode, 60x60cmx 3.15mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to copper strip of 20x 3 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion as per direction of Engr-in charge.

Material and labour copper strip as earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of size 20 x 3 mm

Material & labour for Painting of all 2 pole/ 4 pole structure according to MES colour coding such as pole, structures,angle, GO DO etc at Swicthyard complete all as specified and directed by engineer -in- charge

Material & labour for Repair and maintanance of relay set (O/C and E/F relays) of any make for 33KV VCB panel, removing and refixing (the contacts NO+NC should be cleaned by CTC solution and adjust if electromagnetic) with faulty part replaced and calibrate the relays by relay testing kit & proper setting as per reqd load & time delay and fixing the relay set in HT panels complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Notes :- (i) Testing shall be carried out by primary and secondry injection kit. (ii) Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under supply only. (iii) The tripping system should be in accordance with the incomer of the affected feeder and setting should be maintained such that fault does not carry beyond the particular feeder due to overload, 3 phase fault, earth fault etc. (iv) The VCBs/RMUs are installed at CPH, Tech area, 33 SU Site 1A & SITE 1B and VCBs are of different type of makes installed at site like Crompton Greaves, Alstom,Schneider, Ashida, Siemens,L&T, C&S or any other of relays available on the site.

Supply and lay in repairs for GI tubing size 80 mm dia light grade laid in trenches/fixed to poles, walls etc as protection of service cable all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make :- Tata/Jindal/Prakash Surya

M & L in repairs lightening arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp suitable for 13000 volts. Make : Jaipuria brothers/Lamco/Oblum.

Supply and fix in repairs HT cable mild steel route marker with angle of size 35mmx35mmx5mm and 600 mm long all as specified and as directed. Note :- Earth work and PCC work shall be measured and paid separately.

Repair/ major overhauling of On Grid connected/type 1000 KWp capacity solar PV plant ground mounted on steel frame after disconnecting of all strings, testing of solar panel for its serviceability by carring out IV curve tracing and EL testing to be done on solar modules to segregate power output based module, IR test to be carried out on all string cable to check usability of cables, replacement of fuse and fuse holders in array junction boxes, IR test to be carried out on all AC cables, breakers to check usability of cables and breakers, testing of AC string, testing of DC strings, connector, connecting links, refixing of serviceable string, and reconnecting and assembling of solar system complete all as directed at site as per conditions prevailing at Air force station Jodhpur (Rajasthan) maximum tempreture rise upto 50 degree celscius to e considered for the following compnents/Sub System and meeting the specification at site as per eixsting 1000 KWp SPV plant at Air force Station Jodhpur, Note : 1. Major Spare parts as required to make the solar Power plant as listed below shall be measured and paid seperately. 2. All spare parts required to make the solar plant functional except below shall be deemed to be included in unit quoted rates. 3. The contractor may visit the site before quoting to assess acutal condition of Solar power Plant. 4. Anything missed out but necessarily required at site to make the solar Power plant functional at site shall be provided by the contractor and cost of the same is deemed to be included in unit quoted rates.

M&L for area cleaning of solar power plant with in the fencing area cutting & removal of bushes/grassby up rooting its roots from the plant and thrown outside in low laying area complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cleaning of module with one cycle of wet cleaning complete all as directed at site by Engr-in-charge

M&L for cleaning of module with two chemical cleaning cycle to remove heavy soiling deposition on module complete all as specified and directed

Supply, fixing, connecting and testing solar module panel, 325 Wp, Model ASP -7-325 Make- adani, complete all as per existing including providing of new nuts, bolts washers etc, in and including dismantling and takingdown of exsting solar module and kept aside in safe custody for schedule of credit complete all as directed at site

M&L for Repair/overhauling of junction boxes (SMBs) as per existing design of inputs and reconnecting of all incoming strings after necessary repair/overhauling of junction boxes by removing of dust/dirt and making SMBs completely functional complete all as specified and directed at site

Supply and fixing in replacement of junction boxes (SMBs) with suitable numbers as per existing desine of inputs and suitably rated output having seprate DC fuses for both (+) and (-) on input and isolator on output terminal for each string, each junction box should have one spare input terminal SMB should have RS-485 communication port to read individual string current, bus voltae and inside termperature, dust vermin and water proof array junction boxes of FRP/Thermoplastic with IP 65 degree of protection in compliance with IEC 62208 and shal be sunlight/UV resistant a well of fire retadant including over voltage protection, surge protection and maintenance free earthing as per relevant standar with match the existing system of 1000 KWp SPV plant on required quantity at site (Note : Contractor may visit the site before quoting)

Supply and fixing module mounting structure made out of galvanised iron, equal angles, nuts bolts, flat iron, gusset plate, complete all as directed at site

Supply, fixing, connecting and testing of string cables AC/DC 4-6 sqmm, single core with connector and tie complete all as required at site and directed by Engr-in-charge in and including taking down of old unserviceable string cable

M&L for Repair/complete overhauling of unserviceable WMA/SCADA system installed at solar Power plant by testing of all cables, servicing of WMA/SCADA System, disconnecting and reconnecting of cables after testing, replacement of unserviceable parts of any type and size, wires, terminals and other material required at site for making the WMA/SCADA system completely serviceable and functional complete all as specified and directed at site
