Taking down existing cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and M&L Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) finished even & smooth (without using extra lime or cement) including preparation of newly plastered surface of walls & applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade / tint over a coat of alkali resistent primer all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down existing cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and M&L Rendering 10 mm thick on concete surfaces or surface other than on fair face of brickwork in CM (1:6) finishing as per matching preparation of newly plastered surface of walls & applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion of approved shade / tint over a coat of alkali resistent primer over and including a layer of 3mm thick wall care putty of approved make complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Taking down existing cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and M&L for rough cast finish plaster with a mixture consisting of curshed stone or fine gravel aggregate mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ration of 1:1:1 over and including 12mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls including preparation of newly plastered surface of walls & applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade / tint over a coat of alkali resistent primer all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down existing chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area exc. 1.5 sq. m but n exc 4 Sqm each and S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 125 x 65 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge),minimum comp ressive strength of 58 N/mm2 , modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid forseparately). Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

Dismantling existing wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises S&F Coloured Glazed ceramic tiles 300x600 X 7-8 mm thick coloured tile, on walls etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10 mm thick plaster in CM(1:4) set & joined in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified.

Dismantling existing floor, hearth including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises and S&F Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) double charged , area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed in CM(1:4) set & joined in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified.

Demolition of existing stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. and M&L Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick over 15mm thick screed in CM(1:6) laid & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing & polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of existing stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. and M&L Kota stone slab 18-20mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado & pillar over 15mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing & polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of existing stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. and M&L for 16 to 18mm thick Granite (of any colour) slab of approved shade as in flooring, platform etc, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match with shade of Granite stone including cutting, grinding and polishing (mirror polish i.e. full granite polish as per local trade practice) over & including 15mm thick screed bed (bedding layer) in CM (1:6) incl demolition of old stone in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 4mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square of any size in each pane including hacking out old broken glass (any thicknesss, size,quality or description) from metal frame and rubbish off the premises; and also painting/oiling new putty to match existing painting/oiling. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Sheet glass 5.5mm thick, ordinary quality & glazing with rubber gasket bidding n exc 0.5 sq.m in each pane including hacking out old broken glass (any thicknesss, size,quality or description) from metal frame inlcuding punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and rubbish off the premises; and also painting/oiling new putty to match existing painting/oiling.

Taking down existing chowkhats or frames with door/window/ventilator (without taking off doors/window/ventilator from the frames) of any description and S&F Anodised aluminium frame with power coating of any colour (minimum thickness of power coating 50 micron).for doors, windows , ventilator ,partition with one or more rebates incl demolition of old frame necessary joining cleats for fixing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Anodised aluminium power coating door,window,ventilation shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m incl necessary joining cleats,glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing,handles Nos in each door , hinges,anodised aluminium snap beading screws etc complete all as sepcified and as directed.

Taking up or down 32mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re fixing or removal to store and S&F of cPVC pipe SDR 11 grade outer dia 32 mm bore with all necessary cpvc brass fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors as in sunken complete all as specified and directed by eng- in -charge

M & L for 12 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 in sunken portion and preparation of new surfaces and mix with cement and water in the ratio 1:1:5 by volume using DR FIXIT PIDICRETE URP chemical on floor and vertical surface of sunken floor as per Manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- For Plaster work using water proofing compound as per manufacture instruction incl this rate nothing to extra paid.

M&L for PCC in 1:5:10 type E2 (using 40mm graded agg) as in sunken floor of toilet including demolition of existing PCC in sunken portion complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC type C2 (1:3:6) using 40mm graded stone aggregate in sunken floor as sub base of floor finished complete all as specified an directed by engineer -in - charge

Demolition of existing brick work, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and M&L for brickwork with subclass `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
