S&F in replacement shackle type insulators, vitreous porcelain white, brown or green for working pressure 1100 volts grade of 100 mm height and 115 mm dia including galvanized mild steel straps of 31mm x 5mm size,14mm dia insulator bolts, washers and nuts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement pin type insulator of size 100mm height, 65 mm dia porcelain, vitreous white, brown or green insulator suitable for 1100 volts grade including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two GI washer and one GI nut complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement cross arms, bracings, stiffeners, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel confirming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, binding cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :Exposed steel surface shall be treated with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and unexposed surface of steel sections shall be applied one coat of red oxide primer.

S&F in replacement stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1 using stay rod 20 mm dia x 1800mm long, stay bow 14mm dia and stay plate 30 cm x 30 cm x 6 mm including stay wire 8 SWG x 7 strands, loop type insulator with over all dimensions 90x140mm and clearence of hole 25.5mm, stay clamps and painting to exposed surfaces of mild steel work with two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Excavation, earthwork and PCC in foundation shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of BOQ.

M&L for painting on steel tubular poles 9 metre long including attachments (cross arms, clamps GI pipes etc) complete with one coat of aluminium paint after preparation of steel surfaces and black & yellow strips 30cm each upto 1.5 metre height from top of PCC foundation block or PCC coping including numbering of poles with synthetic enamel paint (Black) in 80mm high letters over 150mmx230mm yellow base complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of PCC pole and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint in black and yellow colour in alternate strips of 30 cm each upto 1.50 metre height from top of PCC coping and applying one coat of aluminum paint over cross arms, brackets, bracings, clamps, hooks etc. and marking pole number with black synthetic enamel paint in 80mm high letters, over yellow synthetic enamel paint base of size 20cm x 20cm including applying two coats of white wash to coping of poles all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Pole number shall be marked with black enamel paint over a base of size 20cm x 20cm prepared with two coats of yellow enamel paint on pole surfaces.

Disconnecting over head conductors and insulators any Nos. on existing damaged pre-stressed concrete LT poles, dismantling MS work such as cross arms/clamps/hooks etc., stay and street light (where exists), excavating and taking out damaged pole making good hole to receive new pole and S&F in same position new pre-stressed concrete pole 09 meter long of cross section 102mm x 172mm at the top and 102mm x 279mm at bottom, class 10, complying with requirements of IS-1678-1978, re-fixing the MS work cross arms/clamps/hooks etc. and insulators retrieved from dismantling and re-jointing the conductors & including applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint in alternate black and yellow strips 30 cm each upto 1.5 metre height from PCC coping and applying one coat of aluminum paint over cross arms, brackets, bracings, clamps, hooks etc. and marking pole number complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes: - (i) PCC in foundation & coping shall be measured and paid for separately.

Disconnecting and re-stretching ACSR conductor of any size and re-fixing with and including new 2mm dia aluminum binding wire complete all as specified. Note :- (i) The rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be included for cutting / trimming of tree branches touching / approaching the LT over lines upto 3 metre width on each side with hacksaw / axe to clear the LT line including disposal of trimmed branches 100 metre away inside the cantonment area & cleaning site as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (ii) Length of each conductor shall be measured as one length.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of poles etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating, necessary form work and fair finishing all exposed faces of concrete without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) typeC-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation for stays & mass concrete including necessary form work and fair finishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation for poles, struts & mass concrete including necessary form work and fair finishing to exposed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt, connected to galvanized iron strip 32mm x 6mm thick as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth strip connected to earthing test point/equipment and protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 40mm dia upto earthing test point/equipment fixed with required number of mild steel clamp made out of 25mm x 3mm flat iron and perforated water pipe 20mm dia GI medium grade of length 2.25 metre and top with socket & plug and bottom connected to earth plate by slit and two bolts/nuts/washers, PCC chamber in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 and 40mmthick pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-0 cover with 40mm x 40mm x 3mm MS angle iron frame, excavation & earth work complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I of SSR-2009 including taking down old earthing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes :- (i) GI strip upto earth test point/equipment is included in this item. (ii) Outer edge of earth pit shall be 1.5 metre away from the outer edge of PCC chamber. (iii) Minimum weight of reinforcement for earth pit cover shall be 1 kg .

Supplying, laying, jointing, commissioning and testing XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, armoured, heavy duty underground electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 185 sq mm 3.5 core confirming to IS-7098 (Part-I-1988) laid in trenches, along poles through pipes etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes :- (i) Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, cable protection and GI pipe shall be measured & paid for separately under respective items of BOQ (ii) Road cutting / floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall deemed to be inclusive of the above provisions.

M&L for dry sand (Tibba sand) and punning for cushioning to underground cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: - For payment purpose thickness after punning shall be measured.

M & L for brick protection with old size sub class 'B' bricks laid flat, abutting each other with gap between adjacent bricks not exc. 10mm, length of bricks across the route of underground cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, jointing and testing in replacement heat shrinkable type straight through jointing kit, suitable for cable of size 25 to 50 Sqmm, 3.5 core aluminium conductor 1100 Volts including making connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 31 above but suitable for cable of size 70 sqmm to 150 sqmm.

All as per item No 31 above but suitable for cable of size 185 sqmm to 300 sqmm.

Supplying, jointing and testing in replacement heat shrinkable type outdoor, end termination jointing kit, suitable for cable of size 25 to 50 Sqmm, 3.5 core aluminium conductor 1100 Volts including making connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 34 above but suitable for cable of size 70 sqmm to 120 sqmm.

All as per item No 34 above but suitable for cable of size 150 sqmm to 185 sqmm.

Cutting/ trimming of tree branches not exc 10cm girth touching/approaching the LT / HT overhead lines upto 3 metre width on each side with hacksaw/axe to clear the LT / HT line including disposal of trimmed branches 100 Metre away inside the cantonment area & clearing site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Approximate length of span 40 to 50 metre) Note:-The contractor shall be responsible to maintain this item of work till the date of completion work. Nothing shall extra be paid on this account.

S&F in replacement Galvanized iron tubing, 100mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches / under road / drains, fixed to poles / walls with required numbers of clamps made out of 25x3mm flat iron, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of LT electric cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes :- (i) Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately under respective items of BOQ

M&L for fixing MS sheet 2mm thick to existing LT panels / feeder pillar box including necessary straightening / correcting the distorted parts, cuttings, welding / riveting, drilling bend to shape as required, welding of hinges, sliding door bolts, locking arrangement, nut, bolts, washers etc and appying two coats of synthetic enamedled paint over a coat of red oxide primer to match with the existing surfaces comlepte including butt hinges sliding door bolts and taping , thimbling disconnecting all incoming and outgoing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement MCCB 4 Pole 100 Amps, thermal magnetic release having, breaking capacity 25 KA, 415 Volt in the existing feeder pillar box including any addition / alteration to the panel to accommodate the new MCCB & making connections with 25x3 mm copper strip as required from main bus bars, making necessary welding work, metal work for fixing base plate etc and connections complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
