M & L Sand cushioning to PVC under ground cable with Tibba sand and punning to provide a required cover complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Bricks for protection cover to under ground cable (with old size sub class ‘B’ bricks) with width equal to length of brick laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps between adjacent brick not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing or laying galvanised steel tubing light grade (ISI marked) for protection of under ground cable on poles / walls under road crossing etc of following sizes including dismantling & taking down existing pipe :-

M&L earthing complete as per electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part-I with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6.0mm thick, buried directly vertically in ground in a pit depth not less than 2.25 metres below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less then 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised iron or steel earth strip 32mm x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel. Earthing strip shall be protected by galvanised iron or steel pipe 40 mm bore light grade and connected to continuous earth wire on pole / test point. Watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore GI medium grade. The earthing shall be of inclusive of excavation & earth work in any type of soil, charcoal, salt, funnel PCC pit and RCC cover complete all as specified & tested complete. NOTE:- (i) The concrete pit shall be made in PCC 1:2:4 type B-0, using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm thick precast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate with suitable MS handle in lieu of CI cover. Reinforcement in cover shall be of 8mm dia TMT bars laid @150mm c/c both ways. (ii) Quoted rate shall include the cost of 7.5 metre GI pipe for protection of earth strip. (iii) Quoted rate shall include cost of 7.5 metre earth strip. (iv) Earth electrode shall be surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides.

Supply and Fix in repair Timer Switch to control street light automatic operation including outdoor type sheet metal enclosure with IP- 65 protection,4 pole Contactor - 63Amp , Protection MCBs and all connected accessories complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Painting to old steel surface Steel tubular pole 9.0 mtr long with attached accessories (cross arms, clamps, GI protection pipe etc) with one coat of aluminium paint after preparation of surfaces including painting to poles with two coats black & white paints in straps alternatively all round the poles from the bottom of the pole for indication of poles. Height of the strap shall be 30cm and number of straps shall be 5 Nos complete all as specified and as directed.

(Note:- Cost of locking arrangement, Hinge, Insulation to busbar, copper wiring from bus bar to MCCBs, Colour coding to busbar, Indication lamp replacement, Ammeter, Voltmeter and cleaning of inside outside surface of panel shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate).

Supply, install, testing and commissioning and testing factory made and tested CPRI type test certified) LT Panel out door type IP-54, floor mounted,compartmantalised and suitable for 415 Volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, all as specified and directed, The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, made of 3.15mm CRCA MS sheet and with base frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron , powder coated, having front and rear openeable hinged double door shutters with aprons for cable entry and locking arrangement complete with following accessoies. (e) Digital voltmeter Ammeter with CT PT according to Capacity of Load of main panel including, selector switch Outgoing (a) MCCB 100 amps, 4 pole, 25 KA with adjustable thermal over load release with earth fault protection. 50 Hz, 415 volts grade - 02 Nos. Supply and fixing 60W LED street light with lens optics on LEDs, IP66 protected luminaire fixture made from pressure dia cast aluminum housing & heat resistance toughned glass cover with one number of 60 W driver,having wide operating voltage range , pf .95 lum Efficacy 110 surge protection 10 KV all including reducer pipe, welding etc complete all as specified and as directed including taking out old U/S light fitting of any type/size.

Supplying and fixing 6 sq. mm 2 core 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections twin core cable flat stranded conductor following size including taking down old U/S cable.

Supplying and fixing 2.5 sq. mm 3 core 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated Copper conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections twin core cable flat stranded conductor following size including taking down old U/S cable.

M&L for Disconnecting and Taking down U/S Street light fitting of any type/rating from pole or wall dismantling the same for necessary repair or replacement of U/S spares complete and refixing connecting and testing the same complete all as specified and as directed. Note : - Accessories/ spare parts shall be measured & paid separatley under respective items of Sch `A`

Supply only in replacement of LED Driver with surge protector for 45 to 60 watt LED light complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Driver& Surge proctector shall be of same make, Suitable for LED fitting as available at site

M & L for boring of size upto 80 mm under roads/drains/in walls for passing of cables and GI pipes for protection of cable including minor connecting fixtures and fittings complete all as specified and as directed.
