Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2(40mm graded aggregate) in foundation , sub base, filling and mass concrete and post holes complete all as specified.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (Design mix M-30) in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (Design mix M-30) in Walls, retaining walls, basement walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing Excavated soil to a distance exc. 250 m and n.exc 500 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as sprecified and directed.

Formwork to curved sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work finished fair surfaces as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Formwork to curved faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railing and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to better as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required incl crancking , bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conf to TMT bar complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 12 mm thick in CM 1:3 with WPC on concrete surface including finish even and smooth surfaces without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 with WPC on concrete surface including finish even and smooth surfaces without using extra cement complete all as specified.

S&Fmild steel framed work as in Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors;framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc. similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified.

M&L for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63mm Broken stone, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface

M&L 75mm thick cement concerete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded aggragete including finished even & smooth surfaces without using extra cement over .

S&F 80 mm bore Tubes, 'medium grade', galvanised, with all fitting; laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed

S&F for 300 mm dia Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars

Material & labour for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes of size 3000 mm bore, including packing under & haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab for manhole etc with plane faces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm gr stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6, complete

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering on PCC block masonry work finished even and smooth without using extra cement in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) in kerbs,coping, plinth courses, bands etc and similar works.

Demolitin of pre cast PCC block walling /brick work /boulder masonary including qouins arches pillars etc builtin cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specififed and directed

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls/ stone walls etc. of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified.

M&L for stone walling of random rubble , uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 all as specified.

M&L plain cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping or similar work etc including necessary formwork complete all as specified.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on stone masonry surfaces , finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coatst of cement base paint over a coat of primer on external surfaces in camouflge pattern complete all as specified and directed

Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep in soft/loose soil on top surface of filled up each of traverse of blast pens complete all as specified and directed.

Levelling of top surface of blast pens /traverse wall by using approved soil in layers n exc 30 cm thick watering ramming and finishing to required size shape etc . The levelling work shall be carried out from base of the blaste pen up to top height varying from 0.00 mtr to 10.00 mtr

Rough excavation and staking the soil the base of the same blast pens / traverse wall not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep complete

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide on new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas n.exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas exc 1.5m but n.exc 3 mtr deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully existing aluminium strip of size 25x3mm from existing location and refixing the same with saddles and fixing screws on roof/earth conductors and down conductors above ground and all joints should be connected by exothermic welding or brazing complete all as specified and directed. Note : All joints should be done by exothermic welding or brazing.

S&F in replacement of aluminium strip 25x3mm with saddles and fixing screws for roof/earth conductors and down conductors above ground of existing and all joints should be connected by exothermic welding or brazing complete all as specified and directed. Taking down carefully existing galvanised iron strip of size 32x6mm from existing location and refixing the same with saddles and fixing screws on roof/earth conductors and down conductors above ground and all joints should be connected by exothermic welding or brazing complete all as specified and directed. M&L in replacement of Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate earth electrode plate of size 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50m below notmal ground level, connected to and including galvanised iron strip of size 32x6mm by means of suitable galvanised iron nuts/bolts and joints properly up to test point and earth dolly including earth pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, precast RCC cover in 1:2:4 reinforced with expanded metal, with suitable handle, excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including light grade GI watering pipe 20mm bore with funnel wire mesh and light grade GI protection pipe 40mm bore up to test point/main board complete as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES schedule Part-I 2009, connected to earthing testing point complete all as specified and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Galvanised Iron strip 32x6mm with protection pipe upto 7.5 Mtr length shall be deemed to include in this item rate. (ii) The units rate including the cost of excavation & earth work in any type of soil, charcoal & salt in alternate layers, 20mm GI pipe (light grade) for watering, 40mm GI protection pipe (light grade), funnel wire mesh, PCC chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, cast iron frame and 40mm thick RCC cover for pit etc & no extra payment will be made.

S&F in replacement aluminium single pointed air terminal rod of 12mm dia, 300mm long fixed on GI tubing 40mm dia, 1.2 Mtr long fixed on PCC 1:2:4 using 20mm graded aggregate of size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Earthing Pit identifier / marker for lightening arrester made of MS Plate 6mm thick oval size having major axis 30cm & minor aiz 20cm mounted on 25mm dia GI pipe medium grade projected 60cm above the ground and embeded suitably in concerete PCC 1:2:4 type B2 of size 20cm x 20cm x30cm. The oval shape identifier and earthing pit cover shall be painted with two coat of synthetic cnamel paint over a coat of primer and writing letter eg. LA 1/10 on the plate and earth pit cover all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of Test Point Terminal Block made out of Gun Metal or Phosphorus Bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia, 25mm hexagonal head screws including taking down old unsv one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement Double wall corrugated HDPE duct pipe 50mm outer dia confirming to IS: 16205 of approved colour with fittings for for strip protection fixed in walls/floors with suitable type of clamps etc complete all as specified and directed.
