Removing excavated material (surplus soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

Material and labour for PCC ( 1:4:8), type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing 50mm thick precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in floors, finishing cement concrete surfaces even and smooth using extra cement and WPC complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- WPC will be measured and paid for separately

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection/path finished even and smooth without using extra cement with and including 10 mm wide, 30 mm deep joints @ 3 m center to center, every turning point and filling the joints with bitumen and sand mixer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 metre clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, beams, parapets upto 60cm height and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throatings etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of BOQ.

Material and labour for brick work with Fly Ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering/plastering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth mixed with WPC complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- WPC will be measured and paid for separately

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered / old plastered or pointed surface of walls/pillars/cornices by sand papering or by any other mean and after preparing the surfaces applying two coats of cement base paint as approved tint/colour over a one coat of priming paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing gun metal, globe or gate valve (ISI marked), brass cast copper alloy, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends suitable for 20mm bore iron pipes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for construction of brick masonery valve pit of size 450 mm X 450 mm X 450 mm (internal dimensions) with old size sub class 'B' bricks built in cement mortar (1:4), 10 mm thick rendering on internal and external surfaces (on external surface upto 15 cm below ground level) in cement morter (1:4), 10 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) as in foundation including 40 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm mild steel angle frame and 3.15 mm thick MS sheet cover dully painted with 2 coats of black bituminous paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer and earth work etc. complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for GI pipe light grade 50 mm dia laid in trenches / fixed to pole / wall for cable protection including MS clamp, nuts, bolts and washers of suitable size for concrete polecomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying in trenches HDPE pipes with all fittings of size 90 mm outer dia of pressure rating 6kgs/CM2 and connecting GI Tee of size 90x90x50mm including short piece, union socket for distribution line complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : - 1. The cost is including of making connection with existing 5 HP submersible pumps at two places including all fittings Tee, Reducer, Union socket, short piece etc. 2. All GI fittings ISI marked used.

Supply and laying in trenches HDPE pipes with all fittings of size 63 mm outer dia of pressure rating 6kgs/CM2 and connecting GI Tee of size 50x50x20mm at every 30mtr and GI Tee of size 50x50x50mm including short piece, union socket as per drawing for distribution line complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying GI pipe Medium grade 20mm bore with all fitting in trenches for stand post complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for construction of brick masonery block of size 0.30m x 0.30m x 0.15m for sporting of stand post by using subclass 'B' bricks, with cement mortar 1:4 straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, complete with PCC coping 1:2:4 of size 25 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for making tapping point from 160mm HDPE pipe by using Mechanical joint make out of flat iron clamp, nut, bolts, washer including rubber packing etc including elbow, union socket and one no gun metal gate valve 50mm for distribution line complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for boring of Roads for passing of HDPE pipe of size n. exc 160 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F MS bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater,ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required : hooks (stay), heavy for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; holdfasts,wall tieshooks for hanging fans plain angle cleats forsecuring purlins to wood trusses or rafters knee piece inserts, two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and filling Local sand cushioning , with dry and clean sand, over and under the under ground cables in trenches, ducts for cable protection including consolidation, 80mm thick to the authorized width as per SSR–Part-I before laying of cable and 150mm thick after laying of cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- For measurement purpose puned thickness shall be measured and paid i.e 18cm.)

Supply, laying and testing of XLPE submersible Cable of size 4 Sqmm, 3 core, copper conductor standard form for connection from LT panel and pump inside the tank including making water proof joint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and laying XLPE LT Cable of size 10 Sqmm, 4 core, 1100 Volt grade heavy duty with XLPE insulated, stranded aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathening of PVC tape armoured with Galvanized steel strip or wire and over all PVC Sheathed stranded conductor conforming to IS- 7098 (Part-I) with latest amendments laid in trenches/fixed to wall/pole/laid in floor including necessary connections and suitable size of thimbling complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, brick protection, cutting of road and pipe shall be measured & paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ.)

M & L for mini LT Panel outdoor with canopy of 2 mm CRCA sheet of size 600 mm X 600 mm X 300 mm factory made, weather/ vermin proof, duly powder coated having with front openable shutter with locking arrangement including fixing of the following complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (i) MCB TPN 4 pole, 415V AC, 10KA rail mounting 63 Amp -01 No (ii) Three phase DOL starter 5 HP with short circuit and over current thermal relay, under and over voltage relay-01 Nos (iii) Phase indicator RYB with SSA, SSV (iv) Multifunctional meter with CTs coil. (v) Motor protection relay MPR 304BE 160Amp supply 240V, +/- 20%, Cat No. : MPR 304BE 160, Make : L&T, SCHIENDER, POWERWARE and equivalent. (vi) Complete wiring with stranded copper conductor wire of adequate size but not less than 6 sqmm with copper lugs, thimble, terminals etc. Note:- (i) The rate coated for entire sheet matel cabinet fixed on 40mmx40mmx5mm angle iron four legs and fixed on PCC platform, height of the leg is 1 mtr above platform.

Supply, install, commising, testing of open well submersible pump Set 5 HP three phase 440 volt 50 Hz suction x delivery size 65mmx50mm and head 28-40mtr complete duly connected cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Kirloskar model No KOSJ-538 or similar specification in Crompton greaves, KSB or CRI.

M&L for brick protection covers laid over cables of sub class B bricks old size 230mmx115mmx75mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, connected to and including earth continuity GI wire 4 mm (upto test point from earth plate and test point to DB) by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers and including protected by 15mm dia GI light grade protection pipe from earth plate to test point, including making of test point. Earth plate shall be surrounded by packed layer of 15 mm thick char coal/coke & salt all around bottom and top with alternative layer. 20mm GI light grade pipe for watering (should be 10cm above GL) and including socket, plug, funnel, wire mesh, CI cover and frame, PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in earthing pit including necessary form work, excavation & earth work, complete all as specified & shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part – I. Note:- (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.

M&L for provn of Branch connection from main line 163 mm HDPE pipe by using suitable MS clamp, nut, bolts, nipples, sockets, elbow including earth work required for connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
