Supply and laying sub main wiring complete with 03 runs (Phase, Neutral & Earthing colour code) of single core 2.5 sqmm fire retardant low smoke (FRLS) PVC insulated copper conductor cable multistranded and sheathed LT 1100 V grade drawn through and including non metallic PVC conduit 20mm dia ISI marked and accessories surface fixed on wall /floor and connection with existing DB etc all as specified. Note:- 03 runs of 2.5 Sqmm cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be considered as one unit for measurement purposes.

Supply and fixing LED flood light 100 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete with all accessories and iron angles to fix the light, 2.5Sqmm required for connection etc., incl testing all as specified and as directed.

M&L Point wiring for One light point controlled by one switch with PVC insulated fire retardant low smoke (FRLS) multi stranded copper conductor cable of 1.5 sqmm in and including 20 mm nominal bore rigid PVC rigid conduit heavy duty (ISI mark) and pressed steel terminal boxes (for mounting switches / sockets /regulators / ceiling roses etc) made out of MS sheet not less than 1.6 mm and 6cm depth including painting with one coat of red oxide primer on internal and external surface covered with 3mm thick laminated plastic sheet ISI marked including 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated fire retardant low smoke (FRLS) multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity wire connected to common earth and each terminal box/fitting all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Switch piano flush type single pole one way 5/6 amp complete all as specified and directed..

Supply and fixing Ceiling rose surface Bakelite 65 x 50 mm three terminals complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and install hi wall split units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 3 Star rating and EER 3.2 ,electric driven single phase of capacity 1.5 TR with non CFC refrigerant including making electric connection with 4Sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor cable from indoor unit to outdoor unit ,copper pipe required to connect outdoor unit and indoor unit and suitable size PVC pipe having nylon threaded reinforcement for condensed water from indoor unit to outside the bldg drain complete all specified and directed. Note : (a) Outdoor unit should be mounted on suitable size bracket embedded in the wall as recommended by the manufacturer. Rate quoted by the contractor should include the cost of all above accessories no extra payment will be made. (b) Copper condenser coil of outdoor unit necessary.

Supply and fixing single pole and neutral enclosure with two pin and earth plug and socket with MCB 20 Amps capacity suitably fixed in a weather proof metal enclosure complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -charge.

M&L for sub-main wiring with two single core 4 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable drawn through including chasing cutting in any type of masonry including 20 mm dia non-metallic PVC conduit fixed in wall including 4 sq mm copper earth continuity wire, accessories and connecting to earth dolly complete. Note : 2 Run of 4 Sqmm, 1 Run of PVC conduit & 1 Run of 4 Sqmm earth cable shall be measured as single unit length

Supply and fixing amp rating 240V ,10KA C curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of following polies and current carrying capacity SP 6 to 32 AMP in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning.

M & L for point wiring for one 16 A socket outlet , independent , using 2.5 sqmm size 1.1kV grade single core FR-LSH flexible cable, conforming to IS 694: 2010, having multi-drawn thin strands of electrolytic copper conductors and insulation for phase, neutral, and earth continuity conductor connecting to earth dolly, colour-coded as per IS 11353: 1985, drawn in medium grade UPVC surface / recessed conduits, conforming to IS 9537 (Part- 3): 1983, of size not less than 20 mm NB, including cutting chases, factory made not less than 1.2 mm thick sunken, modular flush sheet galvanized metal enclosure having zinc coating not less than 120 GSM, , conforming to IS 14772: 2000, having top, bottom, side and back-wall knockouts for conduit entry from any direction, suitable modular cover-plates and making good of disturbed surfaces of wall / ceiling / floor, etc. complete all as specified in IS 732: 2019 and directed by the engineer-in-charge. Notes- (i) Wiring from the DB (distribution box) to terminal boxes for socket outlets, etc. shall be deemed inclusive in the quoted rates.

S & F modular type 2/3 pin shuttered type 16 A combined switch socket, conforming to IS 1293: 2005 complete all as specified in IS 732: 2019 and directed by the engineer-in-charge.

S & F modular type 6 A 1-way SP switch conforming to IS 3854: 2012 with finger-proof terminal complete all as specified in IS 732: 2019 and directed by the engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix electric water heater ,storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2KW capacity 25 litre ,BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve,thermostate ,NRV,connection pipes etc complete all as specified and directed.
