M&L for prepration and Complete removal of existing treatment by using eletronic tools for sanding/ scrapping and applying minimum 2 coats of acrylic emulsion paints with automatic roller machines/ spray machine of approved quality and shade over a coat of white primer including preparation and repairing of surface as required, ready mix wall putty and sand papering, scraping, filling all holes and depressions etc. complete as per specification and standard. The surface of wall or ceiling to be painted shall be finished and prepared to the satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge. Rate to include providing and removing coverings to covers/goods, furniture or for protecting existing door, Name plate, signage, light fittings, switch boards, fire extingusher, window panes or artwork (if any) and removing stains (if any) from the floors, doors, windows, ventilators, glass panes, furniture, platforms etc. complete all respect as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described exc. 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint white or tinted by using spraying mechanism and to be executed by approved applicator complete all as specified and directed.
