(A) Prime Mover: Vertical diesel engine of suitable capacity water cooled,Radiator mounted close circuit as per BS 649 or IS 1002 direct injection type turbo charged. The DG set shall be capable of running 24 hours on full load. Engine shall be equipped with all standard fittings as per manufacturer's recommendation and mounted on common base frame with following:- (i) RPM cum Hour meter (ii) Battery charging alternator with inbuilt regulator (iii) Ignition and starting keys with push button switch (iv) Lubricating oil pressure gauge, oil and water temperature gauges (v) Batteries as recommended by manufacturer with battery leads of suitable size of copper cable (vi) Self starter motor of suitable capacity (vii) PCC Foundation for Generating set as per recommendation of manufacturer (viii) Exhaust pipe duly insulated with asbestos rope for thermal insulation (ix) Exhaust silencer industrial type to maintain noise level (x) Over speed indication (xi) Low lubrication, oil trip indication (xii) Engine Hours indication (xiii) Digital Amp meter and Voltmeter

(B) Alternator:- Synchronous alternator of rating not less than 75 KVA DG set, 3 phase, 50 cycle, 415 volts, 4 wire AC supply 0.8 PF at NTP for running at 1500 RPM self excited, self regulated, screen protected, brushless type mounted on common base frame coupled with above Engine. The alternator shall be conforming to IS 60034-1 / BS 2613 suitable for tropical conditions and with class F/H insulation Note:-DG losses, monitoring as per ECBC 2017 Standard and must be BEE 3 star rated minimum (C) Contol Panel and AMF Panel :- Control panel and AMF panel, 415 Volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 cycles fabricated out of 2mm thick MS sheet and powder coated painted internally and externally complete with copper bus bars with suitable capacity with incoming / outgoing terminals control wiring with copper cable of suitable size for DG set including all engine and alternator control switches and indicator as per manufacturer design and comprising of the following:- (i) MCCBs of 160 Amps capacity, 415 Volts, 4 pole, 16 KA for incoming/outgoing with over load and short circuit protections - 03 Nos (ii) Voltmeter and Ammeter with selector switches and CTs of suitable capacity (iii) Power factor and frequency, RPM, running hours counter, water tempreture, lub oil pressure meters (iv) Indicating lamps (LED type) to indicate RYB and for load on and set running battery charger ON.

(v) Failure indication (LED type) over/ under speed, fail to start, low oil pressure, battery charger failure (vi) Engine start and stop push buttons (vii) Battery charging indicator lamp – 01 No (viii) Instrument fuses and control wiring – 01 set (ix) Auto / Manual test switch – 01 No (x) Under Voltage relay – 01 No (xi) Digital electronic multification metre (Timer) – 01 No (xii) Over load relay (xiii) By pass arrangement with rotary by pass switch AC 4 pole suitable Amp rating to isolate AMF Panel (xiv) Four pole power contactor of suitable capacity - 3 Nos (xv) Automatic Battery Charger - 01 No, SMPS based inbuilt, auto/ manual and float/ boost facility (xvi) Microprocessor based power command control for DG set monitoring, metering and control having protection of over current short circuit, high / low voltage, under/ over frequency, reverse power, excitation protection, field failure relay, differential relay all as specified.

(D) Fuel Tank :- Fuel tank of suitable capacity as per manufacturer's instructions suitable to store for 12 hours running of DG set mounted inside accoustic enclosure and including all fuel connection lines with heavy duty MS pipe from fuel tank to DG set as per manufacturer designs (E) Base frame and Installation :- Both the engine and alternator shall be mounted on suitable base frame made of MS channel with necessary reinforcement, which shall be installed on suitable cement concrete foundation and vibration isolation arrangement as per recommendation of manufacturer (F) Exhaust system :- Dry exhaust manifold with hospital exhausts silencer and catalytic converter. (G) Starting System :- As recommended by Manufacturer DC starting comprising of starter motors, voltage regulator and arrangement for initial excitation complete with suitable Nos of batteries as required as per specification. Acoustic and weather proof enclosure with arrangement for fresh air intake for cooling of the engine and alternator, discharging hot air in to the atmosphere as per specifications. Note:- Contractor shall submit test report of engine and alternator as per Indian Standard IS 10000, IS 10001 and IS 4889: 1968. However if engine and alternator are tested more stringently (compared to IS 10000, IS 100001 1980, IS 13364 and IS 4889: 1968), then the parameters where the greater stringency has been applied should be declared by the manufacturer in the test report.Contractor shall submit CPCB compliance report/ certificate for complete DG set.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 sq mm 3½ core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not ecxceeding 1.5 mtr depth for laying of cables including taking up or down the LT cable complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of Excavated material n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed by Engineer-Charge.

Supply and filling in Sand for Cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying un reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, type-I, flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including GI strip 32X6 mm (upto the body of equipment) by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers, protected by 40 mm bore GI light grade pipe. Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate layer of charcoal or coke and common salt 15 cm thick all around bottom and top. 20 mm bore GI medium grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC cover in 1:2:4 type B1using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and reinfircement (TMT) with 8mm dia @ 100 c/c bothways & frame, PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in earthing pit including necessary excavation & earth work, complete all as specified & shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES schedule Part-I. Note:(i) The unit rate includes earthing lead & protection pipe upto 7.5 metre from top of earth plate. (ii) PCC chamber shall be construced at least 1.50 m away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.

M&L for disconnection of Electric Connection, earthing of power Transformer of capacity 3.15 MVA at site and Lifting of unserviceable power Transformer of capacity 3.15 MVA from plateform by Crane and loading it on Vehicle and shifting to approved workshop, Unloading, opening of unserviceable power Transformer and taking core and coil assembly, assesment and eastimation of repair and replacement of parts cleaining and washing of dust/rust and dirt from all other parts including core tanks and cooling tubes retaking after replacement parts and refixing the transformer to existing platform at MRS of GE Srigangangar after testing, commissioing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) All testing data before and after repair to be submitted before installation of transformer. (b) Material as required for servicing of power transformer shall be measured and paid seprately as supply only under relevant items.

Supply only LV leg coils (226.800x3) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Fresh Transformer Oil EHV Grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only HT Bushing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Galvanised Steel Tubing Pipe 50 mm bore (dia), light grade with Bend, laid in Trenches or under Roads/ Flooring/ Culverts and/or fixing to Electric Poles with suitable size Mild Steel Flat Iron Clamps, Bolts, Nuts, Washers, etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for jointing and testing heat shrinkable outdoor type, end termination cable jointing kit, suitable for 11KV under ground earthed system 3 core XLPE cable of size 240 to 300 Sqmm including making connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
