Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m and making good surface in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified & as directed.

Earth filling under floors or in foundations and similar locations including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Soil obtained from excavation under serial item No. 1.00 & 4.00 here-in-before shall be used for filling under floors.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders, gauge not exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, mud stops and the like including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished fair complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes, drains etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including placing in position and set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this Schedule.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size Fly Ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with old size burnt clay sub-class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Brick work under this item shall be carried out in sewage disposal work (i.e. manholes) and area drainage work (i.e. drains).

M&L for roughly squared stone lintels hammer dressed on face and soffits, hoisted, set and pointed in cement mortar 1:6 complete, not exc 3m in length, all as specified & as directed.

Supply metalic floor hardener for top surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium dividing strips 40mm wide of thickness 3mm thick and inserted in position conform design complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exc 5cm long and dia of neck 5 to 10 mm complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel as in Joist, channel, angle or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length directed) and similar work conforming to Grade E-250 quality `A’ all as specified and as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel work as in Plates (plain or chequered) channels. Square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment including necessary welding etc. conforming to Gde E-250 (Fe 410-W) quality `A’ complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel framed work as in doors, gates, steel frames, chowkats, etc. of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering including necessary welding etc and fixing in position complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rolled mild Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St-240, conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made steel ventilator with top hung shutter including hinges, steel peg stay, handle complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick with coating AZ-150 gsm of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Colour of sheet shall be as approved by the GE.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring, leveling course, etc, surface finished fair and even, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note :- Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid with an outward slope of 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 4 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3).

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered / unplastered surfaces of walls & applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints / solvent cement joints laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in bedding to RCC/SGSW drain pipes, including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 150 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for construction of Soak Well for 25 users, brick masonry, complete, all as specified and shown on drawings (BTD-830 Sheet No. 1/1).

M&L for point wiring for one light/fan/bell/buzzer point controlled by one, one way switch with 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 Volt grade (ISI marked) including 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 Volt grade (ISI marked) as continuous earth wire in green colour to common earth and connected to earth dolly laid/drawn into and including non-metallic rigid PVC concealed conduit (medium duty, ISI marked, not less than 20mm dia) with all fittings such as tee, bends, etc all as per IS, terminated in & including new sunk type pressed steel terminal boxes concealed in wall for mounting fittings like switches, sockets, regulators etc with and including 3mm thick phenolic laminated sheet top cover, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES FOR LED LIGHT FITTINGS : (i) All LED light/luminare shall meet the provision laid down in IS - 16101, 16102 Part-I/II, 16103 Part-I, 16104, 16105, 16106, 16108/2012 and 15885 Part -II / Section 13. (ii) Contractor shall submit test report of LED street light fitting from Government accredited test laboratory for LM-79 and LM-80. (iii) Contractor has to furnish a replacement warranty of 05 years for LED light fittings complete including lamps from the date of completion of contract. The product will be replaced on site free of cost in the following case :- (a) Manufacturing defects. (b) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact. (c) Drop in lumen (or lux at 1 m) below 90% of claimed values of lumen (or lux at 1 m) of the LED /Luminaries.
