M&L rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of stone masonry or concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of stone masonry or concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L coloured Non skid ceramic tiles of size 300mmx300mmx8mm thick as in floors etc, laid over with and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles(Ist quality) in vertical surface 300mmx600mm x 7-8 mm thick joint free set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match laid over with and including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4 ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15-18 mm thick Granite(of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) as in cooking platforms , shelves and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plasterd surface of wall and applying two coats oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and dircted

M & L preparation of old decorated surface of walls etc and applying one coat of oil bound distemper of approved shade/tint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in - Charge.

M&L cutting holes in stone /RCC/granite slab for inserting coocking gas cylinder pipe and making good complete all as directed

S&F factory made kitchen cabinet of size 1.5M x 0.60M x 0.3M, made out of 18mm thick PVC celuka sheet having density not less than 650kg/cum one side decorative lamination & other side balancing lamination sheet consisting of carcase18 mm thick PVC sheet including shutters made out of 18 mm thick PVC board all required brackets 5.5 screwes etc. The panels shall be fabricated using adhesive and screws where every required. All edge shall be covered with 2mm thick edge bonding tape or 90 degree edge bent finish as per make and specification mentioned as per drawing and specification approved by Engineer-in-Charge Note : (i) PVC celuka sheet manufactured by an ISO 9001-2015 certified company, termite proof, water proof & flame retradant PVC sheet. (ii) PVC cabinet of required size fabricated by joining four 18mm thick PVC celuka ply fixed with each other using solvent cement adhesive and screws and 18mm thick PVC sheet as backing of cabinet screw and solvent cement adhesive etc (iii) The Cabinet box will be devided into two equal part with two leaf shutter and one shelf will be placed in cabinate(iii) Cabinate will be fixed in wall with 4x fastners etc and necessary fixing lugs (iv) Each shutter will be provided with SS handle 75 mm, CP Piano hinges, magnet/catcher (v)The quoted rates are included the rates of all fittings and fixturs

Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2 , modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardanand fixed in position with MS hold fast/ugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia including necessary hold fast/lugs or SS dash fastner complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of size 30mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2 , modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisturproof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws,, 4x stainless steel hinges in each shutter 2x ss hanlde oval type magne/catcher all as per direction of EngineerIn- Charge.

M&L for sub main wiring with 2 runs single core multistranded copper conductor cable of size 4.0 Sqmm , PVC insulated , unsheathed , fire retardent , low smoke (FRLS) drawn through and including PVC caping and casing not less than 25 mm wide with all necessary fitting and including one run single core multistranded copper conductor cable of size 4.0 Sqmm PVC insulated , unsheathed , fire retardent low smoke cable as earth wire , fixed on wall/ceilling complete.

S&F storage type electric water heater (geyser), 5 star rated, energy efficient, of capacity 25 Ltrs with glass line quoted tank and 8 bar pressure injected puff insulation with 16 amp 3 pin inbuilt PRCD/shock save plug incl nut & bolts etc.incl necessary fixing arrengement on wall and make good to disturbed surface after complition including taking down old unsv geyser and deposited in E/M store yard, all as specified and directed.make-havells model No Bianca or equivelent in crompton/usha
