M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any hape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint & including dismantling of old unserviceable cross arms of MS channel or angle sections etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, borwn or green insulator, including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised mild steel spindle, two galnvanised iron wahers and one galvanised iron nut, 150 mm height, 150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade & including dismantling of old unserviceable insulator, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for insulator disc type porcelain, vitreous, 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green for tension with tension clamps for conductor, working pressure 11000 volts & including dismantling of old unserviceable insulator, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in renewal of stay assembly complete comprising & including of galvlanised steel stay wire stranded 7/4 mm galvanised steel stay bow 400x20mm stay rod, 1800 mm long, 20 mm dia with nuts, bolts and washers, steel plate 300x300x6.0 mm two Nos thimble, including loop type insulator size 90 x 140 mm clearance hole of 20 mm dia including necessary excavation, earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation, disposal of surplus soil upto a distance of 50 m and fixed to stay clamp, complete all as specified in electrical plate No 1 of MES SSR part I and directed. (Stay clamps shall be measured separately in MS Work).

Supply, straining, streching and fixing ACSR conductor on HT/LT poles or on existing poles including binding and jointing to conductor/ insulator with and including suitable size of copper binding wire or aluminium tape and testing & including dismantling of old u/s ACSR conductors from the poles, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in renewal of galvanised steel wire 4mm dia , cradle guards, hexagonal/ rectangular fabricated of galvanised steel wire 3.15mm dia including binding wire aluminium cradle guard, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600mm x 6.3 mm, buried directly in ground (earth plate not less than 2.25 Mtr below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron earth wire of 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron including 15 mm bore light grade GI tubing for protection of earth wire, MS sheet metal funnel with wire mesh, watering pipe medium grade 20 mm bore, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternative layer of 15 Cm compacted thickness all around the electrode with concrete earth pit of PCC 1:3:6 type 75 mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 pit cover reinfored with 8 mm dia deformed bar and suitable handle made of 10 mm dia round bar and necessary excavation, earth work, in soft/loose soil and disposal of spolis to a distance not exc 50 Mtr and necessary connection and testing complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 and including dismantling of old u/s earthing complete all as specified and directed. Notes: - (a) Irrespective of whatever is shown in plate No 3 of SSR, earth pit shall be casted in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 and precast cover of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 with suitable handle. (b) Item includes the cost of GI pipe for protection of earth wire and earth wire upto 7.5m.

S&F in renewal of 80 mm bore steel water tubing, light grade, galvanised, with all fitting, laid in trenches/fixed to walls/poles etc as protection to cables, with and including necessary MS clamps, nuts botls, washers etc required for fixing, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, transporting, erection and fixing steel tubular swaged pole, 11.00 metres long, type 410 SP-55, complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washers etc including necessary earth work and excavation, PCC in foundation 1:3:6 type C2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate and PCC 1:2:4 type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping to the pole, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m, painting the pole with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer including 3 nos band/straps with red post office box colour (300mm wide each) synthetic enamelled paint at a distance 300mm from plinth block and marking pole nos with black synthetic enamelled paint including tarring one coat on steel surface embedded in concrete & including taking down existing old unserviceable poles and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting the external exposed surfaces of steel tubular swaged/rail poles of 11/9.0 metres long alongwith cross arms, bracket and connected accessories with one coat of aluminium paint including preparation of old painted surfaces and writing the details of the pole in white letters on black back ground and pasting 100 mm wide reflective red strickers in 3 lines around the pole, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting the external exposed surfaces of 2 pole structures of steel tubular swaged poles of 11 metres long alongwith cross arms, bracket and connected accessories with one coat of aluminium paint including preparation of old painted surfaces and writing the details of the pole in white letters on black back ground and pasting radium red strickers/paint with 3 strips of width min 10 cm around the pole complete all as directed.

M&L for painting the external exposed surfaces of 4 pole structures of steel tubular swaged poles of 11 metres long alongwith cross arms, bracket and connected accessories with one coat of aluminium paint including preparation of old painted surfaces and writing the details of the pole in white letters on black back ground and pasting radium red strickers/paint with 3 strips of width min 10 cm around the pole complete all as directed.

M&L for painting the cross arms, bracket and connected accessories with one coat of aluminium paint of PCC pole including preparation of old painted surfaces and writing the details of the pole in white letters on black back ground complete all as directed.

M & L for cutting of bushes and cleaning the area around the sub station & surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep & including two pole/four pole structures premises at southern sector and trimming the trees, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for trimming /cutting of tree branches to provide proper clearance around existing HT over head line with clearance of 3 mtr on both the sides from the centre of OH line all as per technical requirement & including removing of cut tree branches from site and depositing at places complete all as specified and directed.

Restretching of existing aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) straining properly on insulators and binding with aluminium tape/binding wire connectors, PG clamps, jumpers etc, complete all as specified and directed for any size of ACSR conductor. Note:- Length of three conductors shall be treated as one unit. no extra payment shall be given to contractor on this account.

Supply and fixing in renewal of HT cable/route indicator cast iron of suitable size along HT cable trench including planting in ground with proper PCC complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Cost of pcc shall be included in the rate quoted.

Supply and fixing in renewal of danger notice plate of 1.5 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enanelled white of size 20 x25 cm with figures letters and conventional skull bones in signal red colour and fixed with mild steeel clamps made of flat iron nuts bolts and washers etc for HT poles with voltage and danger indicated in hindi and english and local vernacular complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for horizental drilling under road/pavement hard standing with trenchless technology using machine 0.4 mpa working pressure for laying pipe line of size 80 mm bore complete all as specified and directed. Note: Drill hole (trenchless) shall be done without disturbing top surfaces of road by appropriate machine.

M & L in renewal of HT jumpering from HT 4/2 pole structure to bus bar to GOD 3 Nos with HT cable 95 sqmm not less than 3 mtr complete including connector and lugs of suitable size with provision of Nuts & bolts washer etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repairing/overhauling of Air break switch and DO fuse unit up to 400 Amps capacity 11 KV triple pole Mechanically operted mounted on insulators and steel frame installed vertically/horizontally by oiling and greasing of mechanical moving parts smoothing and polshing of electric contacts and applying conducting jelly to contact and replacement of broken/worn out compenents ( if required) including testing after repair complete all as directed. Note :- Cost of replacement of following worn out components /parts/insulators etc (if required) shall be included in the rate quoted. Bidders may quote accordingly. (a) Female contact or fixed contact of capacity up to 400 Amps, 11 KV heavy duty of gigh conductive metal (b) Male contact or moving contact of capacity up to 400 Amps, 11 KV heavy duty of high conductive metal (c ) Tinned copper flexible jumper up to 400 Amp. (d) Fixed top and bottom contact assembly 11 KV 400 Amp for DO fuse unit (e) Fiber glass tube with metallic fittings both ends suitable for DO fuse 11 KV.

M & L for disconnecting all HT/LT connection of transformer, lifting it from its foundation/ structure using fork lift/crane carefully, refixing it to plateform making all HT/LT connetions and charging the transformer to restore electric supply complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Any damage during shifting or lifting of transfarmer will be responsibility of contractor and contractor will be liable to repair the same at his own cost. (ii) Lowering and lifting of transformer shall be treated as single job.

M & L for Servicing of HT 11 KV VCBs including raking out of Breaker, lubrication /greasing of the mechanical parts including healthy check, cleanign of CT, caliberation after servicing reconnection in all respect along with replacement of unserviceable relays, levers, LED indicators, control wiring, insulators etc (if required), all as per existing arrangement and restore the supply complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Cost of unsv materials replaced shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted. No extra claim shall be accepted by dept on this account. Bidders may quote accordingly.

M & L for hiring of cable fault locator machine for HT cables working voltage 11 KV to find out the fault in underground trench at different location up to 500 RM after locate fault filling the straight through joint and charging the cable and jointing the cable on both side in RMU/VCB/HT bus bar chamber or over head line all as directed. Note :- (i) Complaint shall be intimated to contractor on phone between 8 am to 10 pm and will be attended by contractor within 12 hrs, failing which a penalty of Rs. 1500 per day shall be imposed on contractor. (ii) Cost of joints shall be measured and paid in respective item of Schedule. (iii) Machine hiring count shall be measured and paid as per number of arrivals of machine not as per no. of faults located in a single arrival.

M & L for Servicing of 11 KV 3 phase 50Hz 3 wire 630 Amp breaking capacity SF6 Ring Main Unit by cleaning and lubricating mechanical parts and checking functioning of springs levers on/off position after proper shut down of electric supply along with replacement of unserviceable relays, levers, LED indicators, control wiring, insulator etc (if required) and restore the supply after complete servicing complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Cost of unsv materials replaced shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted. No extra claim shall be accepted by dept on this account. Bidders may quote accordingly.

The feeder pillar box shall be mounted on MS angle of MS angle of size 60x60x6 mm duly covered with MS SHEET 3 MM thick on all sides about 1.5 m from the bottom of FPB & all sides removable type including two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary excavation earth work in any type of soil, PCC block (1:3:6) incuding writing name of feeder on FPB and taking down HT joint from pole, complete all as specified and directed.
