NOTE: - (i) The contractor shall be responsible for making good the damages occurred during working. Supplying, laying, joining and testing 100 mm nominal bore, medium grade, galvanised coated steel tube conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 including all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011 and including flange joint as per IS 6392: 2020 of class 2.5 for suction and delivery pipe for pump complete all as specified and as directed.

Attending complaints of external water supply pipeline/ installations/ control vales etc. as when required round the clock for any defect and rectifying the defects by tightening loose connections, replacing parts etc. including excavations and earthworks complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - (a) The quoted rate shall be only for the labour component. Spare parts shall be measured separately. (b) Excavations and earthwork shall be included in the scope of works. (c) The item shall not be measured separately if the defects are rectified under other items as S & F or M & L. (d) Rectification of defects at the same location shall be considered as one unit irrespective of any numbers of recertifications. (e) Adequate tradesman /supporting manpower shall be deployed by the contractor, and they shall be available for attending the complaints. (f) The supervisor /site Engineer of the contractor shall obtain the complaint slip duly signed along with detailed instructions from the JE every morning for attending complaints on daily basis. (g) The complaint shall be resolved within 8 hours from the receipt of complaint failing which a recovery of ₹25.00 per complaint per hour shall be made.

Material, labour, tools, plants etc for drilling borehole for extending the depth of borewell having 250 mm dia by any of the methods mentioned in IS 2800: 2019 (cable tool, hand boring, direct circulation rotary, reverse circulation rotary, dual rotary) or any other methods and as decided by the Engineer-in-Charge in any kind of soil strata including hard stone/boulder upto 300 metre depth below ground level, including compound/ powder like valmite, bentonite solution, local silty clay etc. to be required as per the site condition including collecting samples from different strata, preparing and submitting strata chart/ bore log all complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, assembling, jointing and lowering steel casing pipe for water wells, plain ended, 200 mm nominal bore of pipe, 5.4 mm wall thickness, ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) type, Fe 450 grade of steel, externally coated with bituminous solution conforming to IS-4270-2001 and fixing in position in different depth as directed, butt welded complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, assembling, jointing and lowering plain slotted pipe, type A, screen made of low carbon galvanized (LCG) steel, 200 mm nominal size, 8 mm wall thickness, 0.75 mm slot openings conforming to IS-8110: 2019 and fixing in position in different depth as directed, butt welded complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F well cap to the top of borewell, made of flat iron of hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E 250 quality C conforming to IS 2062: 2011 and as per IS 2800: 2019 including necessary bolts & nuts of required size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, designing, packing gravel, hard quartz (about 90-95 percent silicon dioxide (SiO2)) or other suitable material with an average specific gravity of not less than 2.5, not more than 10 percent by weight of the material shall have specific gravity of less than 2.25, not contain more than 5 percent by weight of calcareous material, not more than 2 percent by weight of thin flat or elongated pieces, the larger dimension not be more than 3 times the smallest dimension, sub rounded to rounded grains with least angular features, free from impurities such as shale, mica, feldspar, clay, dirt, loam, hematite, organic material etc. for the tube well in accordance with IS: 4097: 2019 as per the site requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

Development of tube well in accordance with IS 2800: 2019 and IS:11189 with compressed air method (open well method), to establish maximum rate of usable water yield without sand content (beyond permissible limit), with required capacity air compressor, running the compressor for required time till well is fully developed complete all as specified and as directed.

Determining specific capacity and efficiency and carrying out yield test as per IS 2800: 2019 using test pump and determining the yield capacity of borewell, the rate of pumping without lowering the water level below the top boundary of the aquifer, the top of the perforations, the recommended rate of pumping complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F clamp for housing/ casing pipe, made of flat iron of hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E 250 quality C conforming to IS 2062: 2011 and as per IS 2800: 2019 including necessary bolts & nuts of required size complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 50 mm bore GI medium grade column pipe in 6 m length with flanged joints duly screwed and welded with pipe suspended in deep well complete with groove to house submersible cable, GI flanges, rubber gasket, clamps, bolts, nuts, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F bail plug/ bottom plug with hook, 200 mm size, made of material as per IS 4270: 2001, conforming to IS 2800: 2019 complete all as specified and as directed.

Carrying out testing of water sample of untreated water for all parameters mentioned in Table 1 to Table 6 of IS 10500: 2012 from any government approved Lab or Engineering College as approved by the GE complete all as specified and as directed.

Disinfection of borewell as per IS 2800: 2019 using 1000 milligrams of powdered chlorine compound per litre of water present in the well, thoroughly mixed in the well by surging with pump, left in the well for at least 6 hours, surged at about 2 hour interval, well to be pumped back into the well for 30 minutes and after that pumped into the waste to ensure elimination of any bacteria, odour etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Resistivity variation studies in bore hole drilled by electric logging of pilot bores by expert of Geology division to know the potential and temperature probes of drinking water by approved agency duly collaborated with strata chart/bore log complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, installing, lowering, testing & commissioning of energy efficient, electric driven, multistage submersible pump set complete with three phase electric motor of capacity 2 kW, 415 V, 2820 rpm as per IS 8034, capable of delivering at 180 metre head with discharge rate of 4.0 litre per second, made of stainless steel body and impeller, cast iron diffuser and discharge casing and including mild steel iron hook - 2 Nos welded at the top of the motor suitable to tie with SWR rope for anchoring including one No non return valve complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling existing LT feeder pillar box/ LT panel board of any type and size including recovering serviceable items including making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

The length and breadth of foundation shall be 300 mm more on all sides than the size of the panel. The panel shall be fixed with platform using adequate size and numbers of anchor bolts grouted PCC platform.

S & F in repairs submersible cable flat PVC insulation of type C and having PVC sheath of type ST2, flexible copper conductor, FR-LSH, 3 core of size 10 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting, taking out old unserviceable under ground cable of rated voltage 1100 V, nominal cross sectional area of main conductor 25 sqmm, upto 4 core, any type from trenches including taking out concrete cable cover/ bricks etc. including removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated cable for working voltages of 1100 V, PVC sheathed, armoured, 3 core with reduced neutral conductors (3½ core), nominal cross sectional area of main conductor 25 sqmm, stranded aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS 7098(Part-I): 1988 including cable glands, lugs etc. to suit the cable size and to be laid in trenches, fixed along pole, under floors, through pipe laid under floors/roads and in trenches, through concealed GI pipe along wall etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying & laying in trenches, in road cutting and along pole 50 mm nominal bore, light grade, galvanised coated steel tube conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 including all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to earthing lead of 25 mm X 4 mm galvanised mild steel strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron from earth plate to test point upto 7.5 metre including all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I (2009) including necessary concrete chamber in cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate, precast RCC cover slab in cement concrete M15 (Nominal mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate of size 40 cm X 40 cm X 5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 150 mm c/c both ways with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia bar, GI funnel, GI wire mesh filter, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, 40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for protection of earthing lead, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil/ strata and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M15(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cutting galvanised mild steel pipe of nominal bore upto 250 mm, in position for and including insertion of new tee piece including necessary fittings and fixtures complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F analogue water flow meter, 80 mm nominal size, cast iron body flanged ends & drilled horizontal heavy duty including jointing material etc. for submersible pump complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for laying of bricks locally available sub class 'B' bricks, non-modular sizes as per IS 1077: 1992 for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable perpendicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & spreading in trenches dry river sand cushioning to underground cable in trenches including spreading, levelling, hand punning down complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Depth of sand cushioning will be measured after punning down and levelling the sand properly.
