M&L cutting holes in stone walls built in cement mortar for inserting hold fasts and making good dismantled portion in CM (1:3), exc half brick but n. exe one brick (Depth of embedded portion of hold fasts or lungs measured from the face of the jamb into the wall).

M&L structural steel work as in trusses , pulines, rafter made of Hollow /square/rectangle/round section including necessary tee, angle, cleats including necessary cutting welding notching complete all as specified and directed

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws as specified

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5metre wide and n.exc 1.5 metre in depth for foundation etc or for laying of cable etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Sand cushioning to PVC under ground cable with screened and washed sand and punning to provide a required cover all as specified and directed.

M & L Bricks protection cover to under ground cable (with old size sub class ‘B’ bricks) with width equal to length of brick laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps between adjacent brick not exceeding 10 mm as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in depth.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance n.exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50 metre above the starting point

Supply, installation and commissioning of 20 m height, ground mounted high mast light tower system manufactured with hot dip galvanized steel plates / tubes delivered in multiple sections of suitable length. It will have a weather proof junction box made of galvanised steel from which inter connections to the 9 sets of luminary fittings fixed on the carriage (hot dip galvanized) shall be made. A suitable winch arrangement of both motor and manual operation with a specific gear ratio for raising and lowering is to be fixed at the base of the mast with the specially designed head frame assembly (galvanized both internally and externally) at the top. Suitable size of flexible tailing cable for the electrical system of reputed make for the out going from the bottom to the top will be provided. The connection from weather proof top junction box to individual luminaries will be made with 3 core flexible PVC cable of suitable current carrying capacity as per need. Aviation obstruction light at the top, lightning arrester spike including RCC foundation as per height and earth work in soft/hard soil and suitable earth terminals at the base of Mast will be provided. Cabling connection from LT panel (feeder pillar) to outgoing terminals & connectors for reversing the motor including necessary wiring (A test certificate shall be furnished by the contractor from the manufacturer for each winch in support of maximum load operated by winch) all complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

NOTES for item No. 11.00 - The high mast lighting system shall include the following: (a) Complete manufacturer, including shop testing & supply of all materials/ equipment from the approved vendor or from his manufacturing units. (b) Providing Engineering drawing, data, operational manual etc for approval by GE before incorporating in the work. (c) Receipt, storage, preservation and conservation of equipment at the site. (d) Pre-assembly, if any, erection testing and commissioning of all equipment. (e) Reliability tests and performance and guarantee tests on completion of commissioning. (f) Loading, insurance, unloading and transportation as required. (g) Commissioning of 20 m GI High Mast Tower with lantern carriage. (h) Erection of LED lighting fixture of High Mast Tower (09 Nos/ tower). (j) Erection of earthing for High Mast Tower. (k) Connection from outdoor feeder panel board to in the tower motor itself including necessary wiring. (l) Necessary earth work and RCC foundation as per OEM instructions.
