S&F refrigerator electric driven single phase 230 volt frost free control with IS-1476 for direct cool, polyurethane insulation complete with BEE 5 star rated of capacity 165 to 175 ltr single door, digital inverter technology with built in voltage stebliser, cooling coil would be made of copper, CFC free and envionment friendly refrigerent and copper compressor, adjustable robust glass shelves, temprature control, auto on/off lamp feature and should be supplied with all standard assesoires, toughened glass, express freezing and moisture control and anti fungle flexible gasket, concealed back complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

S&F water cooler fully stainless steel body electric driven single phase having approx storage and cooling capacity 150/150 ltr with 2 nos of faucent and dimension 812 x 612 x 1145 mm, body weight should not be less than 60 Kg, with silent copper compressor with environment friendly refrigerent R-134a, copper condensor coil and cooling coil, food grade SS tank and body & panel material of SS-304, PUF insulation and lock with key, temprature adjustable thermostate complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

S&F glass top deep freezer electric driven single phase of capacity 300-320 ltr with IS-7872, including top opening with air tight double sliding type door, PUF insulation of thickness not less than 60 mm, frost free, direct cooling, locking arrangement, temprature controller, copper condensor and cooling coil, Copper AC rotating compressor with refrigerent R-134a or any eco friendly referigerant, pre painted finishing complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

S&F voltage stabiliser of capacity 4 KVA for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 Volt complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium submain wiring incl all accessories complete removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for sub main wiring with 2 Run of 2.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated cable multistranded copper conductors 1100 volt grade IS- 694 marked drawn through and including PVC conduit dia not less than 20 mm alongwith fittings and accessories on wall and surface on ceiling and also including one run of 2.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated cable for earth wire of specified size earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. (Note:- 2 runs of main cable one run of earth wire and one run of steel conduit will be measured and paid as an one run.)

Material & labour for sub main wiring with 2 Run of 4 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated cable multistranded copper conductors 1100 volt grade IS- 694 marked drawn through and including PVC conduit dia not less than 20 mm alongwith fittings and accessories on wall and surface on ceiling and also including one run of 4 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated cable for earth wire of specified size earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. (Note:- 2 runs of main cable one run of earth wire and one run of PVC conduit will be measured and paid as an one run.)

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure SPN with a two pin and earth plug socket complete including with 20Amps MCB 'C' single pole 240 Volt AC complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring light ,fan, socket or power complete, such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets etc.removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring for one light/ fan/Exhaust fan point controlled by one switch with 1.5sqmm PVC insulated 1100 volt grade FRLS multi stranded but unsheathed copper conductor cable including and drawing through casing caping and terminated in existing terminal box with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover for fixing of switches,sockets and fan regulator including continuous earth wire with copper cable 1.5 sq mm similar description of main cable connected to main earth dolly complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

All as per srl item No 14.00 above but with 2.5 Sqmm size cable.

Taking down old unsv GI pipe and Supply and laying of pipe galvanized, “Medium class”, including fittings 15 mm (1/2”) dia incl all accessories laid in trenches/ floor or fixed on wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15 mm bore gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15 mm bore Stop valves, cast copper alloy, CP, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting of existing steel tubing for alteration or additions of size 15 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old MCB and S&F MCBs of 'C' series, Single pole 6 to 32 Amp, having breaking capacity 10 KA, ISI marked including required wiring connections with copper lugs of suitable size provided in MCB DBs complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old MCB and S&F MCBs of 'C' series, SPN 40 to 63 Amp having breaking capacity 10 KA, ISI marked including required wiring connections with copper lugs of suitable size provided in MCB DBs complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old MCB DB and S&F MCB distribution board, powder coated, CRCA steel sheet, degree of protection IP 43 - IK 09 with reversible double door, recess mounted, having insulated 200 amp tinned copper bus bar, neutral busbar, earth bar, din bar, detachable gland plate, interconnection, earthing connection, blanking plates in unused spaces as required with TPN, 440 volts, 4 ways complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old MCB DB and S&F MCB distribution board, powder coated, CRCA steel sheet, degree of protection IP 43 - IK 09 with reversible double door, recess mounted, having insulated 200 amp tinned copper bus bar, neutral busbar, earth bar, din bar, detachable gland plate, interconnection, earthing connection, blanking plates in unused spaces as required with SPN, 220 volts, 8 ways complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel work for making canopy with frame for mounting the condensing unit of AC fabricated from angle, flats, nuts and bolts, MS sheet, weld mesh etc all as specified including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, armoured, heavy duty underground electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade cross sectional area 10 Sq mm 2 core confirming to IS-7098 (Part 1-1988) laid in trenches and along poles through pipes etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F ball valve, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminum rod & high density plastic ball, screwed for iron pipe 25 mm (minimum weight 455 gm) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F gun metal globe or gate valve 20 mm bore with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

S&F gun metal globe or gate valve 25 mm bore with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

S&F brass CP wall mixer 15 mm bore for mixing hot & cold water screwed down for iron pipe and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 25 mm bore stop valve, cast copper alloy, fancy type, chromium plated, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20 mm bore bib tap standard of chromium plated, high pressure, screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F tripple pole and earth enclosure with a three pin earth plug with socket complete with one triple pole MCB 63 Amps all as specified and directed.

S&F solar water heating system, flat plate collector type, with heat exchanger of 500 ltr per day capacity, solar flat plate collector cover plate made of toughened glass and thickness of 4.0 mm (min), the solar transmittances of the cover plate shall be minimum 82 percent at normal incidence, the collector box shall be made of aluminium section only grade type, the minimum thickness of aluminum of channel section sides is 1.6 mm, sheet of bottom 0.7 mm, support for glass retaining 1.2 mm, sheet for entire body 1.0 mm, Absorber shall consist of riser, header and sheet for absorber, diameter of header shall be 25.4 + 0.5 mm and thickness 0.71 mm, dia of riser 12.7 + 0.5 mm with thicness 0.56 and made of copper only. Riser and header assembly designed for working pressure up 24.5 k pa (2.5 Kg/cm Squre). Sheet for absorber shall be made of copper only, collector box insulation shall be provided at back and sides with thermal resistance of insulation material shall be minimum 0.96 m square degree c/w for back and 0.48 m square degree c/w for side conform to IS-12933 (pt-2), the air gap between the glazing and the absorber should be 25mm, insulation should not be slide, glazing shall be fixed on the collector box by using EPDM/Neoprene/ synthetic rubber channels. Top surface along the edge between the glass and the aluminum angle shall be caulked with suitable sealants. Solar Evacuated tubes collector specifications: (i) Inner tank material should be made of SS 316, SS304-2B (22SWG) (ii) Hot water tank insulation PUF 50 mm thickness between inner outer tank ensures maximum heat rotenone ever season (max up to 72 hour). (iii) Tank stand and support of mild steel and anti corrosive coating. (iv) solar evacuated tube dimension double walled glass outer tube dia 47 mm, tube length 1500mm & inner diameter 33.4 mm thickness of tube at least 1.6 mm and tube assembling frame size 2.10x 3.20x 1.5 mtr. (v) Copper coated tubes with selective absorptive coating graded AI-N. Storage water tank for hot water material made of SS 316/ IS 1730 grade of minimum thickness 20 gauge (0.91 mm) all socket and internal fitting of the tanks should be of stainless steel with 100 mm thick insulation of 48 kg/cu.m. density having approx k value 0.03 W/mk and R value 3.34 sqm deg C/W to withstand a temp of 250 deg C. Thin polythene sheet shall be used as covering between the glass wool and the cladding sheet besides the retaining material such as chicken mesh. Aluminium sheet of thickness 24 SWG shall be used for cladding the tank insulation. Temprature guage : 01 for hot water stoage tank/outlet, Gun metal strainer : 01 nos ( at cold water inlet), water meter -01 at the inlet of cold water tank. Electrical back up of 2x2 KW rod, electrical wiring of 2.5 sqmm 2 core unarmored cable, thermostate of simens/ Danfoss/ Honeywell make with MCB of 16 Amp shall be provided complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

Material & labour for sub main wiring with 2 Run of 6.0 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated cable multistranded copper conductors 1100 volt grade IS- 694 marked drawn through and including PVC casing caping ISI marked of suitable size alongwith fittings and accessories all in wall and surface on ceiling and also including one run of 6.0 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated cable for earth wire of specified size earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. (Note:- 2 runs of main cable one run of earth wire and one run of PVC casing caping will be measured and paid as an one run.)

S&F for framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and / or rivted or forget into spikes; framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed baluster, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of rotational moulded polythylene water storage tank of capacity 500 ltr (cylindrical vertical with closed top), three layers construction, ISI marked hoisted and fixed in position including GI light grade over flow pipe complete all as specified and directed by EIC.
