SCHEDULE 'A' PART - IX Misc Items is not prepriced by MES and prepriced rates indicates 0.0 under column 5 signified this fact only. Bidder shall insert their rates in Green filed under Col-6.

Cutting existing CI/DI pipe line of 80 mm and inserting tee of size 150x150x50mm for taping point including all connected fittings,Tee 150mm x150mmx 50mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix energy efficient (not less than 3 star rating) electrical geyser, 50 liters capacity white/half white, superior polymer/glasslin coating steel inner tank with minimum 8 bar pressure rating, with energy saving insitu PUF, with all in built safety accessories like thermostat/automatic thermal cut out with ON /OFF /CUT out indicators all pre-wired and advanced 3 level safety including accessories like thermostat, pressurer release valve/presure reducing valve, non return valve, connecting PVC heavy duty pipe with brass ferrule fitting for HOT and COLD water connections fixed as per manufacturers recommendation, making necessary connection & testing on completion complete all as directed. Make-RACOLD/BAJAJ/USHA/HAVELLS/CROMPTON Note : Quoted rates deems to be inclusive cost of wall fasteners required for hoisting geysers. Any defect during warranty period shall be rectified by contractor from original manufacturer. All warranty card duly ink signed/office seal from distrubuter shall be handed over to MES on completion.

Material and labuor for earthing complete with Galvanized Steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 M below normal ground level and filled with 15cm thick alternate layers of charcoal and salt, connected & including GI wire earth lead 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanized iron protected by 15mm dia GI Pipe (light grade). Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate layers of charcoal or coke and common salt in 15cm thick in layers & 15cm of widht all aurround of earth plate including 20mm dia GI light grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, necessary earth work in any type of soil, Pre-cast RCC cover duly re inforced with 8mm dia TMT Bar @150 mm c/c both ways, one lifting handle made of 8 mm dia TMT bar embedded in cover slab, Earth Pit of PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 20mm graded crushed store aggrgate) complete all as specified and as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR Part-I including testing on completion. Note:- (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (ii) The unit rate includes earthing lead & protection pipe upto 7.5 metre from top of earth plate.
