Yield test of borewell after completion of development of bore well by V notch method or any method of compresser or by pumping as required (24 hrs) complete all as per IS and as directed.Note: Necesssary equipment such as collection V notch water collection Tank motor pump set for testing for yield test are arrange by the contractor. The cost of the same is deemed to be included with unit rate of item.

Supplying and lowering in the bore hole, the plain assembly MS casing pipe Fe 410 and Fe 450 grade steel as per IS-4270 and nominal bore of pipe 200 mm and wall thickness of 5.4 mm including welding flange with nuts bolts washer as suitable at site of pipe at site with two coats of approved anti-corrosive paint on outer faces of the pipe and specials including supply of all labour, equipments and materials complete as per specifications and instructions of ENGR-IN-CHARGE.

Supplying and lowering in the bore hole 200 mm, 5.4mm thick MS casing slotted pipe with all necessary fittings and painting of pipe with two coats of anti corrosive approved paint on outside surface of pipe before lowering including supplying all labour, equipments and materials complete as per IS, specifications and instructions of ENGR-IN-CHARGE. Note : “ Cutting of slots of width is approx. 1.63 to 2 mm with sides perpendicular to the surface of the pipe and of length varying from 62mm to 80mm. The open area of slots shall not be less than 12% to 15% of the total surface area of the strainer pipe.”

Supply fixing and lowering MS bail plug and well cap suitable for 200 mm bore plain pipe thickness 5.4 mm complete with welding and painting of pipes all as specified

Supply and erection of housing clamp fabricated out of MS flat iron bent to shape 50 mm x 8 mm thick including nuts, bolts and washers as per IS-2800.

Supply of pea gravel size ranging from 5 mm to 12 mm. All gravel shall consist of hard well rounded particles reasonably uniform with uniformity coefficient of less than 2 including packing in the annular space between casing pipe & drilled bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of Submersible pump and motor as per IS-9283 (latest) for a pumping 12.5/15 HP capacity three phase 415 volts stage 12/14, dischrge of pump 80-600 lpm for head of 40M -160M, suitable for 50/80 mm dia colume pipe and complete .

S&F submersible cable weather proof with multi-stranded copper conductor 3 core of size 6 sqmm 1100 volts grade heavy duty including all accessories for connection pump from panel board, testing and commissioning complete .

Supply installation testing and commissioning of LT panel board outdoor cubical type vermin and dust proof factory made of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick back door detachable type fixed with nuts and bolts and front door fixed with hinges and knobs, powder coated for 3 Phase 415 volts, 50 Hz, AC supply complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge and comprising of the following:-a)Aluminium Strip Bus bar fixed on epoxy insulators capacity 200 Amp and bakelite insulation sheet at the back with coloured tape - 01 Set(3 phases and one neutral) b) Incoming MCCB 4 pole 100 Amp 25KA capacity - 01 No. c)Outgoing MCCB TP 100 Amp 25KA capacity - 01 No. d) Electronic Digital type Ammeter flush type 0-100Amp with selector switch and CTs. - 01 No. e) Electronic Digital type Voltmeter flush type 0-500V with Selector Switch - 01No. f) Set of indicator lamp RYB - 01 Set g) FASD Motor Starter delta starter with MPCB & three phase protector suitable for 12.5/15 HP submersible motor with pump - 01 No. h) Complete internal wiring with suitable size copper conductor including cable lugs,glands etc. j) Masonary and concrete work for foundation of panel including MS frame for mounting of panel well above the ground level - 1 job Note:- Drawing and make of LT Panel of connected items to be approved by GE before placing the order

Supply and laying of GI pipe heavy class 3 mtr large in flange joint after 3 mtr complete with rubber gasket, nuts, bolts, washer for column pipe to bore well of size 50/80 mm dia including necessary arrangements for coupling arrangement on top and bottom ofv GI pipe heavy class with pump and delivery pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F sluice valve 50/80 mm bore class PN-1.6 with flanged and iron wheel head, shut and open directed cast on it and including jointing materials, rubber gasket suitable size nut bolts and washer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of non return valve of size 50/80 mm dia, class PN-1.6, cast iron body, single door, both ends flanged type including all necessary fittings ie rubber gasket, nut & bolts, washers complete all as specified.

Supply and lay LT UG cable 1100 Volts grade XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor including aluminium lugs and cable glands of size 25 Sq mm 4 Core complete all as specified .

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M deep for foundation/ cable trench, not exceeding 10 Sq mm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Returning filling including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 Cm thick in soil complete all as specified

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified.

Supplying, spreading and punning sand for cushoining to cables in treches complete all as specified Note : Punned thickness will only be measured

M&L for brick protection with sub Class`B` bricks old size laid dry, flat over cable perpendicular across the cable in trenches complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing of pressure guage, 100 mm size fitted on delivery side of pump set(0 to 10.6 kg/sqcm) complete with needle valve etc complete all as specified..

M&L Earthing complete as per electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part I with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0mm, burried directly vertically in ground in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 metres below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised iron or steel earth strip lead 25X4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead protected by galvanised iron or steel pipe 20mm bore medium grade and connected to continuous earth wire on pole/ test point. Watering pipe shall be 15mm bore GI medium grade including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit and RCC cover complete all as specified and tested complete.

S&F GI tubing medium grade ISI marked including all fittings laid in trenches / fixed on wall of size 100 mm bore including scaffolding upto 25 meter stageing for pipe line erection for Over Head Reserivor and saddling for pipe line with necessary arrangements complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in coping of existing/new poles / foundation for poles, struts, posts , trust blocks for pipes etc including necessary form work, finished the exposed surfaces fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified.

S&F of Nylon rope in submersible bore wells from motor to top edge of the bore well of size 16/24 mm dia for holding of submersible pump motor set all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
