INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply and fix distribution board made of sheet metal powder coated, factory made, enclosure double door type TPN 4 way vertical type with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar, neutral bar, earth bar, TP 43 protection including provision of housing of incomer MCCB 63 Amps, triple pole and neutral, 415 V, 16 KA breaking capacity including fixing of DB flush to wall surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix RCCB, 2 pole SPN, as per IS 12640-1, IEC 61008-1 with rated sensitivity of 32A, 30mA for protection against earth leakage current for domestic use to fix in MCB DB complete along with necessary accesories including connection and testing complete all as specified and directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL

Material and labour for Double Wall Corrugated Polyethylene (DWCPE) pipes of class SN8 conforming to IS-16098:Part 2: 2013 Structed wall plastic piping system for non pressure drainageand sewerage of 150 mm internal dia laid, jointed and tested with couplers and all other accessories complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Material and labour for cutting existing CI/ DI pipe line of 150 mm and inserting tee of size 150 x 150 x 50 mm for taping point including all connected fittings, tee 150 x 150 x 50 mm complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply and laying sub class 'B' bricks well burnt for cable protection laid flat with length equal to width of brick over cable perpendicular to length of cable complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Shifting of transformer under rationalization of the old within the premises ie. from technical area to domestic area or in the station premises including disconnection and reconnection as requied including minor consumables complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning factory made (CPRI test certified manufacturer) and tested LT feeder pillar box of minimum size 40cm (height) x 30cm (width) x 30cm (depth) outdoor type, floor mounted, double door, cubical compartmentalized type suitable for 415 Volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, all as specified and directed having bus bar chamber with insulated aluminium bus bar 200 Amps rating (100% neutral) installed on porcelein insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof made of 3 mm (outer) and 2 mm (inner compartment door) CRCA sheet duly powder coated, panel mounted on angle iron 40 x 40 x 6 mm frame having 4 Nos. legs 45 cm long of 40 x 40 x 6 mm angle iron, 15 cm grouted in PCC of ratio 1:2:4 and 30 cm clear space front ground level, front and back opening type with aprons for cable entry with locking arrangement including internal wiring with PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cables of suitable size, thimbling and cable entry boxes with cable glands all as specified and directed. The scope of work includes provision of the following:- Incoming:- (a) MCCB 4 pole 200 Amps, 25 KA rupturing capacity, 415V, 50 Hz, Adjustable thermal fixed magnetic release type - 01 No (b) Voltmeter digital type 0-500 Volts, flush type with 3 way rotary selector switch - 01 No (c) Ammeter digital type 0-150 Amps, flush type with 3 way rotary selector switch and 3 Nos. CTs of ratio 150/5 Amps - 01 No (d) Indicating lamp (LED type) RYB - 01 Set of three Outgoing:- (a) MCB TPN 63 Amp, 16 KA rupturing capacity, 4 Pole -04 Nos (b) MCB TPN 40 Amp, 10 KA rupturing capacity, 4 Pole -01 No Note:- Contractor shall submit LT panel drawing for approval of GE before procurement.

Supply and installation of galvanised steel high mast lighthing system of 12.5 metre in two sections, 3 mm section thickness, top dia 150 mm, bottom dia 340 mm with 2/3 wire rope system and its accessories, suitable for loading 06 nos. 60 W LED lights complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cubical type cable junction box of size 260 x 210 x 116 mm fabricated out of 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet for street light pole mounted junction box/ terminal box suitable for mounting on round pole and suitable arrangement for fixing bracket complete with one MCB 6 Amps capacity single pole and suitable to terminate loop in/ out cables upto 35 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay cable PVC insulated unsheathed of size 1.5 sqmm 3 core copper conductor for service connections from junction box to light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix GI pipe bracket, made out of GI pipe 40 mm dia light grade 1.2 metre long bent to the shape 120 degrees angle including clamps - 02 set made out of MS flat (50 x 6 mm) duly bent to shape for PCC/ steel tubular pole, nuts, bolts and washers etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for boring of holes under road, pavement or hard standing by trenchless technology using ultrasound technique and necessary machine or by using manual mechanical tools with manpower including passing HDPE pipe 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 Mpa working pressure or GI pipe light grade of 100 mm bore dia for protection of LT cables complete all as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rate shall include the cost of protection pipe

Supply and fix cable route indicator, duly engraved with LT/HT cable 1100 Volt on cast iron round plate 150 mm dia with provision of 500 mm long (minimum) single leg/ stand of flat iron 50x6 mm, welded/ riveted on back side of plate, fixed and grouted in position with PCC type C1 block of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix LED bollard light 10 Watt powder coated PDC aluminium body with opal diffuser available CCT 3000K IP 54 suitable for landscape lighting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of +/- 2,5% and of capacity 3 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix LED underwater warm multicolor light with SMPS, IP 68 waterproof grade, 6 Nos. LED 9 Watts suitable for fountain lighting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 1/2 HP submersible pumpset for fountain including all connected fittings and starter complete all as specified and directed.

FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM

Supply, erection and installation of structural steel including MS plate, ISMB, ISA, M14, 110 long anchor fasteners etc with one coat of red lead primer and two coats of black paint complete all as specified and directed

Supply, installation, testing and comissioning of Electric Terrace Fire control panel metal clad cubical type suitable for 415 Volt AC three phase 4 wire 50 Hz supply system. The panel should be suitable for automatic operation for the fire pump as per the specified parameter. The panel shall be completely compartmentalised and complete with relays, contactors, starters, copper bus bar 100 Amps rating, designation lables as per requirement, continuous earth bar, panel separators, protective screens, cable clamping supports system, panel lamps, top/ bottom cable gland plate for incoming and outgoing cable entries complete consisting of the following: Incoming: (a) MCCB 3 Pole 40 A, 16 KA- 1 No (b) Automatic/ manual switch and control wiring for automatic operation of main fire pump sets- 01 (c) Digital Ammeter with CTs 100 Amps (d) Digital Voltmeter 0-500 volts (e) Indicating lamp- 3 Nos Outgoing: (a) MCCB 3 Pole 32 Amp 16 KA- 01 No (b) MCCB of 3 Pole 32 Amp, 15KA- 01 No

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Carbon Dioxide (CO2) type fire extinguisher capacity 4.5 kg conforming to IS 15683, with ISI marked/ TAC approved fitted with required accessories including wall suspension brackets, PESCO/ CCOE approved cylinder body and confirms to IS:7285, High grade Enamel painted externally with PO Red finish, wheel operated controllable discharge high pressure brass valve confirming to IS: 3224 which is provided with pressure relief dischargeable and easy to service, non conductive agent for electrical use without risk to operator, CO2 gas disappears quickly leaving no residue applicable on class B & C and electrically started fire, B rating 21B started fire, A rating 3A, Rating 218 safety pin of SS material, sheet metal thickness:1.0 mm, Helium leak detection tested ISI approved IS 15683:2006 with 6 years warranty complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commisioning of ABC type fire extinguisher of capacity 6 kg filled with Mono Ammonium Phosphate powder 50% conforming to IS 14609, powder coated MS body stored pressure type discharge time-18 sec, controllable discharge is 90% applicable on class A, B and C and electrically startes fire, A rating-3A, Rating 21B, safety pin is of SS material, sheet metal thickness 1 mm, helium leak detection tested ISI approved IS 15683:2006 with 5 years warranty complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour of rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank 3 layer ISI marked (cylindrical vertical with closed top) of capacity 5000 litres hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.
