M&L for removal of all loose and dilapidation/damage mortar/concrete from surface of beam followed by mechanical grinding and filling the undulations with Nitomortar FC repair mortars, the edges of the beams should be rounded to minimum of 25mm etc complete including preparation of surface to receive NITOWRAP CWS450 of fosroc or equivalent in Dr fixit/ciso/STP/sika complete all as specified and directed. (Note : The work shall be carried out upto 10 mtr height.

M&L for providing and applying uni directional,high strength 250 GSM carbon fibre of fosroc NITOWRAP CWS450 of 0.5mm dry fabric thickness or equivalent in Dr Fixit/Sika/STP. The FRP fabric used shall be of zero degree unidirectional fibres having fibre density of 1.8 g/cc and shall have tensile strength4900 MPa; tensile modulous 230 GPa and ultimate elongation of 2.1%. The substrate shall be primed with Nitowrap 40 epoxy primer & Nitowrap 410 impregnating resin saturant shall be tensile strength of 30 MPa; Elongation 2% ; Flexural strength 30 Mpa ; Tensile Modulous 2400 Mpa & Flexural Modulous 1700 Mpa when tested as per ASTM D638 Type I and ASTM D 790. Wrapping the CFRP fabric to RCC member like beam/column/slab at direction perpendicular to axis of the beam/column using tamping rollers to avoid any air voids etc. and sprinkling sand over it complete all as specified and directed. (Note : The work shall be carried out upto 10 mtr height.

M & L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed. Note : Additional Reinforcement shall only be provided if the diameter is less than 30% of the original diameter. Cut 12mm dia bars as main reinforcement to the required length with proper development length and tie them to the prefixed shear connectors, so that the additional rebar acts monolithically with the existing ones and core concrete.

M & L Mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed. Note : Additional Reinforcement shall be provided if the diameter of the rebars are reduced and provide 8 mm dia stirrups in the form of 2 "U" shaped bars. Tie them properly so that it has a tight contact with the main bars.

M & L for Shear Connectors by drilling 12mm dia holes up to a depth of 75 mm maximum and fixing 8mm dia L shaped anchor rods as shear connectors at every 300mm c/c on the surfaces of the columns/beams or any other structural member as the case may be. Clean the same using air or blower and make sure that there are no fine particles present in the hole and filled the holes with one or two component styrene free vinylester resin anchor or two components, styrene & cement free epoxy- acrylate fixing and anchoring compound. At this stage push the shear connector gently in to the hole and finish the excess resin which comes out of the hole and allow the shear connectors not to be disturbed for Minimum 20 minutes. Make: CICO RESIFIX-G or equivalent in Fosroc lokfix/Hilti and Master builder (BASF) Note : Reinforcement shall be paid separately under item ser no 6 above.

S & F of new steel or rebars by drilling holes with 10 mm to 20mm dia and 100 to 200mm deep as per IS code of 10D formula and filling the holes after inserting of reinforcement dia 8 to 16mm for anchoring at ends/shear connector and filled the holes with one or two component styrene free vinylester resin anchor or two components, styrene & cement free epoxy- acrylate fixing and anchoring compound ( having the technical parameters mentioned in material specifications) using standard sealant applicator gun after drilling holes of required diameter at required locations, for holding / fixing / placing in position the steel mesh reinforcement at desired level/ stretching. (Note : Steel/reinforcement shall be paid and measured separately) . Make: CICO RESIFIX-G or equivalent in Fosroc lokfix/Hilti and Master builder (BASF)

M&L for providing leak proof shuttering in any position cut to length and providing including runners supports as per manufacturer’s instructions and including all necessary scaffolding, machinery, tools tackles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing Micro concrete with CICO MICROCRETE at the rate of 25kg per 0.0125 m3 with 20% properly graded 5mm to 10mm silt free aggregate as per manufacturer instructions and mixing concrete with mechanically/electrically operated mixer machine complete all as specified and directed. Make: CICO MICROCRETE of CICO Technologies ltd or equivalent in Fosroc/STP/BASF

M&L for applying to the damaged concrete portion of slab/columns/beams/chajjas/parapet /roof projection/balcony/staircase with single component, fiber reinforced, dual shrinkage- compensated thixotropic, cementitious patch repair mortar CICO Repocem PM (having the technical parameters mentioned in material specifications ) capable of applying up to 20-25mm thick in double layer initially by hand and finishing with troweled carefully compacting the same around the rebar and finishing to bring it in line with existing concrete surface with an average specified thickness and Equivalent of Fosroc Renderoc/STP/BASF

M & L for applying bond coat on the prepared old surface of concrete/masonry to receive new polymer mortar/polymer modified mortar or micro concrete with two coats of CICO-Latex SBR or equivalent in Fosroc /STP as per manufacturer specifications. Laying of reinstatement polymer mortar or micro concrete shall be completed within the overlay time of bonding coat. This bond coat act as bonding agent between old and new concrete. MAKE: CICO LATEX SBR or equivalent in Fosroc/STP/BASF

M&L for drilling hole in RCC structures for pressure grouting using drilling machine up to a depth of 100 mm and 14 mm dia, with the gap of 600mm C/C removing dust, etc by vacuum cleaner and blowers, providing and fixing of PVC perforated nozzles 12 mm dia, 100 mm long in both direction and fixing with using Polyster Resin based Anchoring material in concrete. Make of -Thermax/chemco system/webacchemicalSTP/Redwop chemicals etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The scope of work in r/o Ser item No 1.00 to 14.00 shall be executed by the authorised rep of manufactur's only.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.50 sqm but n exc 4 sqm each complete all as specified.

S&F, Anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified.

S&F, Anodised aluminium window, fixed type without sash bar, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc complete all as specified.

S & F aluminium alloy wire cloth, 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with aluminium wire staples or clip in aluminium frame complete all as specified.

Supply & Fix sheet glass 5.5mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified.

Demolition of stone/brick masonary built in cement mortar complete all as specified.

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified.

M&L for squared rubble walling Jodhpur type brought upto courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

Extra over item No. 22 for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from a straight edge not exc 20mm & dressing face beds and joints as specified to squared rubble walling, jodhpur type, brought upto courses complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster on fair faces of stone masonry in cement mortor (1:4) finished the surface even and smooth without extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation new plastered or unplastered surface and applying two coat of cement base paint on walls complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on any type of masonry work including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water all complete all as specified.

M&L 10mm thick rendering on any type of masonry surface in cement mortor 1:6 without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Preparing old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces by brooming down of steel wire brushing, scrapping down moulds mass and efforescent salt to ceiling and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in surface channels and drains complete all as specified.

M&L for carring out water proofing treatment for roof in following stagescomplete all as specified and directed. (a) M&L for rendering 10mm thick in 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing liquid all as per MFGs instructions over concrete surfaces finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement. (b) First coat of bitumen primer confirming to IS 3384 @0.40 Kg/Sqm over plastered surafces (c) Second coat of binding material using blown type bitumen confirming to IS -702 Grade 85/25@1.20 kg per Sqm (d) Third layer of APP modified polymeric membrane centre core of 20 micron HMHDPE , other film 20 micron each thickness 1.5 mm having weight 2.25 Kg/sqm (e) Final coat of binding material using blown type bitumen confirming to IS 702 of Grade 85/25@ 1.2 Kg/Sqm (f) Final and top most layer of surface which will act as protective layer shall be of M&L for PCC padding 50mm thick in 1:2:4 type B1 (by using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) and making groove 10mm wide x 35mm deep at a distance of 600mm both side and filled with mastic bitumen in ration 1:1 (sand : bitumen) complete all as specified.

M&L and applying two or more coats of 2 component zinc based epoxy rust preventer (Nitozinc Primer-M) on corroded reinforcement after cleaning and removing the rust from corroded reinforcement with the help of wire brush and treating it with rust remover (Reebaklens RR) including thoroughly cleaning washing air blowing brushing etc complete all as specified and directed. Make : Dr. Fixit or equivalent. Note : Qty of Zinc based epoxy rust prevent only shall be taken into account for payment purpose on the basis of actual consumption.

M&L for taking down and removal of loose / disintegrated old concrete / plaster and applying 10mm thick bonding coat of modified styrene butadiene emulsion (SBR Bonding agent i.e. Nitobond SBR 45) in proportion 1 (Nitobond SBR 45) : 1(water) : 3 (OPC) by volume with the brushes etc to bind New Cement plaster/ polymer Modified plaster/ concrete/ screed concrete with old surface complete all as specified.

M&L applying 15mm thick plaster with polymer modified mortar fortified with SBR (Nitobond SBR 45 ) in proportion 1:3 by weight 5 litres Nit bond SBR 45 to added to 50 KG Cement with 13 litre water addition, finished surface to match with existing adjoining surface of ceiling, beams and alike complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surface in ceillings etc complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on under corated ceiling complete all as specified.

M & L for providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in padding and levelling coarse of floors and roof complete all as specified.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes of 110 mm bore single socketed in any length fixed to wall including taking out old u/s PVC with fittings complete all as specified.
