M&L for preparation of old surfaces of PCC poles and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint with black & white or yellow colour strips 30cm each up to 1.5 mtr height from top of PCC foundation block and numbering of poles with synthetic enamel paint white in 80 mm high letters 150 mm ablve the top strip complete all as specified and directded by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for preparation for old surface of steel tubular pole any size and type of poles and appling two coat aluminium paint over red oxide primer and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint with black & white or yellow colour strips 30cm each up to 1.5 mtr height from top of PCC foundation block and numbering of poles with synthetic enamel paint white in 80 mm high letters 150 mm above the top strip complete all as specified and directded by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F street light bracket made out of 32/40 mm dia GI tubing medium grade made to shape 1.5 mtr long twith fixing arrangement for LED fitting duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer zink MS clamp and back plates fabricated complete all as specified and directded by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F in replacement street light timer, single phase for 5 KW light load comprising of nature switch, contractor and MCB housed in a pole mountable enclosure complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement street light timer, Three phase for 5 KW light load comprising of nature switch, contractor and MCB housed in a pole mountable enclosure complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for prepration of old surfaces of GI poles of any length and applyig two coat of aluminium paint complete, including scrapping of old painted surface and one coat of red oxide paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below ground level, connecting to GI earth lead 4mm dia GI earth wire, by means of bolts, nuts and washers of GI and protection by provision of GI medium grade pipe 15 mm bore including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinfored with XPM (weight not less than 4 gs / Sqmm) and frame of angle iron 25mmx25mmx6mm with lugs 02 Nos and with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at the bottom 1.75 meter long placed ontop edge of earth plate common salt and charcoal filling test point made out of 40mm x 8mm FI with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire wesh and earth work in hard dense soil, returning filling in and removal of suplus soil to a distance not exceeding 2KM all as per electric plate no. 3 of SSR part 1 and connecting to earth test point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 depth; or n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundations of poles, struts stays etc or laying underground cable etc. In soft/loose soil & getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge .

M & L for sand cushioning with dry coarse sand to under ground cable 23 cm thick, 8 cm thick below the cable and 15 cm thick after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Thickness after punning shall be considered for payment.

M & L for brick protection with old size sub class 'B' bricks laid flat , length of bricks across the route of underground cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L in replacement of PVC insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with multi-stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 10sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L in replacement of PVC insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with multi-stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 10sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L in replacement of PVC insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with multi-stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 16sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L in replacement of PVC insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with multi-stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 25sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (i) Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid seprately undder respective item of this schedule.

Cutting/ trimming of tree branches not exc 10cm girth touching/ approaching the LT overhead lines with hack saw/axe to clear the LT line upto 3 metre on each side (Horizontal and / or vertical) including disposal of trimmed branches 2 KM away inside the cantonment area & clearing site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- 3 metere width on each side of LT line shall be cleared and each span having not less than 3/5 conductors and min 30-40 m pole to pole distance.

Notes : (i) Amount of credit for retrieved materials is mentioned in Sch 'A' Section-II of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted while acceptance of tender offline. (ii) All light and driver make to servicable with 01 year replacement warranty.
