Removing excavated soil/material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing steel tubular pole, swaged type, 11 metre long, type 410 SP-55, with mild steel base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws including drilling of necessary holes, with & including two coats of synthetic enamel paint in alternate black and yellow strips 30 cm each upto 1.5 metre height from PCC coping and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of aluminium red oxide primer to remaining portion of pole and marking pole number in letters & figures of size not less than 8cm height including taking out old unserviceable steel tubular pole complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- (i) Excavation, earthwork, including taking out old pole from foundation and refilling after erection of pole and disposal of soil shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for this item. (ii) PCC in foundation & coping shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F pre-stressed concrete pole 11 metre long of cross section 152mm x 152mm at the top and 152mm x 260mm at bottom, class 9, complying with requirements of IS-1678-1998 with & including two coats of synthetic enamel paint in alternate black and yellow strips 30 cm each upto 1.5 metre height from PCC coping/pedestal and marking pole number in letters & figures of size not less than 8cm height, including taking out old unserviceable pre-stressed concrete pole complete all as specified & as directed Note :- (i) Excavation, earthwork, including taking out old pole from foundation and refilling after erection of pole and disposal of soil shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for this item. (ii) PCC in foundation & coping shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F Stay assembly complete with 20mm dia, 2000mm long GI stay rod, with threaded ends and GI nuts, two number thimbles, MS galvanized clamps made out of 40mmx6mm flat iron including MS galvanized nuts, bolts and washers, 300mm x 300mm x 6mm MS galvanized stay plate, stay bow, galvanized stay strand 7/4 mm including shackle insulator and stay clamp, with & including painting of exposed MS work with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer, all as shown in electrical plate No 1 of MES Schedule Part-I, including taking out old unserviceable stay assembly, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation & earthwork and PCC shall be measured & paid for separately under respective items of this Schedule.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) as in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15cm thick (below or above ground level) including floor tiles of any description complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations of poles, filling, mass concrete and similar works, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Volume of pole/strut embedded in concrete shall be deducted for the purpose of payment.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations of stay assembly, filling, mass concrete and similar works, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dry sand (Local Tibba sand) and punning for cushioning and cover for protection of under ground electric cable complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Approved local Tibba dry sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used. (ii) For the purpose of payment, only punned thickness shall be measured.

Supplying and laying factory made, un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, ISI marked, Class HVP, Type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm, laid as cable protection cover in trenches, including taking down old unserviceable PCC cable cover complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing HT XLPE (cross linked polyethylene) insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium stranded conductor 11000 Volt (Earthed) grade of cross sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3 Core (ISI marked) laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc, including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable HT cable, complete all as specified & as directed. Notes :- (i) Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately. (ii) Road cutting/floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of the above provisions.

Notes :- (i) Excavation & earth work and cable jointing kit shall be measured & paid for separately. (ii) Old serviceable brick / precast PCC cable cover shall be reused and rates quoted shall deemed to included for the same.

M&L for Boring of holes of road, pavement, hard standing, etc by trench less technology using necessary machine / manually without disturbing the top surface suitable for passing the GI protection pipe / cables, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Galvanized iron tubing, 80mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains/Path/under floor, fixed to poles/walls with required size of flat iron (25mmx3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of HT electric cable including taking down old unserviceable protection pipe with clamps complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

M&L for Galvanized iron tubing, 150mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size of flat iron (25mmx3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of HT electric cable including taking down old unserviceable protection pipe with clamps complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

M&L for ascertaining / pin pointing the fault in faulty 11 KV HT cables by using HT cable fault locator machine, removing the fault and testing HT cable at 22 KV complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Excavation & earth work and cable jointing kit shall be measured & paid for separately.

S&F Aluminium Conductor Steel Reinforced (ACSR) of any size as directed, stringing for overhead line on 11 KV HT poles including jointing with and including aluminium binding wire 2 mm dia, jumpers, line tapes, conducting jelly, stretching properly and connecting with suitable PG clamps, etc including dismantling and taking down old existing unserviceable aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size/type/capacity, complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) The ACSR conductors shall conforming to IS-398 (Part-II) and as specified in SSR Part-I. (ii) The unit rate quoted shall also deemed to include for supply and fixing of binding wire, aluminium tapes, etc which shall not be included in the weight of conductors for payment. (iii) Weight of conductors shall be determined by measuring the horizontal distance between centers of two adjacent poles and compounding the weight of conductors of that size and length and 3% extra shall be added for sag, jointing, jumpers etc. (iv) Weight of the conductors shall be calculated from the nominal weights given in tables in the relevant IS code.

S&F GI continuous earth wire or guard/cradle made to shape of 4mm dia as directed including Galvanized mild steel binding wire 1.63mm dia including dismantling & taking down old existing unserviceable GI continuous earth wire, guard, cradle, etc of any size from HT poles including disconnecting from the existing system complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Galvanized wire shall be measured & paid for under this item and clamps, eye hooks where provided shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F in replacement of cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290) including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilled holes for bolts, in any shape or size for 11 KV over head structure with & including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified & as directed. Notes :- (i) Size, section and shape of steel sections shall be as directed. (ii) Weight of paint shall not be considered for payment purpose and quoted rate shall deemed to be included this aspect.

M&L for second class hardwood 30mm thick wooden boarding, planed one side & edges tongued and grooved or rebated, in floors and similar works such as platform on 11 KV Structure / HT poles, fixed with nails, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F Switch air break, gang operated outdoor, Vertical operated type, HT 11 KV, Triple pole, 200 Amps, 3 insulator per phase, rotating vertical type, with fixed contacts of phosphorous bronze and moving contacts of copper, manually operated from ground level with operating mechanism including GI tubing medium grade 25mm bore operating rod, pad locking arrangements, MS arcing horns, flexible braiding earthing blades, rod and contacts without drop out fuse assembly and jumpers with Mink conductor line, taps, clamps, colour coated HT sleeves and fittings suitable for vertical mounting, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Switch air break, gang operated outdoor, Horizontal operated type, HT 11 KV, Triple pole, 400 Amps, 3 insulator per phase, tilting/rocking horizontal type, with fixed contacts of phosphorous bronze and moving contacts of copper, manually operated from ground level with operating mechanism including GI tubing medium grade 25mm bore operating rod, pad locking arrangements, MS arcing horns, flexible braiding earthing blades, rod and contacts without drop out fuse assembly and jumpers with Mink conductor line, taps, clamps, colour coated HT sleeves and fittings suitable for horizontal mounting, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Drop out expulsion fuse assembly with fuse carrier, triple pole, HT 11000 Volts, 200 Amps, outdoor type (having two Nos post insulator mounted on MS channel for each pole) and jumpers with conductors line taps, clamps, colour coated HT sleeves and fitting, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair to existing switch air break, gang operated outdoor, vertical / horizontal mechanically operated type, HT 11 KV, Triple pole by cleaning of moving / static contacts with tetrachloride solution, scrapping and making smooth to existing spot points of the contacts by emery paper, providing grease on moving contacts, mechanical torque joint, tightening of canopy with drop out fuse assembly set (three contacts in each GOD switch) to make the GOD switch fully & smoothly functional, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exc 15 cm thick, rammed to a true surface, under 2/4 pole structure and around the 2/4 pole structure & outdoor electrical installations, complete all as specified and as directed.

Tightening of existing loose stay wire of stay assembly with suitable tension including providing nuts, bolts, washers and repair to other wire, un-winded stay wire etc, complete all as specified and as directed

S&F Danger notice plate of size 25cm x 20cm x 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour for HT 11000 Volts and fixed with suitable MS clamps made out of flat iron 25x3mm, bolts and nuts of approved size, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified & as directed.

Re-straining/re-stringing/tightening of existing HT 11 KV over head Aluminium Conductor Steel Reinforced (ACSR) and GI earth wire of any size/type upto permissible sag in between existing span carefully without damaging other components such as insulators etc of HT distribution system with & including repair to broken conductor where required and replacement of binding wire with new 2mm dia aluminium binding wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Unit for measurement and payment for this item “Each span” is comprising of 3 Nos ACSR conductors and one GI earth wire between two adjacent poles in line.

Re-straining/re-stringing/tightening of existing over head GI earth continuous wire of any size with/without hangers on HT Poles in between existing span carefully without damaging other components such as insulators etc of HT distribution system with & including replacement of GI binding wire of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Unit for measurement and payment for this item “Each span” is comprising of one GI earth wire between two adjacent poles in line.

Cutting/trimming/pruning of tree branches coming across electric power head lines HT 11 KV feeder, cleaning the span and making the feeder free from 3 metre clearance alround from the external conductors and removing cut tree branches from road and the same from site and depositing at places more than 500 metre the cantt area complete all as directed. Note : Unit for measurement and payment for this item is “Each span” irrespective of number of conductors in over head line.

M&L for painting to PCC / Steel tubular HT pole 11 / 12 metre long of any size with two coats of synthetic enamel paint in alternate black and yellow strips 30 cm each upto 1.50 metre height from top of PCC coping/pedestal and marking pole number in letters & figures of size not less than 8cm height including preparation of old surfaces for painting complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for painting to Steel tubular pole for streel light feeder / steel tubular HT pole 11/12 metre long upto the top surface of pole with two coats of aluminium anti corrosive paint of first quality and two coats of synthetic enamel paint in alternate black and yellow strips 30cm each upto 1.50 metre height from top of PCC coping/pedestal and marking pole number in letters & figures of size not less than 8cm height including preparation of old surfaces for painting complete all as specified & as directed.

Surface dressing not exc 15cm deep in soft/loose soil and clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots, and trees not exceeding 30 cm girth (measured one metre above ground level) surrounding Transformers, LT Panels, 02 Pole structures, 04 Pole Structures, 11 KV structure etc at various sub stations / E&M installations and removing rubbish upto a distance exc 200m & not exc 250m outside the periphery of the area under clearance complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for cable route indicator made of Jodhpur stone of finished size 120cm x 20cm x 8cm with round top and all finished surfaces duly marked with ‘HT’ lettering of size 6cm x 6cm engraved on two sides of the stone and letters painted with thick synthetic enamel paint of red colour complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) These shall be fixed along the route of cable at 30 meter interval & on every turning & cable joint as directed. (ii) PCC and earth work for fixing cable route indicator shall be measured & paid for separately under respective items of this Schedule.
