Disconnecting existing serviceable rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position of capacity exc 500 litres & not exc 1000 litres including cleaning & removing all scale & dirt etc from tank with gunny bags, cleaning with fresh water and bleaching powder, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of oil bound distamper emulsion over 1-3 mm thick wall care putty over a coat of primer on ceiling surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width not other wise described, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chipping of slab/ columns/ beams/ chajjas/ parapet/ roof projection/ balcony/ staircase and removing loose mortar with chisel hammer without much impact on concrete surface, clean the surface by sand blasting the surface using river sand with minimum of 6 Kg pressure atbthe nozzle or air blow by electric pressure blower by machanical compressor, cleaning the exposed reinforcement with wire brushes etc and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning and applying rust remover in two coats over rusted reinforcement surface and proving anti corrosive coating with two component epoxy based zinc rich primer / Rust passivation Inhibitor coat at the rate of 6-8 sqm/Ltr not less than 50 microns dft with Sika friazinc R or equivalent to reinforcement surface as per manufacturer's instructions including all scaffolding, machinery, tools tackles and clearing of debris, complete all as specified and as directed. Make : FOSROC Reebakleen RR and Nitobond Zinc rich Primer STD or equivalent of FOSROC / Sika / Bostik / Choksey

M&L for applying bonding coat on the prepared old surface of concrete / masonary to receive new readymade plaster / polymer modified mortar with two coats of slurry @ approximately 2-2.5 Sqm/Litre depending on substrate porosity. Laying of reinstatement readymade plaster / polymer mortar shall be completed within the overlay time of bonding coat. This bond coat act as bonding agent between old and new concrete, complete all as specified and as directed. Make : FOSROC Nitobond SBR latex/300 or equivalent of FOSROC / Sika / Bostik / Choksey.

M&L for applying to the damaged concrete portion of slab/ columns/ beams/ chajjas/ parapet/ roof projection / balcony / staircase with single component, fibre reinforced, dual shrinkage compensated thixotropic, cementitious patch repair mortar (having the technical parameters mentioned in material specifications) capable of applying upto 20-25mm thick in double layer initially by hand and finishing with troweled carefully compacting the same around the rebar and finishing to bring it in line with exiting concrete surface with an average specified thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. Make : FOSROC Renderoc SP 40 or equivalent of FOSROC / Sika / Bostik / Choksey.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick readymade plaster inner/outer walls by adding 17-19% of potable water by weight of material for thickness above 15mm it is recommended to be applied in multiple layers. Ready-mix plaster shall complies with IS 1661-1972, IS 2250-1965, IS 2402-1963 and confirms the compressive strength @ 28 Days- 10-12 Mpa/ Bulk density- 1500-1600 Kg/M3 complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The rate quoted by contractor shall include cleaning of surface, application as per instruction and scaffolding upto 20 metre height all as specified and as directed. M&L for the surfaces which are to receive the coating or treatment, must be free from oil, laitance, grease, wax, dirt or any other form of foreign material adhering on it before the waterproofing job started. Dust free the surface, including removing of existing treatment / old felt / loose plaster / concrete etc. and repair with polymer mortar by adding bonding agent (SBR). Repairing of slab, parapet wall junction, cracks and other large blowholes by open in 'V' shapes and filling by polymer mortar or putty followed by fibre mash tape with SBR in conjunction with cement or it must be filled with Polyurethane based sealant complete all as specified and as directed. Make : FOSROC Nitobond SBR 300 / Nitoseal PU40 or equivalent of FOSROC / Sika / Bostik / Choksey.

M&L for water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying acrylic based polymer modified cementious elastomeric flexible composite coating system consisting of applying : First coat applying with below make mixed with neat fresh cement in the ratio of 1:1 by weight after dust free and moist the surface. Laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth of 45 GSM when the first layer is steel green. Overlap of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. Applying final layer of cementious elastomeric flexible composite coating system. The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of 24 hrs for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done as instruct by the manufacturer's auth applicator only or as per manufacturer's specification complete all as specified and as directed. Providing and carry out waterproofing treatment to sound tarrace screed surface after proper surface preparation to remove foreign particles etc. repairing of cracks, Two coat of at least 1 mm in thickness of single component, cold - applied, acrylic based modified polyurethane hybrid elastomeric coating used as Heat Reflective waterproofing coating for roof and tarraces and also can be used as under tile waterproofing coating for wet areas by using suitable brush / roller. Make : FOSROC Brushbond Roofguard Premium or equivalent of FOSROC / Sika / Bostik / Choksey Cured Brushbond Roofguard membrane shall posses - solid by volume - 50%, Tensile strength (ASTM D412) 2 Mpa, Elongation (ASTM D412) - 250%, UV resistance / colour stability 1000hrs qUVA (ASTM D4587) - passes, Adhesion to substrate with primer (ASTM D4541) - 2 Mpa with concrete failure, Permeability (BSEN12390 Part 8) - 5.0 mm, Shore A Hardness (ASTM D2240) - 75.

Supply and apply of One part PU based Building & Expansion joint sealant which is suitable for sealing joints in concrete, brickwork, blockwork, precast panels, stone cladding, perimeter sealing around doors and windows and non trafficked floor joints up to desire/required height and length or as per directions of Engr-in-charge by applying the cartridge by cut and remove the end of threaded stub on cartridge. Fit the nozzle and cut at 45 degrees to a suitable size for sealing the joints complete all as specified and as directed. Make : FOSROC Nitoseal PU40 or equivalent of FOSROC / Sika / Bostik / Choksey Note : (i) The waterproofing treatment shall be applied by the company's authorized applicator only. (ii) Contractor have to get prior approval of applicator or authorized agency by submitting its authorization letter to AGE (I) Kanasar for approval prior to commencement of work. (iii) Submission of warranty certificate for waterproofing treatment work for leekage/seepage is mandatory after completion of work. (iv) The cost of scaffolding work required at certain places is including in the respective items catered for repairs itself. No extra shall be paid for the same.
