Note:- (i) A clear space of 200mm shall be kept from floor level for switchgear compartment. (ii) Each compartment shall be numbered / lettered as approved by GE. (ii) LT panel shall be fixed in existing location and the disturbed surrounding surfaces shall be made good as per exising specifications. The cost of making good shall be deemed included in unit quoted rate. (iv) Contractor shall submit the GA drawings of LT Panel for approval of GE before placing the bulk order

S&F as in repairs LT Panel Indoor type floor mounted free standing dust and vermin proof panel / DB with IP-55 protection, CPRI approved, frame fabricated out of 40mm x 40mm x 4mm angle iron, 2.15 mm thick CRCA sheet for entire outer panel with single door and locking arrangements & 1.6 mm for inner compartment with 40mmx4mm flat Iron, including Separate cubicle chamber with cable alley not less than 300mm width for installation/connecting switchgears with the main bus bar using aluminium bus link or copper conductor flexible wires suitable for switch rating and connecting outgoing terminals of the switchgear with terminal blocks of appropriate current rating using flexible copper wires duly terminated by cable lugs and thimbles, MS surfaces epoxy based powder coated, shade as approved over 2 coats of red oxide primer, surfaces pre-treated in seven tank process for de-greasing, de-rusting & Phosphated, panel having front and rear opening and provision for installation of separate cable alleys, busbar chamber and switchgear compartments, Provision in cable alleys for bottom cable entry for incoming & outgoing cables, affixing MV danger plate at suitable intervals / locations including erection, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed including the following fixtures amd fitments mentioned below.

(iii) Each compartment shall be numbered/lettered as per the approved by GE. . (iv) Contractor shall submit the GA drawings of LT Panel for approval of GE before placing the order.

M&L painting old surfaces of Feeder Pillar boxes / LT panels of any sizes at site with one coats of epoxy based paint of shade / tint as approved including preparation of surfaces, cleaning rusted portion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L repair to LT Panel board indoor / outdoor type of any capacity having 1 No Incomer & out going MCCB's up to 6 Nos (Max) by carrying out the following works:- (i) Cleaning incomer switches, bus bar & out going switches etc thoroughly by using blower. (ii) Replacement of rusted bolts & nuts, screws, thimble etc as per existing. (iii) Replacement of Indicator lamps, Volt meter, Amps meter, VSS, ASS as required as per existing. (iv)Replacement of Incoming / out going switches as per existing make & model. (v) Replacement of control wiring with suitable size as per existing copper wire (vi) Making the locking arrangement functional including welding if required (vii) Replacement of MV danger board (viii) Making proper connections for out going / incoming cable by providing suitable thimble as required. Note: MCCB's, Indictor lamps, Volt meter, Amps meter, Voltage Selector Switch / Ampere Selector Switch shall be measured and paid separatly as 'Supply only' against respective item of this Schedule..

Material and labour for repair to SFC 20 KVA Capacity of Make APLAB Model No. SFC20K3P3 by dismantling and taking out unserviceable components, burnt out wiring etc and repair the same with including replacement of SCR, IGBT, HRC Fuse, DC-DC to Convertor, DC – DC Card, Rectifier Card, Charger Card, Input Fuse, Capacitor DC, Burnt out internal wiring, HRC Fuse, indicator lamps, Battery fuse-1 Replacement of Battery bank - 12V/65AH-32 Nos. Note:- (i) Repair/replacement work shall be carried out through OEM only. (ii) Contractor shall submit testing report after repair of UPS/SFC.

Material and labour for repair to SFC 40 KVA of make APLAB Model No.SFC40K3P3400 by opening and diagnose the fault and rectifying and same replacement of IGBT-3, SCR-3, Rectifier Card-1, DC Capacitor-6, Supply Card-1, HRC Fuse-01 and DC-DC Board-1, Battery Fuse-1 Replacement of Battery bank -12V/100AH SMF Battery-32 Nos. Note:- (i) Repair/replacement work shall be carried out through OEM only. (ii) Contractor shall submit testing report after repair of UPS/SFC

Material and labour for repair to ,UPS 30 KVA Capacity of Make APLAB Model No. LP3030 by dismantling and taking out unserviceable components, burnt out wiring etc and Replacement of IGBT, HRC Fuse, DC-DC convertor, DC –DC Card, Rectifier Card, Charger Card , Capacitor DC, Burnt out internal wiring, HRC Fuse, indicator lamps, Battery Fuse etc complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for repair to UPS 3 KVA Capacity of Make APLAB Model No. R1030 by dismantling and taking out unserviceable components with including replacement of DC –DC Card, DC Fan, Switches and replacement of Battery bank - 12V/18AH SMF Battery -15 Nos.

M&L for disconnecting LT cable connection, opening, 3 phase voltage stabilizer of capacity 40 KVA to 200 KVA of make Vintek, Blue Line, ITE or any other make balanced or unbalanced type, draining of transformer oil, replacement of unserviceable parts, servicing of moving parts, adjustment of bush assembly, tightening of electric connection, replacement of worn out nuts, bolt, gaskets, carbon brushes, re-filling of transformer oil, reassembling, making connections well cleaning and preparation of surface of servo stabilizer cleaning the inner surface of stabilizer and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer to the outer surface including marking of SM/MES No with white synthetic enamel paint and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note: a) Voltage stabilizer shall be repaired by original manufacturer or by authorised service provider of the company. b) Spare parts required for replacement will be measured and paid for separately under respective items of this schedule. Labour for fixing the parts is included in unit rate of item c) All T & P and transportaion arrangement shall also be deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

Supply only following parts suitable for three phase servo voltage stabilizer 40 KVA to 200KVA capacity as per existing make or as recommanded by original stabilizer manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.
