Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250mm x150mm x 40mm, laid by dry and abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10 mm over under ground cable for protection all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cables with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts laid in trenches, ducts, pipes, drawn across the roads/paths/drains/along poles/walls/floors/equipment etc including jointing and testing complete all as specified of size 4 core 16 sqmm.

(a) All as per item No 6 but of size 25 Sqmm x 4 core

(b) All as per item No 6 but of size 35 Sqmm x 3.5 core

Disconnecting and Taking out of old LT armored PVC cables from trenches of any size/core/any voltage grade from trenches for replacement all as directed by Engr in charge

Supply and fix in replacement Intelligent, flexible & smart outdoor lighting control unit for automatic switch ON at dusk automatic switching OFF at Dawn with Analog Time Switch, high voltage and low voltage protection, 3 Pole / 230V For 65 Amp load equally distributed over 3 phases. Minimum IP54 Degre of Protection.

Supply and fix in replacement Intelligent, flexible & smart outdoor lighting control unit for automatic switch ON at dusk automatic switching OFF at Dawn with Analog Time Switch, high voltage and low voltage protection, 3 Pole / 230V For 40 Amp load equally distributed over 3 phases. Minimum IP54 Degre of Protection.

Disconnection of street light fittings and refixing,Material and labour in replacement for circuit /sub main wiring from junction box to street light fitting complete with 1.5 sqmm 3 core PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed multistranded copper conductor flexible industrial cable 1100 V grade drawn through PVC conduit in street light poles complete all as specified and directed.Make:- Finolex/Havells/Polycab NOTE :- Cost of Necessary tools and plants such as ladders, hydra for connection to street light fittings etc should be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

S&F in replacement LT Cable junction box outdoor shall be made out of Polycarbonate reinforced and size should be not less than 205mm x 255mm x 112 mm(upto Cable Size 10 to 25 sqmm). The Polycarbonate Junction Box shall be environment friendly, recyclable, halogen & silicon free, anti acid & anti corrosive. The Junction Box shall be rated for Degree of ingress Protection IP 66/69 in accordance with IEC 60695.Weatherproof, UV-resistant, rainwater-proof, temperature-resistant. The gasket material of junction box shall be Polyurethane and the gasket shall be internally embedded. The Junction Box shall be complies with requirements of the standards IEC 60695 - . The Junction Box with Connectors or Terminal Trip or Bus Bar. The manufacturer of Junction Box / Enclosure shall submit a copy of IEC Certificate . For better safety the Polycarbonate enclosure and shall be fire retardant & self - extinguishing in accordance with IEC 60695 - The impact strength of Polycarbonate enclosure / boards i.e. the Degree of protection against mechanical load shall be in accordance with EN 50298 - 98 for IK 08 including one No. 4 pole connector and one no. MCB SP 'B' curved 6-32 Amp and chromium plated clamps and nut bolts, Glands complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions.

M&L for preparation of surfaces, scraping of old paint of steel surface of poles and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer of LT steel tubular pole 9 metre hight, single swan neck /double swan neck, Including fixing of reflection tape in altternate coloured of width 6" on poles 1.5 to 1.8 metre above the ground level including writing pole number with black letter under yellow circle complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The tape colour shall be as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in renewal for earthing with galvanized steel plate electrode 600 x 600 mm x 6 mm size directly burred in ground vertically earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level surrounded with coal dust and common salt filling in alternative layers of 15 cm thick each connected to and including GI earth wire 4 mm dia by means of GI nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers etc connecting to earthing test point, main switch board and including 15 mm dia GI pipe light grade for protection of earth lead from earth plate upto 5 mtr and 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade connected with funnel having wire mess for watering purpose including necessary excavation and earth work, PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using stone aggregates) for earthing pit, 10mm thick cast iron cover with angle iron frame all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and testing on completion.

Supply and laying/ fixing GI tube, light grade, 80mm dia for encasing cables for mechanical protection, laid under plinth/ floors/ path/ culverts or fixed on wall or concealed in wall/ floor or along poles or as street light polesor as mounting bracket, bent to shape with complete accessories such as bends/ sockets/ reducers/ saddles including necessary threading/ drilling works complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs for rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of 20 mm dia heavy duty alongwith street light poles for wire from junction box to light fittings including fixing arrangement complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. .

Material and labour for Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for pole base foundation and coping complete all as specified and as directed

M&L in repair cement concrete PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in pole foundation all as specified

Dismantling of existing unserviceable/cracks PCC poles of any size and type from its position from the site and taking away from site including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of strata,demolition of concrete, disconnecting of street light fitting etc all as specified and as directed.

Supply, erecting and fixing in replacement of cracked PCC poles, true vertical position of steel tubular pole, 9 mtr long complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolt, nuts and screws as specified and of type 410 SP-31, conforming to relevant IS, including one primer coat of red oxide and two coats of aluminium paint and two coats of bituminous paint inside and outside of bottom portion up to 1.8 mtr length complete all as specified and directed. Cutting of road / hardstanding upto a size not exceeding 20 cms in width and not exceeding 60 cms in depth for laying of LT UG cable protection piep line making good the disturbed portion so as to match existing finishing or with PCC 1:2:4 type C1 complete all as specified.

Supply and laying/ fixing GI tube, light grade, 40mm dia for encasing cables for mechanical protection, laid under plinth/ floors/ path/ culverts or fixed on wall or concealed in wall/ floor or along poles or as street light polesor as mounting bracket, bent to shape with complete accessories such as bends/ sockets/ reducers/ saddles including necessary threading/ drilling works complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old under ground HT XLPE cable of any size for finding out fault from trenches/wall/roof/road/pipe/pole/ including taking out of PCC cable cover and segregation/staking of serviceable cable covers from trenches for reuse and removing broken cable covers from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Excavation, earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item).

Supply and laying XLPE HT Cable of size 95 Sqmm, 3 core, 11 KV ‘E’ heavy duty with XLPE insulated stranded aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathening of PVC tape armoured with Galvanized steel strip or wire and over all PVC Sheathed conforming to IS- 7098 (Part-II) with latest amendments laid in trenches/fixed to wall/pole/laid in floor including necessary connections and suitable size of thimbling complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Excavation, earth work, brick & sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item).

Supply and lay un reinforced precast concrete cable covers class HV, type 1, flat of size 300 x 180 x 40 mm. complete all as specified and directed.
