M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer , complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exceeding 5cm and not exceeding 10cm long and 10mm to 16mm dia of bolt, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down steel door shutter carefully by cutting/ welding etc and proper refixing in the same opening after repairs work of area exceeding 25 sqm but and not exceeding 50 sqm each door and having weight approx 1800 kg of each door complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The rate deemed to be included by contractor for proper/ safely taking down and refixing of hanger door by mechanical arrangement required for hanger doors at BTF.

Dismantling old MS/Cast iron hanger door wheel bottom with safety pin and split pin etc carefully by cutting/ welding if required complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The rate deemed to be included for mechanical arrangements for safety dismantling of hanger bottom wheel..

Dismantling old Mild steel hanger door wheel top with safety pin and split pin etc carefully by cutting/ welding if required complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The rate deemed to be included for mechanical arrangements for safety dismantling of top hanger door wheel for above 6m height..

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floor and paving exceeding 15 cm thickness above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing coment concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.50m clear span, cills steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railing upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stone, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form works etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete work in pavement/hard standing of flexural strength 40kg/per sq cm in field using 400 kgs of cements per cubic metre thickness of concrete 25cm or less complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for finishing surface of concrete hard standing roads by brooming when concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

M&L forming construction joints 10mm wide and 30mm deep and filled with sealing compound grade 'B' complete all as specified and directed.

M&L forming construction (dummy) joints 65mm deep and 10mm wide filled with sealing compound grade 'B' complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing existing Epoxy-polyurethane (EPU) floor coating with out damaging existing base concrete flooring using necessary tools/chemical etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing pot holes, cracks, minor undulation and applying cipicrate (Make or equivalent) to obtain surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying 5mm Epoxy-Polyurethane (EPU) floor coating system including surface preparation by means of mechanical scrubber/grinder and obtained surface free from any dust, dirt, muck, moisture, grease oil & all foreign material etc. Applying a layer of primer consisting of two components like solvent-free and epoxy-polyamido amine having volumetric ratio of mixing 1:1 or yield thickness of 200 microns and applying the screedlayer of minimum thickness 2800 microns consisting of low viscous epoxy-amine curved system and graded aggregates (Special silica). The epoxy system shall have a volumetric mixing of resin in 2:1 ratio. The aggregate shall be added in the ratio of 1:3 or 1:3.5 over that copper tape and then top coat of Epoxy-polyurethane (EPU) , pre-weighted packs and ready to mix consists of resin, hardener, EPI (colour concentrate) and formulated aggregate to be mixed resin & hardner in the pre weighted ratio, add EPI colour (colour concentrate) and formulated aggregate to agitate the mixture by an electrically driven motor and laid the mixture complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old and new surface of existing PU flooring, including removing grease, oil spot etc by cotton cloth and brush and applying two coats of 1mm thick each coat marking on PU flooring in any design/pattern and colour as per user requirement by means of roller or other specialised tools and the work shall be carried from the expert painter from PU paint working agency all as specified and directed

S&F medium carbon steel hanger bottom wheel of outer dia 200mm and inner dia 90 mm with double ball bearing Z type of Make- SKF or equivalents, suitables safety pin/shaft & split pin of steel (EN-8 grade) etc for hangers doors all as approved by GE and complete all as specified and directed.

S&F medium carbon steel (EN-8 grade) top wheel (double roller) set of hanger doors of outer dia 190 mm and 50 mm thick including supply and fixing safety pin/shaft, ball bearing of make - SKF or equivalent, all as approved by GE as directed at site. Note:- The rate deemed to be included by contractor for mechanical arrangement for proper welding/reveting to existing MS frame work of hanger doors of BTF above 6 Mtr height all as specified.of Make- SKF or equivalents, suitable safety pin/shaft & split pin of steel (EN-8 grade) etc for hangers doors all as approved by GE and complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Mild steel sliding door mechanism comprising of the following including proper fixing of motor & gear box assembly to hanger door bottom and bottom wheel of hanger door with best quality stainless steel lugs/nut & bolts complete all as specified and directed. :- (a) 5 HP 3 Phase motor, 415 V, 50 Hz, 1450 RPM rotation in clockwise and anticlock wise (Make of motor- Cromption Greeves, Texmo, Siemens, jyoti, Havells, ABB). (b) Suitable gear box assemble of (EN-8 grade) materials standard quality etc with chain connected to bottom wheel of hanger door & motor operated at the speed of 8 to 10 meter per minute. (c) Limit switch for each motor to operate the motor of hanger door weighing above 1800 Kg each leaf of door. (d) Suitable travelling control copper cable of 3 core 6 sqmm with PVC insulated for hanger opening/closing span above 20 metr each & one side of hanger opening . (e) 6-8 mm thick stainless steel traverse wire with best quality pVC hanging bracket & roller for overall opening of hanger door above 35 mtr each side. (f) Control panel for each motor alongwith digital voltmeter, ammeter with selector switch, suitable power connector, overload relay, timer, complete wiring and other necessary accessories/spares etc required for proper fixing of each items.

S&F Mild steel plain black sheet 1.6mm thick as in covering to door shutter cut to size, bending to shape required including necessary welding to existing member at any place of hanger door complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel plates channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment at any place of hanger conforming to Fe-410 W E-250 Grade Quality B complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS channel section, gantries, beam or similar work etc conforming to Fe-410 W Gde E-250 quality A including fabrication, erraction and fixing by welding/riveting or connected to gusset plate etc to existing steel member at any place of hanger complete all as specified and directed

S&F Medium carbon steel screw bolt (machine made) zinc plated (EN-8 Grade) with hexagonal or square head at one end & screwed the other end and fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exceeding 5 cm and not exceeding 10 cm long and 5mm to 10mm dia bolt of class 8.8 in accordance with ISO 898:19999 fitted at any place of hanger door complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Medium carbon steel screw bolt (EN-8 Grade)(machine made) zinc plated with hexagonal or square head at one end & screwed the other end and fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exceeding 22.5 cm and not exceeding 30 cm long and 16mm to 20mm dia bolt of class 8.8 in accordance with ISO 898:1999 fitted at any place of hanger door complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for medium carbon steel plate, gussets plates (EN-8 Grade) of any thickness including necessary welding/riveting, cutting to shape, edging, notching, drilling hole for bolting purpose etc at any place of hanger door complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for medium carbon steel works (EN-8 Grade) in hook and pintle hinges, purpose made hinges for door shutters, purpose made large hasp and staples, chains, hand made sliding bolts clamps, pulley , small wheel, hold fasts, plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or fasteners, knee piece inserts, two and three ways straps, plate washers and similar small articles fixed at any place of hanger complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surface of any description at any place of hanger, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described above 8.0m height complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for welding work to old steel surfaces at any place of hanger/hanger door n exc 6mm thickness of metal weld complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for welding work to old steel surfaces at any place of hanger/hanger door exc 2.5mm in length of metal weld and n exc 6mm thickness of metal weld complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for welding work to old steel surfaces at any place of hanger/hanger door n exc 2.5mm in length of metal weld and exc 6mm to 9mm thickness of metal weld complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting lines dashes, arrows, letters, etc one stone/concrete/steel surface and the like not exceeding 10cm wide with reflective paint of any shade and at any place of hanger complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for writing letters or figures (Black roman, Italic or Indian n exc 30cm high with thick with reflective paint complete at any place of hanger complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel (tip channel section and other section) of any description and in any position at hanger above 9.0 m height by normal cutting or by gas welding and proper refixing in same or other position by means of bolting, welding etc as directed after repair work of hanger door complete all as specified and directed (Note:- The rate deemed to be included by contractor for mechanical arrangement for carefully dismantling and refixing of structural steel at hanger complete all as specified and directed. Note for item Ser No 1,2,12 to 14 & 25 to 34:- (1) The all type of repair/modification works of BTF hanger should only be carried out from the specialised agency particularly deals with manufecturering of hanger doors and completed this type of job work at any Air Force station in India. (2) Any parts/items which are required to be replaced for hanger door should be got approved from the GE before fixing. (3) The rate of particular items deemed to be included by the contractor for repair work of hanger door above 8.0 m height and mechanical arrangements etc. (4) All safety precautions should be followed by all staff working at BTF hanger and safety belt should be used by all staff working at above ground level. (5) The contractor should be carried out site visit from Hanger door specialised manufacturer agency regarding hanger door repair/modification works before quoting of rate of concerned items and expence of specialised agency for his site visit/transportation etc should be paid by contractor and no exta cost should be claimed by the contractor separately. (6) All materials required for repair/modification of hanger door be brought at site as per approved sample before commencement of work. (7) The hanger door should be dismantled from its original position as and when complete parts/materials brought as site for repair/modification works.
