M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and above, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in any description & in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing debries out of MD land all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, shelves and similar articles with plain faces, set in CM 1:4, including necessary form work moulds etc all as specified. (Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately).

Demolition of cement Concrete(un-reinforced) in any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2, (40 mm graded stone agg) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx25 mm thick , with grey cement and pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and spreading fine aggregate (sand) for sand cushioning to receive interlocking tile complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for machine pressed precast coloured Interlocking paver block / tiles of any shape and size 60 mm thick confirming to IS- 15658-2006 of M-35 grade chemically treated rubber moulded complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid, coloured ceramic tiles of size 300mmx300mm and 7-8mm thick (Square/Rectunglar), as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the coloured tiles laid with and including over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured, jointfree glazed ceramic tiles of size 450x300x 7-8mm thick as on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match, laid with and including over 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cast iron work of any description all as specified and directed.

S&F 100 mm bore cast iron, sand cast pipes, soil, waste and vent pipes, in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item No. 28 here-in-before but 75 mm bore.

S&F stack clamps for 110 mm bore pipe, out of 50x5 mm flat iron and 16 mm dia round iron stays including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning pipe lines of 150mm dia by rodding from Man holes and well flushing with water after cleaning complete all as specified & directed. Note :- Contractor shall depute his supervisor to collect complaint from JE office at 9.00am to 5.30pm & after cleaning the line get checked from JE. Complaint of blockages should be completed within 24 hrs, if the same is not attended, a recovery of Rs 500/- per complaint shall be made.

Description all as per item No. 35 here-in-before but 100mm dia.

Cleaning of Nahani Trap of bath room, kitchen by rodding blockage including taking down/refixing of grating etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Contractor shall depute his supervisor to collect complaint from JE office at 9.00am to 5.30pm & after cleaning the line get checked from Engineer-in-Charge. Complaint of blockages should be completed within 24 hrs, if the same is not attended, a recovery of Rs 250/- per complaint shall be made.

Cleaning of gully trap of bath room, kitchen by rodding blockage including taking down/refixing cover complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Contractor shall depute his supervisor to collect complaint from JE office at 9.00am to 5.30pm & after cleaning the line get checked from Engineer-in-Charge. Complaint of blockages should be completed within 24 hrs, if the same is not attended, a recovery of Rs 250/- per complaint shall be made.

Cleaning Indian type WC/ Europion type WC by rodding/ pumping by hand including taking out door/refixing of over access covers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Contractor shall depute his supervisor to collect complaint from JE(Civ) office at 9.00am to 5.30pm & after cleaning the line get checked from JE. Complaint of blockages should be completed within 24 hrs, if the same is not attended, a recovery of Rs 250/- per complaint shall be made.

Cleaning of manholes of size n.exc 1.00 sqm plan area (internal) and n.exc 1.00 m depth from GL including removal of manhole covers carefully, cleaning of sludge etc and refixing the manhole covers with cement mortar (1:4) (Sludge shall be removed outside MD land) all as directed.

M&L for cleaning of septic tanks and removal of sludge and water in covered containers and carry out side MD land immediately complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Mode of measurement of sludge quantity shall be the depth of sludge actually measured at site. (ii) Sludge shall be removed outside the MD land.

S & F in repair Vitreous China squatting pan, of ‘Orissa pattern ‘ white of size 580 X 440 mm, with integral foot rests and 'P' or 'S' trap (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including connection to trap and to flushing pipe, anti syphonage pipe etc and including provision of lime concrete bedding minimum 150 mm thick (1 lime, 2 sand or surkhi and 5 aggregate) complete all as specified.

S&F in repair vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white, with and including plastic water closet seat, white, closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device, ( excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe), including connection to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe, anti -syphonage pipe, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC valveless, symphonic action type low level flushing cistern white with inlet ball valve, float and handle including brackets, 10 ltr capacity complete with flush pipe (Long bend) 32mm dia of make as approvrd by AGE complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC sunken slab with rendering 15m thick in cement mortar 1:3 using water proofing compound on raised vertical surfaces after demolition of PCC, cleaning the surfaces with wire brush/coir brush, removing loose material like dust particles, dirt etc. and creating fillet covering of 50 x 50 mm with polymer modified mortar on the junction of slab and wall then applying first coat of two component modified polymer coating on the horizontal and vertical surface upto 300mm above wall surfaces including provision of polyester reinforced coated net of 45 g/m2 of size 2.50mm x 2.50mm immediately on aboe coating. After 72 hrs, applying second coating of two component modified polymer coating upto 300mm above wall surface. Laying concrete 1:4:8 over the coating as per requirement. Joining the sanitary pipes with the waterproofing tape having bridging ability of more than 1.5mm. Filling the gap between the wall opening and sanitary pipe with non shink cementatious grout com plete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cleaning of Grease trap and removal of sludge and water in covered containers and carry out side MD land immediately all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Mode of measurement of sludge quantity shall be the depth of sludge actually measured at site. (ii) Sludge shall be removed outside the MD land.
