M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of poles, filling & mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge .

Suppyling, installing, testing and commissioning of factory made outdoor type bus bar chamber having MCCB 63 Amps, 4 pole, 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, outer shell shall be made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated siemens gray shade and completely weather, vermin & dust proof, adequate air ventilation at sides & back, outer door shall be provided with double door fix with hinges and locking arrangements etc suitables to accomodate the 100 Amps aluminium bus bar fixed horizontally in staggred manner minimum length 450mm, 3 phases and neutral duly insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeves and colour coded mounted on heavy duty DMC insulators duly connected with 63 Amps MCCB including provision for taking out incoming and outgoing cable detacheable plate at bottom for cable entry and making six Nos hole in each bus bar including with bottom frame made out of angle iron 50mm x 50mm x 5mm and 600mm long 4 legs duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed surfaces grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate blocks of size 30cm x 30cm x 60cm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Cost of PCC, excavation and earth work is included in the unit rate of this item nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (ii) All cables to be connected with busbar will be properly thimbles.

Suppyling, installing, testing as in replacement and commissioning of factory made outdoor type bus bar chamber having MCCB 250 Amps, 4 pole, 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, outer shell shall be made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated siemens gray shade and completely weather, vermin & dust proof, adequate air ventilation at sides & back, outer door shall be provided with double door fix with hinges and locking arrangements etc suitables to accomodate the 160 Amps aluminium bus bar fixed horizontally in staggred manner minimum length 450mm, 3 phases and neutral duly insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeves and colour coded mounted on heavy duty DMC insulators duly connected with 400 Amps MCCB including provision for taking out incoming and outgoing cable detacheable plate at bottom for cable entry and making six Nos hole in each bus bar including with bottom frame made out of angle iron 50mm x 50mm x 5mm and 600mm long 4 legs duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed surfaces grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate blocks of size 30cm x 30cm x 60cm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Cost of PCC, excavation and earth work is included in the unit rate of this item nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (ii) All cables to be connected with busbar will be properly thimbles.

Supply, install, commissioning of 15 metre high 20 sided polygon highmast lighting system fabricated out of BS-EN 10025 or equivalent 355 Mpa material in two sections, hot dip galvanised (single dip) internally & externally having uniform coating thickness of 85/ 65 micron for bottom & top section respectively as per BS 729 and with one longitudinal weld and having no circumferential weld suitable for wind velocity of 180 Km/hr as per IS -875 (Part-3) duly provided with accessories like head frame, steel wire rope 6mm dia (7/19 construction with central core SS) trailing cable double drum winch, galvanised lantern carriage arrangement suitable for 09 luminaires symmetrically and end finial. The mast shall have an integral power tool installed inside the base compartment for its operation as per manufacturers design/ details complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Highmast light includes the following :- (i) Supply, and fixing of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel alongwith nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates etc as required as manufacturers recommendations suitable for design life not less than 25 years. (ii) Erection and commissioning of high mast with the help of suitable equipments and wiring of luminaries with all all copper conductor, cable of suitable size & providing flexible steel conduit pipe of ¾"mm dia for protection of cable.

(viii) Contractor shall submit Manufacturer guarantee certificate for a period not less than 05 years.

S&F LED flood light of 170 watt with high pressure die cast housing with lens with lument output 6000K complete (including LED, drive and internally prewired) with on board 5 KV surge protection with 10 KV external SPD. The luminaries shall be monolithic construction totally enclosed dust and water proof with minimum IP 66 protection as per IS 10322-1982 (part-I) with latest amanedments and input voltage range 140-300V AC, frequency 50-60 Hz, P.F should be more than 0.9. The efficiency of LED luminaries system shall be more than 100 lumens per watt and FRLSH cable PVC insulated stranded copper conductor, 1100 volts grade, 2.5 sqmm x 3 core of ISI marked for light to ceiling rose complete including arrangement of mounting for street light as required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, fixing and testing LED Street / Security light fitting of 60 Watt, 5700K - 6500 K (including LED drive and internally prewired) complete with body robust, corrosion resistant, superior finish and without any cracks or through holes, made in a single piece by high pressure die cast aluminum alloy. The luminaries shall be monolithic construction totally enclosed dust and water proof with IP -65 / 66 protection as per IS - 10322-1982(Part -I) with latest amendments and input voltage range 140 - 300 V, AC, frequency 50 - 60 Hz ,P.F should be more than 0.9 with Total Harmonic Distortion THD(I) less than 15% ,cool white colour and lamp starting time should  not be more than 10 second including 10 KV surge protection in built or external. Driver should be constant current constant voltage driver. Driver should have high voltage withstanding capacity upto 300 V, AC. Driver should also have double phase protection, no load , open circuit and short circuit protection .LED light fitting should be suitable for ambient temperature from -10 degree Centigrade to 50 degree Centigrade and humidity level 10% to 90 % RH. Covers should be polycarbonate/toughened glass to ensure minimum IP 65 degree protection. Cover should not degrade due to heating and ageing. The efficiency of LED luminaries system shall be more than 100 lumens per watt and must be certified by the LM-79 test report and including connection for street light from pole box with 1.5 Sqmm, 3 core PVC insulated stranded copper conductor FRLSH cable, 1100 Volts grade ISI marked including addition / alteration in bracket (if required) for fixing light fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Notes for srl Item No 13 :- (a) Tenderer shall submit test report of LED street light fitting from Government accredited test laboratory for LM - 79 and LM - 80 . (b) Contractor has to furnish a replacement warranty of 05 years for LED light fittings complete including lamps from the date of completion of CA. Contractor shall obtain warranty from the manufacturer of product on their letter head and submit the same to deparment alonwith his letter head. The product will be replaced free of cost in the following case :- (i) Manfacturing defects (ii) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact. (iii) Drop in lumen (or lux at 1 m) below 90% of clamied values of lumen(or lux at 1 m) of the LED /Luminaries. (c) All LED light/luminare must meet the provision laid down in IS - 16101 , 16102 Part -I/II ,16103 Part -I , 16104 ,16105 ,16106 , 16108/2012 and 15885 Part -II / Section 13. (d) Scope of work shall include supply and fixing street light fittings on street light bracket fixed on poles, If street light fitting requires to fixed on existing street light bracket and any addition alterration required in bracket for fixing street light, In that case cost of additional / alteration is included in the unit rate of this item, which also includes needful T & P and required accessories such as 1.5 sqmm, 3 core PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable for connection from pole box to light fitting etc complete including making connection, testing etc complete .No extra payment is admissible on this account. (e) Light fittings shall be provided with 10 KV surge protection as mentioned in description of item. If 10 KV surge protection is not provided in light fitting for which cat part is mentioned in BOQ. Contractor has to provide light fitting with 10 KV surge protection without any extra cost to department. (f) Contractor shall write CA No on street light fitting with synthetic enamel paint which should be visible from ground level. Cost of the same is included in the unit rate of this item nothing shall be extra paid on this account.

S&F street light bracket made out of 32mm dia GI pipe light grade 1.2m long , bent to shape at 120 degree angle from vertical fixed along pole with and including required number of clamp made out of Flat iron 25mm x 6mm with nuts, bolts ,washers etc. duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F street light pole box of size not less then 300x200x105mm, made of high quality thermo plastic polystyrene, weather proof, dust, jet water proof, chemical, acid corrosion, impact, insulated & shock proof IP 65 for outdoor Installation with internallly embedded gasket (PUR) including MCB SP 6 Amps 01 No along with left side hinge door (notch arrangement not acceptable) & premoulded knockout all sides including back of the base must. The box fitted with 10 sqmm stud type terminal - 04 Nos including Elimex stud type TB 4 Nos. Note :- (i) Cost of flat iron clamp is deemed to included in unit rate of this items. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (ii) Size of junction box for different mafufacturer may slightly varried from size mentioned in description of item. Contractor has to provide junction box as per cat No mentioned against make of junction box. where cat No is not mentioned against any make, in that case junction box of size mentioned in description has to provide, if exact size of junction box is not available, then next higher size junction box has to be provided. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

S&F three phase automatic street light switch suitable for 5 KW load complete with Infrared sensor based NATURE SWITCH for automatic switching of street / security lights with three number two pole power contractors 40 Amps (Type - MU40-2P, Cs90119) with coil voltage 220 / 240 V and incoming MCBs single pole - 03 Nos, outgoing MCBs single pole - 03 Nos of rating 32 Amps & circuit wiring with single core multi stranded of size 10 Sqmm. Lighting switch operation should be based on natural light lux level. Required illuminance level for switching ON is 30 Lux and for switching OFF 10 Lux. The sensor should also have part night operation facility for 4,5,6,........11 & 12 hours. Notes :- (i) Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, cable protection and GI pipe shall be measured & paid for separately under respective items of BOQ (ii) Road cutting / floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall deemed to be inclusive of the above provisions.

Notes :- (i) Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, cable protection and GI pipe shall be measured & paid for separately under respective items of BOQ (ii) Road cutting / floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. S&F stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1 using stay rod 16 mm dia x 1800mm long, stay bow 14mm dia and stay plate 30 cm x 30 cm x 6 mm including stay wire 8 SWG x 7 strands, loop type insulator with over all dimensions 90x140mm and clearence of hole 25.5mm, stay clamps and painting to exposed surfaces of mild steel work with two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. S&F cross arms, bracings, stiffeners, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel confirming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, binding cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :Exposed steel surface shall be treated with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and unexposed surface of steel sections shall be applied one coat of red oxide primer.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil & getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(v) Three coats of white wash to internal surfaces of valve pit. (vi) Depth of valve pit shall be reckoned from the top of PCC in foundation.

S&F aluminium strip of size 25x3.00 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

S&F test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos, 8mm dia, 25 mm long hexagonal screw complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

S&F cast iron / Pressed steel terminal boxes 100mm x 100mm x 60mm deep for accomodate the test point terminal block with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Note :- A sum of Rs. 205625/- will be deducted on account of credit for dismantled/ demolished / taken down material.
