SEWAGE DISPSAL M & L for construction of RCC septic tank 50 users designed to carry sewage and sullage water including excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, RCC M-30 design mix in walls, base slab, baffle walls and roof slab including beams etc with vent shaft, manhole openings with cover connection etc complete with effective depth of 1.5 Meter and overall depth of 3 meter conventional type complete all as shown in drawings and as spacified.

M & L Soakage wells incliding excavation in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M-25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonry in CM, RCC cover slab in M-25 / SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC / DWC complete filled with brick bats of 3.6 x 3.00 Meter effective depth complete all as shown in drawings and as spacified.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Supply, Lay and testing 100mm (4'') bore dia ductile iron pipe, spigot & socketed, ISI marked, class "K-9'', with internal cement mortar lining including nuts and bolts including rubber gasket (tighten joint), laid in trenches, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Ductile iron specials of any size & any type for spigot socketed pipes such as bends (any type, radius and angle), tapers, any type (straight bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) Tee pieces, single branch, “Y” junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot), collars, caps and plugs adopters etc of any size radius and lengh confirming IS specifications, for pipe upto 200mm bore dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of Centrifugal monoblock Pumping set horizontal foot mounted induction motor electric motor driven 3 Phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz AC supply, discharge not less than 1150 LPM ± 10% at head not less than 30 Mtr , insulation class 'F' , degree protection IP-55 , ambient temperature of 50% C confirming to IS-12615- 2011, IEC- 60034-30-2008, and other necessary accessories including suitable stater and electrical connection with suitable size copper cable including necesssary foundation as per manufacturer's recommendation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 80mm (3'') bore dia Foot Valve conforming to IS-4038 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, commission and testing cubical type LT panel board Outdoor type, manufactured by a CPRI approval manufacturer, floor mounted, dust & vermin proof, front and rear operated door with necessary locking arrangement made of 50 x 6mm MS angle iron frame work and CRCA sheet of 3.15mm thick duly painted with two coate of powder coated paint of approved shade after seven tank treatment process both internally ans externally. The panel shall be suitable for 415 Volts, 50 HZ, 3 phases 4 wire system and shall be complete with suitable capacity copper bus bar (1.5 times the incoming switch gear current rating) with sutiable size of PVC insulated copper conductor, thimbles glands complete all specified and directed with the following accessories :-

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of chlorination dosing system consists of the following :- Multi cavity water sanitizer / conditioning station with proportional dosing arrangement at zero discharge of the the power free automatic system, 100 Ltrs tank, cavities are complete with lids attachments are water inlet valve, Overflow valve (rubber guard included), outlet valve for stand along gravity flow, drain valve, level controller, level gauge, detachable grouting base with rubber bufferne, chlorine tablets contained in plastic cylinder sealed disposable sanitizer refill (set of 25 pcs, stequa 411 AE refill as per declibac Technologies) for disinfection of drinking water with arrangement for controlled release of disinfectant in water, suitable for operation through for following recommended dosing system (a) Replacement indication -visual & weight variation (b) Water contact orifice design-sealed, whe dry, exposed upon immersion. (c) Operation type - Non contact, non inhalatory (d) Cylinder dia 2.5 Inches +/- 0.5 inches (e) Cylinder height - Minimum 10 Inches +/- 0.5 Inches. M & L for Construction of PCC Block Masonary valve chamber of size 900 x 900 x 900mm (Internal dimenssions) with PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate 150mm thick, 15 mm wide off sets alround over 100mm thick hard core , one brick thick walls built in CM 1:4, 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 Type C-1 in benching & coping, finished even and smooth, rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth, with out using extra cement internally including top of floor including excavation earth work in Soft / Loose soil 3mm thick MS sheet cover fixed on 40mm x 40mm x 6mm thick angle iron frame with hold fasts 40 x 6 mm embedded in PCC coping with locking arrangement, mild steel handle and painting to steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer including disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m etc complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATIONS Supply, installation, testing and commisioning of outdoor type plinth mounted step down transformer, 11 KV, 433 Voltts (at no load), Level-II, AC 3 , 50 Hz, 300 KVA capacity, core type, double copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled, Oil Natural Air Natural (ON AN), with external colling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group DYN-11 with Netural brought out on secondary side (LV side) and having tapings at + 5% to -10%in steps of 2.5% on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap chnager gear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 40 degree celsius in oil and 45 degree celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temp of 40 degree celsius. The transformer shall be of BOLTLESS core design. Transformer shall be double wound, core type wil low loss, non ageing high permeability PRIME GRADE, CARGO with M-4 Grade or Better complete all as specified and as directed, comprising of the following accessories :-

[a] One cable box on HT side (primary side) consisting of three nos porcelain bushing with copper roads complete with nuts and wasgers with cable glands suitable for reception/taking Out 3 core, 185 Sqmm, HT 11000 Volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty, armoured cables including jointing materials complete. [b] One cable box on LT side (Secondary side) consisting of four nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers, with cable glands suitable for reception/suitable for connection in bus bar turking (BBT). [c] Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge. [d] De-hydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (Silica gel). [e] Explosive vent, Thermometer pocket on tank cover, Oil level gauge, Oil drain filter valve, Lifting lugh, Oil filling hole with cap/plug with conection plant complete, airrlease vale plug and four nos plain soild cast steel detachable rollers. [f] One No 100mm dia, dial type thermometer, vap our pressure type, having range 0-120 degree clesius with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indiacator with re-setting device. [g] Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 50 x 6mm galvanised iron earth strip for earthing of body. [h] Rating plate and terminal marking plate. [j] Extra bushing for neutral, in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral. [k] First fill of new and unused transformer oil, IS-335 marked, filtered and tested upto 40 KV dielectric strength at 2.5mm air gap between testing electrodes [l] Providing adequate size and nos of channels, embeded in floor movement of transformed. [m] Unidirectional roller wheel. [n] Other accessories as per manufacturer design. NOTE : Transformer shall be supplied inclusive of initial oil illing to appropriatelevel of insulation oil with desired dielectric strength.
