M&L for cleaning and racking out the existing expansion joint /construction joint sealed with sealing compound PU or any description 25 mm to 35 mm wide and up to 35 mm to 45 mm depth by appropriate hand tools (chisel and hammer or "L" hook including removing the existing sealing compound from the edges with knife or any other means such as chisel hammer and grinding or any tools without damaging the edges and sides of the joint and removing the loose particles using wire brush and hot compressed air and priming the sides and making the surface bitumen free as per the manufacturer instruction provision of de bonding strip (thickness shall be 20 to 25 % more than the width of joint ) at bottom of joint and sealed the joint with pitch free grey polyurethane sealant conforming to BS -5212 , BS4254 and EN- 141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor MAF of +/- 30 % .Minimum depth of the sealant above debonding strip shall be 10-15 mm and applying the masking tap on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tap after sealant is applied complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No 04 above but expansion joint /construction joint / Dummy joint of dimension 25 mm to 35 mm wide and 20 mm to 35 mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No 04 above but construction joint / Dummy joint of dimension 8 mm to 25 mm wide and 15 mm to 35 mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

Raking out of sealing compound of any description from existing expansion joint /construction joints of dimensions 25mm to 35mm wide and 35 to 45 mm deep removing the debris from site, treating sides and bottom of the joints with primer refilling the joints with sealing compound grade 'B' removing spilled sealing compound if any with benzene carbon tetra chloride or kerosene oil complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 07 above but expansion joint /construction joint / Dummy joints of dimension 25 mm to 35 mm wide and 20 mm to 35 mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 07 above but construction joint / Dummy joints of dimension 8 mm to 25 mm wide and 15 mm to 35 mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cutting for existing runway/taxi track at cracks and spelled edges upto a minimum depth 25 to 30mm by mechanicals tools making grooves at cleaning through air blower/air blasting and applying propriety primer on the cleaned surface to obtain tack and finally filling in ELASTOMERIC CONCRETE ( prepared by mixer part A, part B and adding fiberglass sand all as per manufacturers instruction and properly mixing in purpose made mixer plant electrically operated) to obtain a homogeneous mix and finally tooling the surface with hand tools to obtain a grooved textured finish and all so including connected joints expansion/construction/dummy joint filling with sealing compound/polyurethane sealant complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 10 above but depth 30mm to 40mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cutting for existing loose patches/spelled edges concrete pavements in square/rectangular or shape to n.exc avg depth 25mm removing debris from sites and shaping the patch cleaning with broom and compressed air and applying epoxy resin mortar ( prepared by mixing in the ratio part by weight and adding quartz sand all as per manufacturers instruction) over two coats epoxy resin primer to bottom and sides of prepared surfaces and all so including connected joints expansion/ construction/ dummy joint filling with sealing compound/polyurethane sealant complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning existing holes/cavities with broom and compressed air surfaces area not exceeding 1 Sq Cm each of any shape & filling with epoxy resin mortar prepared by mixing all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning existing holes/cavities with broom and compressed air surfaces area exceeding 1.0 Sq Cm not exceeding 2.0 Sq cm each of any shape & filling with epoxy resin mortar prepared by mixing all as per manufacturers instruction comple all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning existing holes/cavities with broom and compressed air surfaces area exceeding 2.0 Sq Cm not exceeding 4.0 Sq cm each of any shape & filling with epoxy resin mortar prepared by mixing all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description exceeding 15cm thick as in floor/paving complete all as specified and directed

Removing building materials etc. to a distance of 5.00 Km or outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for course sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay 400 micron thick HDPE sheet ( Virgin quality ) water proof, wrinkle free without puncture having minimum weight 390 gm/Sqm over tackcoat/ sand cushion as specified in the design with overlap between adjacent strips and at transverse joints as 300mm , complete all specified and directed

M&L for Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC) thickness upto 250mm with minimum field Flexural Strength of 45 Kg/Sqcm lower control limit (LCL) at 28 days in pavement slab using min 400 Kg of cement per cum (only 43 grade OPC must be used in PQC) mixed with non circular synthetic fibre reinforcement by mech means at the rate of 0.25% by weight of cement per cum of PQC. The max size of aggregate in PQC must be 31.5 mm and gradation (as per Table 600-3 of MORTH Specification) including formwork for laying in bays, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note :- (i) Expansion joints, Construction joints and Dummy (Contraction) joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (ii) Deduction shall be made in computing concrete quantity for expansion joints. No deduction shall be made in computing PQC for Construction joints and Dummy (Contraction) joints. (iii) Finishing coat shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) For the purpose of pricing this item, cement content shall be considered 400 Kg/Cum. Minus price adjustment @ Rs 8 per Kg for cement shall be made to the quoted rates in case quantity of cement is less than 400 Kg/ Cum. However no plus price adjustment shall be made to the quoted rate in case quantity of cement is more than 400 Kg/ Cum. (v) The cost of admixture required as per design mix shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (vi) Non circular, virgin, synthetic, monofilament polyster fibres shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply only" under respective item of BOQ. (vii) Design mix for PQC shall be got carried out by the contractor from NABH accedredited IIT/NIT/Govt Engg College/Govt approved Lab and shall be got approved by GE before commencement of cement concrete work in PQC/hardstanding.

Supply only non circular, virgin, synthetic, monofilament polyster fibres of length 12mm to 18mm, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39, UV stable alkali resistant, equivalent diameter 15 to 40 micron, minimum melting temperature 250°C and minimum tensile strength 300 MPa be used upto 0.25% by weight of cement, all as per IS Codes complete all as specified and directed.

Finishing surface of concrete floors / hard standing by brooming complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as sub base and foundation of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming construction joint 10mm wide and 30mm deep and filled with sealing compound Grade 'B' complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming construction (dummy) joint 65mm deep and 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade 'B' complete all as specified and directed.
