M&L for brick work with old size Fly Ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 including demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No 4.00 here-in-before but except bricks complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made 30mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, including decorative laminate 0.9mm thick type 1 of surface finish, colour and pattern as approved, fixed with approved adhesive on one side and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer on other side, including all necessary fitting like tower bolts 200mm (02 Nos), anodised aluminium sliding bolt 250mm long (01 Nos), butt hinges B-21 100mm long (02 Nos), Aluminium handle (02 Nos), door stopper including taking down old shutter of any size/location complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing factory made 35mm thick glazed and skeleton shutters made of second class hard wood, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc., sizes of members of shutters as specified in clause 8.24(a) of Section 8 in SSR Part-I, kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, fixed to chowkat, including all necessary fitting like tower bolts 200mm (02 Nos), anodised aluminium sliding bolt 250mm long (01 Nos), butt hinges B-21 100mm long (02 Nos), Aluminium handle (02 Nos), door stopper, mild steel 300mm ordinary rat tail rod pattern spring including roller and roller plate in each shutter and galvanised mild steel wire cloth 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire including taking down old shutter of any size/location complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, framed signed boards, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work including welding conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F factory made pressed steel frames of size 105x60mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc, made out of mild steel sheet of 1.25mm thickness, including PCC 1:3:6 type C0 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in back filling of pressed steel frames, and including taking down existing frame complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made pressed steel frames of size 125x60mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc, made out of mild steel sheet of 1.25 mm thickness, including PCC 1:3:6 type C0 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in back filling of pressed steel frames, and including taking down existing frame complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F aluminium work powder coated of any colour as approved (thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) as in frame & shutters for doors, windows, ventilators, wall partitions, including joining cleats, glazing clips, snap beading, screws for fixing, etc., all aluminium sections as per relevant IS, complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, side hung type without sash bars, aluminum section weighing 0.55 Kg/m including jointing cleats, glazing, clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminum snap beading screws, aluminum fitting such as peg stays 150mm long (01 Nos), hinges type B-21 100mm long (02 Nos) suitable handle (01 No) including galvanised mild steel wire cloth 0.56mm nominal dia of wire complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/Chowkhat of size 45x85mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum comp ressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). including dismantling existing wooden/iron/stone chowkhats complete and making good existing disturbed surface with cement and sand mortar 1:3 complete all as specified. Note : Scap retrived from the item shall be deposited by contractor to Engineer-in-Charge and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 35mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2 , modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk included S.S screws, icnld all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 18mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2 , modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk included S.S screws, icnld all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing stainless steel basket of minimum weight of 1.2 Kg and stainless steel telesopic channel of appropriate length fixed to WPC board complete all as specified.

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roofs, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Tiles shall be dismantled carefully and stacked properly shall be deposited at sub division yard without extra cost.

Demolition of mud in roof any thickness including plastering and leaping (where full thickness removed or only a part there of disposal off rubbish upto a distance not exe where as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick plaster (screed bed) over roof slab in CM 1:4, mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type C2 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof slab complete all as specified & as directed.

Water proofing treatment to sunken slab and adjoining vertical surfaces as specified as under :- (a) Demolition of cement concrete in sunken portion. (b) Preparation of sunken surfaces by cleaning and removal of loose concrete (c) Filling cracks with polymer modified mortar using Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP or requivalent in Forsoc and other approved make. (d) Applying 2 coats of Dr fixit bath seal WPC in sunken areas and laying a protective plaster in 10mm thickness in cement mortar (1:3) admixed with Dr Fixit Pidicrete, LW+ @ 220 ML per bag of cement. (e) Applying mix of Dr Fixit Didicrete URP in the ration 1:1:5 on floor and vertical surface of sunken portion as per manufacturers instruction complete. (f) Filling with PCC 1:5:10 type E2 using 40mm graded brick aggregate complete all as specified and directed. Note : The plan area of floor shall be considered for payment.

M&L for roof treatment as specified below and as directed : (a) Cleaning, washing of surface and removing and bebris, surface should be free any loose paint, dust from roof or grease. (b) Applying one coat of Elastomeric PU based liquid membrane diluted with potable water in the ratio of 1:1 and apply @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm (c) Laying polyster reinforced fiber net/50 gsm Geotextile mesh upto 300mm on walls. (d) Applying 2 coats of undulated PU based liquid membrane having Elongation more than 400%, tensile strength more than 2 N/sqmm and alkali & fungal resistant maintaining thickness of 1.5mm with paint brush/roller upto 300mm on walls. (e) The complete treatment to be carried out by authorised applicator of water proofing manufacturer. Note : The plan area of floor shall be considered for payment.

M&L for 18 to 20mm thick Granite (of any type) machine cut slab of approved shade (table rubbed and polished) with true & uniform joints as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms & like and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over & including 15mm thick screed bed (bedding layer) in CM 1:4 with cement slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm including dismantling of stone slabs complete all as specified & as directed. Note : The exposed edges of granite stone slab shall be made full round & polished to mirror finish and rate quoted shall deemed to include this provision.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 finishes including dismantling floor tiling including cement mortar bedding and rubbish complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles (coloured) 300mm x 600mmx7-8mm, on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering (as screed bed) in cement & sand mortar 1:4 finishes including dismantling wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and rubbish complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster, terrazo etc on brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster, terrazo etc on brick surfaces or stone surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces in ceiling, finished even & smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster, terrazo etc on concrete surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered / unplastered surfaces of walls & applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered / unplastered surfaces of ceilings & applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer over & including with a wall care putty smooth finished complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment including cleaning of mortar drops, smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots using mechanical grinding machine and washing old surface with water of walls and preparation of plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer over & including a layer of acrylic wall care putty to achieve desired smooth finish on walls complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F 3mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exc 0.5 sqm in each pane including taking down old glass complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of CPVC pipes SDR 11 grade inner dia 15mm dia (OD 16mm) with all necessary CPVC brass fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors including taking down of old existing pipe complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Old U/S material to be depsoted to MES store yard by the contractor on dialy basis without additional cost.

Supply and laying of CPVC pipes SDR 11 grade inner dia 20mm (OD 22.2mm) with all necessary CPVC brass fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors including taking down of old existing pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of innder dia 15mm CPVC brass male/female brass threaded adaptor fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of innder dia 15mm CPVC brass elbow fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china premium/1st quality wash down water closet wall hung (with dual hung cistern) EWC white/ivory/off white (closed pattern) including necessary accessories like rag bolts/ gel gasket etc including flushing cistern, CP jet spray and also included all the necessary fitting of PVC pipe upto 1st MH of bldg Make Parryware verve AM C022N and C0762 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of one piece/single body PVC blow moulded concealed cistern, pneumatic type, capacity 9-10 litres including chrome finish dual flush control plate, flushing pipe and fixing brackets complete assembled and fixed at site complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F in replacement wash hand basin back 400x400mm vitreous china (white) with cantilever CI/Angle iron brackets embedded in concrete block including brass chromium plated waste coupling 32mm bore and waste pipe complete all as specified & as directed.
