Taking down and dismantling existing high mast pole of height 12 to 20 mtr from bottom plate, nuts bolts, gear box and head frame for dismantling the unserviceable parts including repair control panel wiring, old unsv lights, complete with the help of suitable T & P required for holding, lifting the pole, replacement of unservicable part, oiling and greasing, of pulleys, gear box, rope and all moving parts including assembling, installation of high mast pole complete as directed by Engineer-in charge. Note 1. Cost of crane for dismantling high mast pole is deemed to be included in quoted rate. 2. Cost of oiling and greasing of moving parts is deemed to included quoted rate.

Note : (a) Contractor has to arrange his own vehicles along with mounted hydraulic ladder/articulated & telescopic boom lift arrangement for attending the complaint throughout jaisalmer cantt area. (b) Contractor shall depute minimum 2 staff daily to attend and rectify the complaint. if not, Contractor shall have to bear a penalty of Rs 50.00 per complaint or maximum of Rs 500 per day on this account (c) Complaints has to attend and rectify the complaint/defect irrespective of no of trips/Complaints as alloted by Eng-in-Charge.(d) Complaint should be attend in Night also (d) Contractor has to arrange telescopic boom lift for maintenance at height of 15m at his own cost. No extra payment will be paid by department.
