Taking down cement plastering on brick or stone walls, etc.including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfacces and stone masonary and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 05 mm thick on uneven faces of concrete surfaces in ceilings in cement mortar 1:3 and finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying bonding agent for bonding old to new concrete surface likes chajja/ beams/ celings/ columns/ facia etc by high performance modified Styrene- Butadiene Rubber ( SBR ) base binder . Applying of binder is as 10 sqm/ per lit etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing Micro concrete with MICROCRETE at the rate of 25kg per 0.0125 m3 with 20% properly graded 5mm to 10mm silt free aggregate as per manufacturer instructions and mixing concrete with mechanically electrically operated mixer machine etc incl demolition of concrete all as specified and directed. Make:- CICO MICROCRETE of CICO Technologies ltd or equivalent in Fosroc/STP/BASF

M&L for Rough finished flat form work to Chajjas, chullah hoods, water troughs and similar items including edges and formwork including necessary struts, scaffolding etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends as binding with and including mild steel wire (Annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of washable emulsion paint of any tint over coat of primer complete all as specified.

M&L for preparing of new plastered sufarce of ceiling and applying two coats of oil bound distemper all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment, filling up undulation and applying a coat of readymixed wall putty on entire surface of wall etc to a smooth finish cutting and finishing with appropriate sand paper and applying two coat of washable Emulsion paint of any tint over a one coat of primer after smoothening of surfaces complete of wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of ceiling by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying One coat of oil bound distemper (White or tinted) including all conices etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Jodhpur stone roof slabs, self faced 7.5 cm to 10cm thick, 25cm to 35cm wide, hoisted and set, jointed and grouted in lime mortar 1:3 or cement motar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in any position n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-O using 12.5mm graded stone agg as in Roof padding/ ramp,or similar work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting holes into or through brick/stone walls built in cement mortar (nexc 400mm thick), superficial area exc 400 Sqcm nexc 0.10 Sqm and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4: type B-1 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths)as in other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing damaged APP modified water proofing membrane and cleaning the surface by wire brush and water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:4, including finishing even and smooth with out using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement over cleaned roof surface, as in grading to RCC roof surface complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying fibre reinorcement elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflecivity index (SRI) upto 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @ 10.76 ltr/10 Sqm. One coat of self -priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid 500 microns) after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Make :- CICO Thermoseal XL or equivalent in MYK arment , BASF,FOSROC.

M&L for applying one coat of epoxy resin (FAIR BOND EP) on old concrete surfaces @ 0.30Kg/Sqm including preparation of surfaces as per manufacturer's instructions and applying 25mm thick (average thickness) of cement ,sand & aggregate (1:1.5:3) in ratio aggregate not less than 6mm size mixed with chloride free concrete plasticiser as per manufacturer's instruction with guniting applying manual and finished the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.(Manual applied) Make :- Fairmate chemicals or equivalent make of SIKA/BASF/FOSROC.

S&F for galvanised welded steel wire fabric as extra reionforcement to RCC members like ceilings, chajja’s, beams, columns parapet walls, waste slab etc including all cutting and waste (wt not exc 4.00 Kg/Sqm) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing of rust from existing steel surfaces with rust removrs of SIKA Rustoff 10 applied two coats @ 0.15Ltr/Sqm per coat and cleanng all rust with steel wire brush and washed with wter/chemical complete all as spd and dir by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- SIKA/BASF/FOSROC.

M&L for application of Anti corressive coating with SIKA Rustoff friazinc on the exposed reinforcement proper mix applied @ 0.25 Ltr/Sqm of exposed steel surface as per manufacture's instruction complete all as spd an dir by Engineer-in -Charge. Make:- SIKA/BASF/FOSROC.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 but not exceeding 0.18 sqm (400x400)mm in floors etc over and including 15 mm thick screed bedding in CM 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 but not exceeding 0.11 sqm (300X300) mm in floors etc over and including 15 mm thick screed bedding in CM 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring on wooden battens/through conduit (light fan, socket or power) complete with fittings such as switches, wooden batten, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, box type tube light fittings, removing the materials from site except fittings etc which shall be reused in the work and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls/ceiling/ floors etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for concealed conduit point wiring controlled by one switch with PVC insulated but unsheathed single core FRLS multistranded copper conductor cable IS-694 marked of size 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) in and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit 25 mm dia by cutting chases in walls by cutter and making good the surface in CM 1:3 and to the original specification and PVC conduit on ceiling for steel structure/surface conduit with clamps, gutties etc for RCC ceiling with including one run of PVC insulated FRLS copper conductor cable of 1.5 Sqmm with green insulation as earth wire and connected to earth dolly including sunken box for modular fitting complete all as specified and directed. (a) One light point controlled by one, one way switch

(b) -Ditto-all as per item no.34 but One fan point controlled by one, one way switch

(c) -Ditto-all as per item no.34 but One socket outlet 3 Pin, 6 Amp on independent board

Note:- Two run of 6.0 Sqmm cable and one run of 6.0 Sqmm cable as earth continuity conductor shall be measured & paid as one unit.

Taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring and M&L for submain wiring with 2 single core PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor FRLS wire 4.00 Sq mm 1100 volts grade including one 4 Sq mm PVC insulated, multi stranded, unsheathed copper wire green in colour as earthing lead drawn through in PVC casing caping / conduit including. Note:- Two run of 4.00 Sqmm cable and one run of 4 Sqmm cable as earth continuity conductor and 25 mm PVC conduit shall be measured & paid as one unit.

Taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring and M&L for submain wiring with 4 single core PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor FRLS wire 10.00Sq mm 1100 volts grade including one 10.00Sq mm PVC insulated, multi stranded, unsheathed copper wire green in colour as earthing lead drawn through in PVC casing including. Note:- Four run of 10.00 Sqmm cable and two run of 10.00 Sqmm cable as earth continuity conductor and 32 mm PVC conduit shall be measured & paid as one unit.

Taking down unserviceable MCB’s and supply & fix following type/rating MCB’s including necessary connection as under:- (a) S&F for MCB, 6 to 32 Amp, SP, 240 Volt, 10 KA, 'C' curve complete all as specified and directed.

(b) -Ditto-all as per item no.59 but S&F for MCB, 40 Amp, SPN, 240 Volt 10 KA, 'C' curve complete all as specified and directed.

(c) -Ditto-all as per item no.59 but S&F for MCCB 63 Amp, TP 415 volts 16 KA, 'C' curve complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Surface and wall mounted LED tube light fittings of cap 20W , four feet suitable for class room teaching board, glare free surface and wall mounted LED batten with extruded aluminium housing & integrated electronic driver with all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable Distribution board any type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Prewired Distribution Board factory made sheet metal enclosure double door distribution board class IP-43 IK 09 with 200 Amp rated copper bus bar 240 Volts 8 way (2 + 6 way) single pole and neutral complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for Sheet Metal enclosure for VTPN DBs, 4 Ways, Double Door(IP-43), built- in bus bars complete suitable for 415 Volts, AC, 50 Hz supply, suitable for incoming MCCB and outgoing MCBs and fixed in recess in brick masonary wall complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick surrounded with charcoal and salt, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth wire protected by galvanized iron 15 mm dia light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore light grade including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit with pre-cast RCC cover, charcoal/salt, funnel etc complete all as directed. (i) The concrete pit shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 40 mm thick pre cast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C on both sides with suitable cast iron handle shall be provided in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I. (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.50m GI pipe for protection of earth wire/strip Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order. (iii) Item includes cost of 7.50m earth lead wire/strip. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order. (iv) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500 mm away from the pit and not on the earth pit itself and the extra cost of additional length of watering pipe, bends, elbow etc shall be deemed included in the unit rate.
